And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:
2 Israel chate jouse kikhop khomnaa hiti hin seipeh tan, na Pakai le na Pathenu keima then bang banga hi nangho jong nathen diu ahi.
Speak unto all the assembly of the sons of Israel and thou shalt say unto them—Holy, shall ye be, —For holy, am I—Yahweh—your God
3 Nalah uva koi hileh nu le pa jabolna nanei cheh diu, keima cholngahna nikho jeng jong nanit cheh diu ahi, keima hi na Pakai ule na Pathenu kahi.
Ye shall, every one, revere, his father and his mother, And my sabbaths, shall ye observe, —I—Yahweh, am your God.
4 Milim doi kisem thu houhih hel un, milim doi jong semthua jabolna chansah di gohih hel un, Pakai le na Pathenu keima kaum e.
Do not turn unto things of nought, And, molten gods, shall ye not make to yourselves, —I—Yahweh, am your God.
5 Nanghon chamna thilto ahin, kilhaina gantha ahin Pakai henglama katdoh ding nanop uva ahileh, nangma cheh jong santhei dolin kisemtoh masauvin lang, chuteng hichu nakat doh diu ahi.
And when ye would offer a peace-offering unto Yahweh, ye shall offer it that ye may be accepted.
6 Nathil to chengseu chu akikat doh nikhoa neh chai ding, ajing nikho chan kat ding neh thei pai hiding, hitia chu nithum lhinni geiya amoh chengse chu aboncha meiya govam ding ahi.
On the day, ye offer it, shall it be eaten, and on the morrow, —but, that which remaineth until the third day, in fire, shall be consumed.
7 Nithum lhin nikhoa hiche thilto nekha chan chun, athil kitoh doh chu thet umtah ahitan, santhei dol ahitapoi.
And, if it, be eaten, on the third day, unclean, it is it shall not be accepted,
8 Chule koi hijong leh hiche sa nekha chan chun ama cheh in themmona akipoh ding ahi; ajeh chu aman Pakaiya thiltheng asuh thang ahitan, ama chu amite lah akona pampaiya um ding ahi.
But he that eateth it, his iniquity, shall bear, because that which had been hallowed unto Yahweh, hath he profaned, —so then that person shall be cut off from among his kinsfolk.
9 Chule nanghon leiset gasoh nachop khom teng uleh, nalou beh uchu apam chin geiya nachop khom lou diu, chule changphal jeng jong changpal geiya chom lou ding ahi.
And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly clear the border of thy field, in reaping, —nor shalt thou gather up the gleaning of thy harvest.
10 Chule na lengpigui jong ngimsela nachom lou ding, na lengpi lei laiya lengpithei ajam thang ho jouse jong nalo ngim lou ding ahi, hichengse chu vaichate le kholjin hodia nakhen tei ding ahi, keima hi Pakai na Pathenu kahi.
And, thy vineyard, shalt thou not go over again, nor gather, every single grape: for the poor and for the sojourner, shalt thou leave them, I—Yahweh, am your God.
11 Guchat kiti bol hih hel un, koi hijong leu chun naheng nakom cheh u jouva nabol louhel diu ahi.
Ye shall not steal, —nor deceive nor lie one man to another;
12 Keima min pana jouthua koima nalhep lhah louhel diu, hiche hoa chu na Pathen min nasuhchat veilou ding ahi; keima hi Pakai kahi.
Nor swear by my name falsely, —And so profane the name of thy God: I, am Yahweh.
13 Nang man naheng nakom nachoma nasuhgim thei lou ding, thalah soh natoh man jong pelouva najan khovah sah lou ding, peh ding dol napeh ding ahi, keima hi Pakai chu kahi.
Thou shalt not oppress thy neighbour nor rob [him], —The wages of him that is hired shall not tarry with thee, until the morning.
14 Na-ngong mi jong nagaosap louhel ding chule mitcho masang jenga jong aki pallhuh nathei ima nakoi lou ding, hiche ho sanga chu na Pathen gin ding hi na thupi sah ding ahi, keima hi Pakai chu kahi.
