< Rom 8 >

1 Cedawngawh, Jesu Khrih awh ak awmkhqi boeih ham tuh dawknaak qoe qoe am awm voel hawh hy,
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
2 hqingnaak Myihla anaa awi ing thawlh ingkaw thihnaak anaa awi awhkawng, Jesu Khrih ak caming kai ce ni loet sak hawh hy.
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death.
3 Pumsa thawlhnaak awh anaa awi ce ak tha am awm nawh ama sai thai awh, Khawsa ing thlak thawlh amyihna amah a Capa ce thawlh hyih phymnaak aham tyi law hy. Thlak thawlh awh thawlhnaak ce dawk sak hy,
For what the law was unable to do because it was weak through the flesh, God did. He sent his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be an offering for sin, and he condemned sin in the flesh.
4 Pumsa ngaih thawlhnaak amyihna khaw amak sa nawh Myihla ngaihnaak amyihna khaw ak sa ningnih awh ce dyngnaak ing a ngoe anaa awi ce a soepnaak thai aham thawlh anaa ce dawk sak hy.
He did this in order that the requirements of the law might be fulfilled in us, we who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
5 Pumsa ngaih thawlhnaak amyihna khaw ak sakhqi ing pumsa ngaihnaak awh a mik kawlung ce ta uhy; cehlai Myihla ngaihnaak amyihna khaw ak sakhqi ingtaw Myihla ngaihnaak awh a mik kawlung ce ta lawt uhy.
Those who live according to the flesh pay attention to the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit pay attention to the things of the Spirit.
6 Thlakthawlh ak kawlung taw thihnaak na awm nawh, Myihla ing a sawi kawlung taw hqingnaak ingkaw ngaihdingnaak na awm hy;
For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace.
7 thawlhnaak kawlung taw Khawsa ingqawi thunkha qu hy nih. Khawsa anaa awi awh am pe qu nawh, ang peek na awm am pe qu thai qoe hy.
The mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God, for it is not subject to God's law, nor is it able to do so.
8 Pumsa ngaih thawlhnaak ing ak awmkhqi ing Khawsa ce am zeel sak thai uhy.
Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
9 Cehlai, nangmih taw, pumsa ngaihnaak awh am awm uhyk ti, nangmih ak khuiawh Khawsa ang Myihla a awm awhtaw, nangmih taw Myihla awh ni nami awm hy. U awm Khrih ang Myihla ama taak awhtaw, anih taw Khrih a koe na am awm hy.
However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is true that God's Spirit lives in you. But if someone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to him.
10 Cehlai nangmih ak khuiawh Khrih a awm awhtaw, thawlhnaak awh nangmih a pum ce thi mai seiawm dyngnaak awh nangmih ang Myihla taw hqing hy.
If Christ is in you, the body is dead with respect to sin, but the spirit is alive with respect to righteousness.
11 Thihnaak awhkawng Jesu ak thawhkung ang Myihla ce nangmih ak khuiawh a awm awhtaw, thihnaak awhkawng Khrih ak thawhkung nangmih ak khuiawh ak awm awh hqingnaak ce ni pek khqi lawt kaw.
If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will give life also to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you.
12 Cedawngawh, koeinaakhqi ni sai hly kawi ni ta uhy. Cehlai pumsa thawlhnaak benawh hqing khawsaknaak awh amni.
So then, brothers, we are debtors, but not to the flesh to live according to the flesh.
13 Pumsa ngaih thawlhnaak benawh khaw nami sak mantaw, thi kawm uk ti; cehlai Myihla ak caming pumsa sai thawlhnaakkhqi ce nami him awhtaw hqing kawm uk ti,
For if you live according to the flesh, you are about to die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the body's actions, you will live.
14 kawtih Khawsa ang Myihla ing a sawi thlangkhqi boeih taw Khawsa cakhqi na awm uhy.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
15 Kqih awm tamnaa na awm tlaihnaak Myihla ce am hu u tiksaw, ca na coengnaak Myihla ni nami huh hy. Ce ak caming, “Abba, ka Pa,” tinawh nik khy thai uhy.
You did not receive a spirit that makes you slaves, so that you live in fear again; but you received the Spirit of adoption, by which we cry, “Abba, Father!”
16 Myihla amah qoe ing ningnih ang Myihla ing ningnih taw Khawsa cakhqi na ni awm uhy tice dyih pyi hy.
The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.
17 A cakhqi na ni awm awhtaw, ningnih taw qo ak pangkung na ni awm uhy – a boeimangnaak ing pang pyi thainaak aham ang yhnaak ce ning yh pyi tang tang awhtaw, Khrih ingkaw Khawsa qo ak pang haih na ni awm uhy.
If we are children, then we are also heirs, heirs of God. And we are joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with him so that we may also be glorified with him.
18 Tuh tloek awhkaw khuikha ni huhnaakkhqi ve ningnih awh ak awm law hly kawi boeimangnaak ingqawi ka nyhtah awh kawna awm am awm hy tinawh poek nyng.
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that will be revealed to us.
19 A ik-oeih saikhqi ing Khawsa cakhqi ang dangnaak tym ce ngaih-u soeih doena lamtoen uhy.
For the eager expectation of the creation waits for the revealing of the sons of God.
