1 Tunia ka thupeh chengse hi chingthei tah in jui bukim soh keiyuvin. Chutileh nahinkhou sot intin, Pakaiyin napu napate khanga pat peh dinga akitepna gam nalo thei diu ahi.
Ye shall keepe all the commandements which I command thee this day, for to doe them: that ye may liue, and be multiplied, and goe in, and possesse the land which the Lord sware vnto your fathers.
2 Pakai, na Pathen uvin kum somli gamthip lah akona nahin puidohna geldoh jing un, ajeh chu Pakai thupeh ijakai nanit kimsoh nadiuva nangho patepna ahi.
And thou shalt remember all ye way which the Lord thy God led thee this fourtie yeere in the wildernesse, for to humble thee and to proue thee, to knowe what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keepe his commandements or no.
3 Henge, Pakaiyin gilkiela naum laipet tah uvin mana napiuvin ahi. Hiche tobang an-hi napu, napateu khanga jong um khalou ahi. Ajeh chu mihemte hi changlhah jengseh a hing jou ahipoi ti, Pakaiyin nahetsah nau ahin; amavang Pakai kam sunga kona hung potdoh thu changa bou hinga nahiuve.
Therefore he humbled thee, and made thee hungry, and fed thee with MAN, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know it, that he might teache thee that man liueth not by bread onely, but by euery worde that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord, doth a man liue.
4 Kum somli sung in von-ah ding jong nangaicha pouvin chule nakeng ujong imacha atipon ahi.
Thy raiment waxed not olde vpon thee, neither did thy foote swell those fourtie yeeres.
5 Hichu geltem uvin: Minu mipan acha ahilna banga, Pakaiyin nang ho phatchomna dinga bou nakhoukhah nau ahi.
Knowe therefore in thine heart, that as a man nourtereth his sonne, so the Lord thy God nourtereth thee.
6 Hijeh chun Pakai, na Pathen'u thupeh chengse abonchan nit kimsoh keiyun lang, Pakai ging jinga hinkho naman diu ahi.
Therefore shalt thou keepe the commandements of the Lord thy God, that thou mayest walke in his wayes, and feare him.
7 Ajeh chu Pakai, na Pathen uvin na gamu phatah twi nenna muna nahin puiyuva, hichu phaicham leh thing lhang gam aboncha ahi.
For the Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land in the which are riuers of water and fountaines, and depthes that spring out of valleis and mountaines:
8 Hiche gam pumpi hi mimchang le kolbu lei jeng ahin; theiba phung, kolbu thei phung, Olive phung leh khoiju lonna gam ahi.
A land of wheate and barley, and of vineyards, and figtrees, and pomegranates: a land of oyle oliue and hony:
9 Hiche gamsung hi Pakaiyin ijakai kimsela twi achap nou ahin, chule agam sunga thih jong song banga kimang ahin, thinglhang gam song mantam jeng uma ahi.
A land wherein thou shalt eate bread without scarcitie, neither shalt thou lacke any thing therein: a land whose stones are yron, and out of whose mountaines thou shalt digge brasse.
10 Agamsungga naneh teng uleh Pakai, na Pathen'u thangvahna napeh jing diu ahi.
And when thou hast eaten and filled thy selfe, thou shalt blesse the Lord thy God for the good land, which he hath giuen thee.
11 Hinlah chingthei tah in um uvin! Ajeh chu hiche gampha laitah jeh a chu tunikhoa Pakai, na Pathen'u thupeh nasuh millou diu ahi.
Beware that thou forget not the Lord thy God, not keeping his commandements, and his lawes, and his ordinances, which I commaund thee this day:
12 Nanghon innom nahin kisah doh diu chule haosatah a nain chen diu,
Lest when thou hast eaten and filled thy selfe, and hast built goodly houses and dwelt therein,
13 chule nagan chateu jong hung pung cheh cheh ding, sana leh dangka ijakai kimsela nahin neidiu chuteng chingthei tah naum diu ahi.
And thy beastes, and thy sheepe are increased, and thy siluer and golde is multiplied, and all that thou hast is increased,
14 Chutengleh kiletsah hoithona imacha naneilou diu ahi. Ajeh chu Egypt gamsunga gim genthei nathoh lai uva Pakai, Pathen in nahuh doh’u ahi.
Then thine heart be lifted vp and thou forget the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage,
15 Pakaiyin gamthip noiya aipi hang leh gulse holah a nahin puidoh nau nagel doh jing diu, hiche mun chu tolgo lah le gamsa mun ahin, hinlah Pakaiyin twi nape uvin ahi.
Who was thy guide in the great and terrible wildernes (wherein were fierie serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where was no water, who brought forth water for thee out of ye rock of flint:
16 Pakaiyin gamthip noiya manna in navah vaset uvin, hichu napu napateu khanga um khalou anneh ahi. Hiche hi Pakaiyin nangho patepna dinga abol ahin athua nanun cheh diu ahi.
Who fed thee in the wildernesse with MAN, which thy fathers knewe not) to humble thee, and and to proue thee, that he might doe thee good at thy latter ende.
17 Hiche ho jouse Pakaiyin nang ho dinga na atoh ahin, keima hatna a ka kilamdoh ahitia ima nasei louhel diu ahi.
Beware least thou say in thine heart, My power, and the strength of mine owne hand hath prepared me this abundance.
18 Pakai, na Pathen'u na geldoh jing diu ahi. Pakai bouvin nangho lolhin theina dinga tha napeh’u ahi, ajeh chu napu, napa teu khanga pat kitepna gui lhunsah nading ahi.
But remember the Lord thy God: for it is he which giueth thee power to get substance to establish his couenant which he sware vnto thy fathers, as appeareth this day.
19 Hiche hi nahet jing diuva ka thupeh ahi: Pakai, na Pathen'u sumila pathen dang angsunga na bohkhup uva ahileh, na chung uva thina lhung jeng ding ahi.
And if thou forget the Lord thy God, and walke after other gods, and serue them, and worship them, I testifie vnto you this day that ye shall surely perish.
20 Pakai, Pathen nah sah louva naum uva ahileh, nam dang ki sumang ho banga nangho jong na ki sumang diu ahi.
As the nations which the Lord destroyeth before you, so ye shall perish, because ye woulde not be obedient vnto the voyce of the Lord your God.
