Praise Adonai! Yadah ·Extend hands in thankful praise· to Adonai, for he is good, for his cheshed ·loving-kindness· endures forever.
2 Pakai in thil loupi kidangtah atohdoh hohi kon asim jou ding ham? Kon Amahi ahina bangtah’in athangvah joudem?
Who can utter the mighty acts of Adonai, or sh'ma ·hear obey, fully declare· all his praise?
3 Mi ahina bangtah a pachatna pethei holeh phattin a adih jeng bol hon kipana aneithei jengun ahi.
Blessed are those who keep mishpat ·justice·. Blessed is one who does what is right at all times.

We have sinned with our fathers. We have committed iniquity. We have done wickedly.

They shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan [Humbled]. The land was polluted with blood.
39 amahole amaho jong thilgilou bolnan anakisuboh’un adoihou thanopnau chu Pakai mitmun jonthanhoi ana hidohtan ahi.
Thus were they defiled with their works, and prostituted themselves in their deeds.
40 Hichejeh chun Pakai lunghanna chu amite chungah anakoudoh jengin ahileh Pakai in ama-a tum hochu ana kidah lotan ahi.
Therefore Adonai burned with anger against his people. He abhorred his inheritance.
41 Hijeh chun Pakai in amaho chu agamsung nammite lah’a chun ana pedoh’in chuleh athet nammiteu chun amaho chungah vai anahomji tauvin ahi.
He gave them into the hand of the nations. Those who hated them ruled over them.
42 Agalmi houchun asugep jiuvin chuleh abolgimnao khut thahatna noi a anakoiji tauvin ahi.
Their enemies also oppressed them. They were brought into subjection under their hand.
43 Avel vellin Aman ahuhdohjin, ahinlah amahon Ama dounan akipedohji tauvin ahi, chutengleh amaho chu achonset jeh’un suhmangin aumji tauvin ahi.
Many times he delivered them, but they were rebellious in their counsel, and were brought low in their iniquity.

Nevertheless he regarded their distress, when he sh'ma ·heard obeyed· their cry.
45 Aman amaho toh akitepnao ahin geldoh kitji in angailutna chultheilou jehhin alung ahinhei kitji in,
He remembered for them his covenant, and relented according to the multitude of his cheshed ·loving-kindnesses·.
46 Aman ganhing a amanteu khutnah khotona amusah kitji nalaijin ahi.
He made them also to be shown racham ·compassionate love· by all those who carried them captive.
47 O Pakai ka Pathen’u neihuhdoh’un! Chitin namtin lah’a konhin neichomkhom kitnun hitiachu namintheng kathangvah theina diuvin chuleh kipah a nangma kathangvah theina diuvin.
Save us, Adonai, our God, gather us from among the nations, yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to your holy name, to triumph in your tehilah ·praise song·!