20 Them saikhqi boeih boeih ing phu amak ta na ak awm sak ak awi awina awm uhy; a mimah ing a mi ngaih dawngawh am nawh, cekkhqi ak awm sakkung a awm sakkhqi amyihna ak awm khqi ni, ngaih-uunaak doe ing,
For the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in the certain hope
21 them saikhqi boeihboeih awm seetnaak tamnaa awhkawng loet sakna awm kawm saw, Khawsa cakhqi a boeimang ngaihdingnaak ak khuiawh lut lawt kaw.
that the creation itself will be delivered from slavery to decay, and that it will be brought into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.
22 Them sai boeih boeih ing tuhdy naa ak awm tawm tlawhnaak amyihna khy am kqang uhy tice ni sim uhy.
For we know that the whole creation groans and labors in pain together even now.
23 A mingmih doeng amni, ningnih Myihla thaihcyk na ak awmkhqi awm cana ni awmnaak loetnaak ingkaw pum thaawngnaak khawnghi ce lamtoen doena am cei na taw ning ko ning kqang uhy.
Not only that, but even we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit—even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for our adoption, the redemption of our body.
24 Ikawtih vawhkaw ngaih-unaak awh ni thaawng na ni awm uh. Cehlai mik huh nawn ngaih-unaak taw ngaih-unaak tang tang amni. U ing nu a taak ce ce ang ngaih-u khawi?
For in this certain hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he can see?
25 Ni taak hlan ik-oeih ce ning ngaih-u awhtaw, khawdungnaak ing qeh uhy.
But if we have certain hope about what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
26 Cemyih lawtna, nik tha ama awmnaak awh Myihla ing ningnih ce ni bawmkhqi hy. Cykcah hly kawi ce ningnih ingtaw amni sim uhy, cehlai Myihla ing awi ing kqawn noeng kaana ko doena ningnih aham thoeh law hy.
In the same way, the Spirit also helps in our weakness. For we do not know how we should pray, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with inexpressible groans.
27 Ningmih kawlung ak suikung ing Myihla kawlung ce sim hy, kawtih Khawsa kawngaihnaak amyihna thlak ciimkhqi aham Myihla ing thoeh pehy.
He who searches the hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because he intercedes on behalf of the saints according to the will of God.
28 Amah ak lungnaakkhqi ingkaw, amah ing ang cainaak amyihna ak khykhqi aham, ik-oeih boeih boeih Khawsa ing ak leek na sai pehy, tice ni sim uhy.
We know that for those who love God, he works all things together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
29 Ikawtih anih ce koeinaa khawzah anglakawh cakcyk na a awm thainaak aham Khawsa ing a sim ceekhqi ce amah a Capa a myi ing a ning myih aham hoep cee hawh hy.
Because those whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
30 Amah ing a hoep ceekhqi ce khy nawh; ak khykhqi ce dyng sak hy; am dyng sakkhqi ce zoeksang khqi hy.
Those whom he predestined, these he also called. Those whom he called, these he also justified. Those whom he justified, these he also glorified.
31 Cawhtaw ve ak camawh ikawmyihna nu ni ti lah voei? Ningmih benna Khawsa ce a awm awhtaw, u ing nu a ni tuk thai kaw?
What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us?
32 Amah a Capa awm am hlyn kaana, ningnih aham ak pe boeih ing, them boeih boeih ce a peek kaana awm hly nawh nu?
He who did not spare his own Son but delivered him up on behalf of us all, how will he not also with him freely give us all things?
33 Khawsa ing ak tyh thlangkhqi ce u ing nu thawlh ak puk thai kaw? Khawsa ing dyng sak hawh hy.
Who will bring any accusation against God's chosen ones? God is the one who justifies.
34 U ing a bo sak ce? Jesu Khrih, thihnaak awhkawng ak tho tlaih ing Khawsa ak tang benawh ngawi nawh ningnih aham thoeh law poepa hy.
Who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, and who also is interceding for us.
35 Khrih a lungnaak awhkawng u ing nu a ni khqeng thai kaw? Kyinaak, khuikhanaak, thekhanaak, khawseet khawkhaanaak, ak pum a zalna awmnaak, kqihawmnaak ingkaw zawzi ing nu?
Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or hunger, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?
36 Nangmih ak camawh khawnghi qui himna awm nyng; him aham ak awm tuu amyihna ni ta uhy,” tinawh a qee hyt amyihna.
Just as it is written, “For your benefit we are killed all day long. We were considered as sheep for the slaughter.”
37 Amni, ve a ik-oeih boeih awh ningnih anik lungnaak khqikung ak caming ningnih taw noengkung na ni awm uhy.
In all these things we are more than conquerors through the one who loved us.
38 Ikawtih kai taw thihnaak, hqingnaak, khan ceityihkhqi ingkaw qaaikhqi, tuh awm ni hai benawh awm, ikawmyih thaawmnaak ingawm,
For I have been convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor governments, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
39 sangnaak ingkaw nemnaak ing, ik-oeih sai boeih ak khuiawh ikawmyih ca ingawm ningnih a Bawipa Jesu Khrih awh ak awm Khawsa lungnaak awhkawng amnik khqeng thai hy, tice sim nyng.
nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
