And the angel of the Lord returned again, and touched him, and said to him, Arise, and eat, for the journey [is] far from you.

And Eliu said, I have been very jealous for the Lord Almighty, because the children of Israel have forsaken you: they have digged down your altars, and have slain your prophets with the sword; and I only am left alone, and they seek my life to take it.
11 Hichun Pakaiyin, “Kipatdoh inlang molsang chungvum akhun ka masang’a ga ding tan,” ati. Hitia chu Elijah aga din leh Pakai chun ahin hopan, huipi hattah chu ahung nungin molsang chu atat kha jengin ahi. Huinun jou chun ling akihot in ahinlah ling kihona ah jong chun Pakai aum deh pon ahi.
And he said, You shall go forth to-morrow, and shall stand before the Lord in the mount; behold, the Lord will pass by. And, behold, a great [and] strong wind rending the mountains, and crushing the rocks before the Lord; [but] the Lord [was] not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake; [but] the Lord [was] not in the earthquake:

And it came to pass when Eliu heard, that he wrapt his face in his mantle, and went forth and stood in the cave: and, behold, a voice [came] to him and said, What [do] you here, Eliu?
14 Aman adonbut’in, “Keiman Pakai, Pathen hatchungnung kin kabol hi ka lunglut behseh jengin, ahinlah Israel mipite hin Pakai toh akitepnau asukeh un, na maicham asu chip un na Themgao te jouse athat gam un keima bou asoh cha ka hin tun kei jong eithat go tauvin ahi,” ati.
And Eliu said, I have been very jealous for the Lord Almighty; for the children of Israel have forsaken your covenant, and they have overthrown your altars, and have slain your prophets with the sword! and I am left entirely alone, and they seek my life to take it.
15 Hichun Pakaiyin, “Nahung na lang mama a nung chekit’in lang Damascus gamthip noilang khu na galhun tengleh Syria te leng dingin Hazael khu thao ganu in,” ati.
And the Lord said to him, Go, return, and you shall come into the way of the wilderness of Damascus: and you shall go and anoint Azael to be king over Syria.
16 “Hichejou teng chuleh Israelte leng dingin Nimshi tupa Jehu khu thao nu in, chuleh nang khel’a ka Themgao dingin Abel-meholah khopia konin Shaphat chapa Elisha khu thao nu in,
And Ju the son of Namessi shall you anoint to be king over Israel; and Elisaie the son of Saphat shall you anoint to be prophet in your room.
17 Hazael akona jamdoh chu Jehu in atha ding Jehu a kona jamdoh chu Elisha in atha ding ahi,” ati.
And it shall come to pass, that him that escapes from the sword of Azael, Ju shall kill; and him that escapes from the sword of Ju, Elisaie shall kill.
18 “Tujengin jong Baal masanga kun khalou leh akam ajong chop khalou hel cheh adang jasagi Israel sung ah kanei nalaije,” ati.
And you shall leave in Israel seven thousand men, all the knees which had not bowed themselves to Baal, and every mouth which had not worshipped him.

And he departed thence, and finds Elisaie the son of Saphat, and he was ploughing with oxen; [there were] twelve yoke before him, and he with the twelve, and he passed by to him, and cast his mantle upon him.

And he returned from following him, and took a yoke of oxen, and killed them, and boiled them with the instruments of the oxen, and gave to the people, and they ate: and he arose, and went after Eliu, and ministered to him.
