Ephisus 5
1 Tua ahikom note itna' tate bang in Pathian zui te na hi uh hi;
Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children.

And walk in love, even as Meshikha also loved us, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.

But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints;

nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not appropriate; but rather giving of thanks.

Know this for sure, that no sexually immoral or impure or greedy person, that is, an idolater, has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Meshikha and God.

Let no one deceive you with empty words. For because of these things, the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience.

Therefore do not be partakers with them.
8 Banghangziam cile note sia khuazing na hi ngei uh hi, ahihang tu in note sia Topa sung ah khuavak na hi uh hi: tua ahikom khuavak tate bang in nungta vun:
For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light,
9 Banghangziam cile Thaa i nga sia na theampo sung ah phatna, thutang suana le thuman a hihi;
for the fruit of the light is in all goodness and righteousness and truth,
10 Topa tung ah a san thamman hi, ci na tetti na lak vun.
proving what is well pleasing to the Lord.
11 Taciang bangma phattuamna om ngawl khuazing naseam te taw ki pawlkhopna nei heak vun, ahihang amate tek zaw tavun.
Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them.
12 Banghangziam cile amate in kuama heak ngawl in a vawt uh nate sia son tu zong a mai uh zum hi.
For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of.
13 Ahihang tekna theampo te sia khuavak in kilangsak hi: banghangziam cile na theampo a kilangsak sia khuavak a hihi.
But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light.
14 Tua ahikom, nang a mutthip pa awng, khanglo in a, thina pan tho in, taciang Christ in khuavak hong pia tu hi, ci hi.
Therefore he says, "Awake, you who sleep, and rise from the dead, and Meshikha will shine on you."
15 Tua ahikom mi mawmaw te bang hi ngawl in, mipil te bang in kinging tak in nungta vun,
Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise;

redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Tua ahikom mawmaw heak vun, ahihang Topa deina a telthiam te hi zaw tavun.
Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
18 Taciang sapittui kham heak vun, tua thu sia val thei hi; ahihang Thaa taw kidim zaw vun;
Do not get drunk with wine, which is debauchery, but be filled with the Rukha,
19 Noma le noma Psalm la, pokna la le tha la te taw ki paupui vun, na thinsung uh pan Topa tung ah lasa in oai vun;
speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music in your heart to the Lord;
20 I Topa Jesus Christ min taw Pa Pathian tung ah a tawntung in na theampo atu in lungdamko vun;
giving thanks always concerning all things in the name of our Lord Yeshua Meshikha to God the Father;
21 Pathian zatakna sung ah khat le khat thu ki ni tavun.
subjecting yourselves one to another in the fear of Meshikha.
22 Zi te awng, Topa tung bangma in na pasal uh te tung ah noma le noma ki ap vun.
Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord.
23 Banghangziam cile pasal sia zi i lutang a hihi, tasia bangma in Christ sia pawlpi i lutang a hihi: taciang Ama sia a pumpi tanpa a hihi.
For the husband is the head of the wife, and Meshikha also is the head of the church, being himself the savior of the body.
24 Tua ahikom pawlpi in Christ thu a nit bang in, zi te in na theampo sung ah a pasal te thu ni tahen.
But as the church is subject to Meshikha, so let the wives also be to their husbands in everything.
25 Pasal te awng, Christ in pawlpi a it bangma in, na zi te uh it vun, taciang Christ in pawlpi atu in a nuntakna pia a;
Husbands, love your wives, even as Meshikha also loved the church, and gave himself up for it;
26 Tabang in Ama in tui taw a sil bang in Pathian thu taw thiangtak in thiangthosak tu ahizong,
that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,
27 Tabang in a minthang pawlpi sia a nin bang ngawl, a hibale a vunton ngawl, a hibale tabang na dang tatuam om ngawl, ahihang a thiangtho le paubang ngawl in Ama tung ah a ap thei natu a hihi.
that he might present the church to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
28 Tua ahikom pasal te in a zi te sia amate pumpi a it bang in a it tu a hihi. A zi a it peuma in ama le ama ki it a hihi.
Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself.
29 Banghangziam cile pasal in, ama pumpi ngaimaw ngei ngawl hi; ahihang Topa in pawlpi vak in a khoi bangma in, a zi vak in khoi hi:
For no one ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as Meshikha also does the church;
30 Banghangziam cile eite sia Ama pumpi sung ah pumpikhen te, a pumpi le a ngu te i hihi.
because we are members of his body, of his flesh and of his bones.

"For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife, and the two will become one flesh."
32 Hi thu sia thuku lianpi a hihi: ahihang Christ le pawlpi thu taw kisai in kong son a hihi.
This mystery is great, but I speak concerning Meshikha and of the church.
33 Ahihang note sung ah a tuan in khatsim in a zi sia ama le ama a ki it bang in ahizong; taciang a zi in zong a pasal zakta tahen.
Nevertheless each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