Thou shalt not curse the deaf, Nor, before the blind, place a stumbling-block, —So shalt thou stand in awe of thy God I, am Yahweh.
15 Nanghon thu natan teng uleh adih louvin tanding go hihhel un, vaichaho chunga langneina nanei ham, ahilouleh milen ho chunga jong khentumna ima nabol louding ahi. Ahinlah thu chu adihtah a naheng nakom chunga natan ding ahi.
Ye shall not act perversely in giving judgment, Thou shalt neither respect the person of the poor, Nor prefer the person of the great, —In righteousness, shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
16 Nangma mikah lah a thuse polea chesuh chetou nabol louhel ding, chule naheng nakom jeng jong athi nathei ding nagela na kidou pithei lou ding ahi. Keima Pakai in ka umpi jing uve.
Thou shalt not go about talebearing, among thy people Thou shalt not stand by, over the blood of thy neighbour: I, am Yahweh.
17 Na lungthim sung akona naheng nakom na thetbol lou ding, hiti sang chun naheng nakom in atohmo thudola phatah a naki houlimpi joh ding ahi, ajeh chu achunga phatlouna lhung thei ahi.
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thy heart, —Thou shalt, faithfully reprove, thy neighbour, and not countenance him in sin:
18 Nangman namite lah a kona achapateu chunga phulahna nabol lou ding, tahsa lunghimona jong nei hihhel in, chuti sang chun nangma na kingailut banga, naheng nakom nangailut ding ahi, keima Pakai ka umjing e.
Thou shalt not take vengeance neither shalt thou cherish anger against the sons of thy people, So shalt thou love thy neighbour as thyself, —I, am Yahweh.
19 Na bonchauva keima chonna dan jouse nanit soh kei diu ahi, na gancha hochu jatchom chom na kitimat sah a, na kingai sah louhel ding, na loulai jenga jong muchi jatchom chom na tuhel lou ding, chule ponsil jatchom cheh a kikhui von na tahsa chunga navon louhel ding ahi.
My statutes, shall ye observe, Thy beasts, shalt thou not cause to breed in two kinds, Thy field, shalt thou not sow with two sorts of seed, —And a garment woven of diverse threads, shalt thou not suffer to come upon thee.
20 Pasal koi hileh huh jeh a numeiya kicho doh loulai, chamlhatna jong kipe nailou, ahinlah pasal chom khat toh kitepsa khat chu aluppi tah a ahilea, hichu phatah a kholtoh masat a, anumeinu chu chamlhatna kichansah nailou ahin. hijeh achu thina chan mochan sah lou ding ahi.
And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, she being a bondmaid, acquired for a husband, and neither, redeemed, nor, freedom, given her, inquisition, shall be made they shall not be put to death, because she was not free;

22 Hiche themmona thilto hiche mipa chun abol jeh achu, thempu pan jong themmona thilto kelchal chu Pakai angsunga thoidamna anei peh ding, hichea chu chonset abol khahna akona ngaidamna chang ding ahi.
and the priest shall put a propitiatory-covering over him with the guilt-bearing ram before Yahweh, on account of his sin which he hath committed, —so shall he have forgiveness, from his sin which he hath committed.
23 Na bonchauva gamsung nahung lutteng uleh, thing agathei natu jouseu aga masa chengse chu mihem chep kitan peh banga nagel diu, kumthum sunga thingga jouse chu cheptan lou ahitia, nagel cheh diu ahi. Hiche thingga hochu koiman aneh thei lou lai ding ahi.
And when ye come into the land, and plant any manner of fruit-tree, then shall ye count as uncircumcised the fruit thereof, three years, shall it be to you as if unclean, it shall not be eaten.
24 Kumli ahung lhin teng chule hiche kuma chu thingga jouse aboncha, Pakai angsunga thangvahna kut khat a thensona um cheh ding ahi.
But, in the fourth year, all the fruit thereof shall be hallowed for a festival of thanksgiving unto Yahweh.
25 Chule kum nga lhin teng thingga jouse chu naneh thei diu, nanghon gamga jouse chu nangma nangma ding cheh a nakilo lhah jeng thei u ahitai. Pakai na Pathenu keima kaum jing e.
