Nehemiah 7

And it came to pass, when the wall was built, and I had set up the doors, —and the doorkeepers and the singers and the Levites had been appointed,
2 Keiman Jerusalem khopi sunga vaihom dingin kasopipa Hanani kapansah in, Hananiah chu khopi kulpi vaipon kapansah in ahi; ajeh chu amahi tahsan umtah le midang sanga Pathen jana neitah mi ahi.
that I gave Hanani my brother, and Hananiah captain of the castle, charge over Jerusalem, for, he, was a truly faithful man, and revered God above many.
3 Chule amaho koma chun keiman kaseiyin, “Nikhat sungin ni ahasat laisen kelkot chu honsan koi hih un, chuleh kelkot ngah hochun kot anga lai sung seuvin khah’unlang kotchu kamchah un. And I said unto them, Let not the gates of Jerusalem be opened until, hot, be the sun, and, while they are standing by, let them close the doors, and make them fast, —setting watches, of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, every one in his watch, and every one over against his own house.

Now, the city, was broad on both hands, and large, but, the people, were few in the midst thereof, —and the houses had not been built.

The sons of Pahath-moab, belonging to the sons of Jeshua and Joab, two thousand, eight hundred, and eighteen;

The sons of Elam, a thousand, two hundred and fifty-four;
13 Zattu insung mite chu mihem ja get le som li le nga ahiuve.
The sons of Zattu, eight hundred, and forty-five;
14 Zaccai insung mite chu mihem ja sagi le somgup ahiuve.
The sons of Zaccai, seven hundred, and sixty;
15 Binnui insung mite chu mihem jagup le som li le get ahiuve.
The sons of Binnui, six hundred, and forty-eight;
16 Bebai insung mite chu mihem jagup le somni le get ahiuve.
The sons of Bebai, six hundred, and twenty-eight;
17 Azgad insung mite chu mihem sangni le jathum le somni le ni ahiuve.
The sons of Azgad, two thousand, three hundred, and twenty-two;
18 Adonikam insung mite chu mihem jagup le somgup le sagi ahiuve.
The sons of Adonikam, six hundred, and sixty-seven;
19 Bigvai insung mite chu mihem sangni le som gup le sagi ahiuve.
The sons of Bigvai, two thousand, and sixty-seven;
20 Adin insung mite chu mihem jagup le som nga le nga ahiuve.
The sons of Adin, six hundred, and fifty-five;
21 Ater insung mite chu (Hezekiah chilhah) mihem somko le get ahiuve.
The sons of Ater, pertaining to Hezekiah, ninety-eight;
22 Hashum insung mite chu mihem jathum le somni le get ahiuve.
The sons of Hashum, three hundred, and twenty-eight;

The sons of Hariph, a hundred, and twelve;

The sons of Gibeon, ninety-five;
26 Bethlehem le Netophah mipite chu jakhat le somget le get ahiuve.
The men of Bethlehem, and Netophah, a hundred, and eighty-eight;
27 Anathoth mipite chu mi jakhat le somni le get ahiuve.
The men of Anathoth, a hundred, and twenty-eight;
28 Beth-azmaveth mipite chu mi somli le ni ahiuve.
The men of Beth-azmaveth, forty-two;
29 Kiriath-jearim, Kephirah le Beeroth mipite chu mihem ja sagi le somli le thum ahiuve.
The men of Kiriath-jearim, Chephirah and Beeroth, seven hundred, and forty-three;
30 Ramah le Geba mipite chu mihem jagup le somni le khat ahiuve.
The men of Ramah and Geba, six hundred, and twenty-one;
31 Michmash mipite chu mihem ja khat le somni le ni ahiuve.
The men of Mickmas, a hundred, and twenty-two;
32 Bethel le Ai mipite chu mihem ja khat le somni le thum ahiuve.
The men of Bethel and Ai, a hundred and twenty-three;
33 Lhumlam Nebo mipite chu mi somnga le ni ahiuve.
The men of the other Nebo, fifty-two;
34 Lhumlam Elam khomite chu mi sang khat le jani le somnga le li alhinguve.
The sons of the other Elam, a thousand, two hundred, and fifty-four;
35 Harim khomite chu mi jathum le somni ahiuve.
The sons of Harim, three hundred, and twenty;
36 Jericho khomite chu mi jathum le somli le nga ahiuve.
The sons of Jericho, three hundred, and forty-five;
37 Lod, Hadid le Ono khomite chu mihem ja sagi le somni le khat ahiuve.

The sons of Harim, a thousand, and seventeen;

The Sons of the Servants of Solomon, The sons of Sotai, the sons of Sophereth, the sons of Perida;
58 Talaph, Dakkon, Giddel;
the sons of Jaala, the sons of Darkon, the sons of Giddel;

64 Amaho hin phung kisutna a aminu ahin hol’uvin amudoh pouvin ahi, hijeh chun amaho hi thempu kin chu akitoh sah tapouvin ahi.
These, sought their writing wherein they were registered, but it was not found, —so they were desecrated out of the priesthood;

and the governor told them, they must not eat of the most holy things, —until there should stand up a priest, with Lights and Perfections.
66 Chule Judah mi ahung kinungle hochu abonun mihem sang somli le sangni toh jathum le som gup alhinguvin ahi.
All the gathered host together, was forty-two thousand, three hundred, and sixty;

besides, their men-servants and maid-servants, were these, seven thousand, three hundred, and thirty-seven, —and, to them, pertained, singing-men and singing-women, two hundred, and forty-five:
68 Asakol chengseu chu jasagi le somthum le gup ahin chule sakol pol chengse jong chu jani le somli le nga ahi.
their horses, were seven hundred, and thirty-six, —their mules, two hundred, and forty-five;
69 Chujongle asa ngongsang chengseu chu jali le som thumle nga ahin, sangan chengse chu sang gup le jasagi le somni alhinge.
camels, four hundred, and thirty-five, —asses, six thousand, seven hundred, and twenty.
70 Chule aphung sunguva insung upa cheh mi phabep in jong Sana daric sangkhat le kisilna kong som nga toh thempu von ja-nga le som thum jen houin sah na dingin thil kholna a chun atoh doh jengun ahi.
And, a portion of the ancestral chiefs, gave unto the work, —the governor, gave unto the treasury, of gold, a thousand darics, tossing bowls, fifty, tunics for priests, five hundred, and thirty;
71 Chujongleh apu apauva phung upa loikhat injong natohna a manchah dingin sana daric sang som ni le dangka sang ni le ja sagi le som nga atohdoh un ahi.
and, some of the ancestral chiefs, gave unto the treasury of the work, of gold, twenty thousand darics, —and, of silver, two thousand and two hundred manehs;
72 Chule mipi adang dangin atokhom’u chu sana sang som ni le dangka sangni le ja nga toh thempuho von ding somgup le sagi atoh doh un ahi.
and, that which the rest of the people gave, was, of gold, twenty thousand darics, and, of silver, two thousand manehs, —and, tunics for priests, sixty-seven.
73 Hitobang tah hin thempuho, Levite, chule kotngah ho, lasaho, houin lhacha ho, chule milham ho phabep Jerusalem komah achengun ahi. Chule mipi adangho chengse chu Israel gamsung amaho khopi cheh’uva ale chenlut tauvin ahi. Lha sagi lhinin vang Israelte akhosung cheh uva achenglut soh tauve.
So the priests and the Levites and the door-keepers and the singers and some of the people, and the Nethinim and all Israel, took up their abode in their cities. And, when the seventh month arrived, the sons of Israel were in their cities.