And in the fifth year, shall ye eat the fruit thereof, that it may enrich you with its increase, —I—Yahweh, am your God.
26 Nanghon ipisa hitaleh athisan pum in netha hihhel un, phun jong sanghih unlang mitpheldoi kiti jong choi hih hel un.
Ye shall eat nothing with the blood thereof, —Ye shall not practise divination neither shall ye use magic.
27 Nachal samu jong som hih unlang, nabeng mul-u jong among lamse natan thei lou diu ahi.
Ye shall not shave in a circle around your head, —nor shalt thou disfigure the fringe of thy beard.
28 Mithi hojeh in natahsa chungu atpop ding go hih unlang, na tahsa na tichung hou na atkeh louhel diu, na tahsa cheh uchu milim hoa khat chan nasem thei lou diu ahi, Pakai kitipa keima kaum jing e.
Cuttings for a dead person, shall ye not make in your flesh. And punctures in your persons, shall ye not print, —I, am Yahweh.
29 Na chanu chu aki joh a pansah ding got dan lang, na kisuh bohsah louhel ding ahi, achuti louva ahileh gamsung pumpi jeng jong akijoh a pang ding, hitia chu gamsung pumpi phatlounan ahinlo jeng thei ahi.
Do not profane thy daughter by causing her to be unchaste, —lest the land fall to unchastity, and so the land be filled with wickedness.
30 Keima cholngah nikho jouse chu nanit cheh diu, keima muntheng jong jabolna nanei jing diu ahi. Keima na Pathenu chu kahi.
My sabbaths, shall ye observe, And my sanctuary, shall ye revere, —I, am Yahweh.
31 Doithem hole lhagao phalou ho heng jong jon louvin don jong don hih un, hiche hochu gellut daovin lang, hiche hochun kisuboh khaget un nate, Pakai na Pathenu keima kaum jing e.
Do not turn unto mediums, Nor, for oracles, make search, To render yourselves unclean with them, I—Yahweh, am your God.
32 Tehse lukang jabolna napeh a amasanga na dindoh ding, upa masanga jong jabolna nanei ding chule Pakai na Pathen jong nagin jing ding ahi, keima Pakai kahi.
Before a hoary head, shalt thou rise up, And shalt honour the presence of an elder, —So shalt thou stand in awe of thy God—I, am Yahweh.
33 Kholgam mi khattou toh nagam sunga kholjin khomna nanei leh, nabonchauvin hiche kholjin mi chu aphalouva nabol thei lou diu ahi.
And, when there sojourneth with thee a sojourner in your land, ye shall not oppress him:
34 Na lah uva hung kholjin le kholgam mi chu nalah uva kona peng doh banga umjing ding, hiche kholjinpa chu nangma cheh na kingai bang bang uva nangailut cheh diu ahi, ajeh chu nabonchauva Egypt gamsunga ana kholjinsa nahi tauve, Pakai na Pathenu keima kahi jing e.
As one home born from among yourselves, shall be unto you the sojourner who sojourneth with you, So shalt thou love him as thyself, For, sojourners, became ye, in the land of Egypt, —I—Yahweh, am your God.
35 Thu natannau mun jouse, ipiham khat tou adung avai natenau ahin chule thil ajat nasim nau hijong leh, adih louva nabol louhel diu ahi.
Ye shall not act perversely in giving judgment, —in measures of extent, in weights in measures of capacity:
36 Lep toh le ding thil jouse jong dihtah a kitoh del dela nakoi diu, thil agih tena jong adihtah naman diu, ephah jong akitoh chet chet naman diu adihtah chu naman diu ahi, keima hi Pakai na Pathenu kahin, Egypt gam'a kona nahin puigal kaipau chu kahi jing e.
Just balances, just weights, a just ephah and a just hin, shall ye have, —I—Yahweh, am your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt.
37 Hijeh chun nabonvchauvin keima chonna dan jouse kachon dan aboncha keiya na jui uva, nabol jing diu ahi, keima Pakai kahi jing e, ati.
Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes and all my regulations and do them, —I, am Yahweh.
