< Rom 15 >

1 Te dongah mamih tatthai rhoek loh, tattloel vawtthoek rhoek talong ham a kuek tih mamih kah kolo ham moenih.
We ought now we ourselves who [are] strong the weaknesses of the weak to bear and not ourselves to please;
2 Khat rhip loh mah kah imben te a then la hlinsainah neh a kolo sak saeh.
Each (for *k) of us the neighbour should please unto the good for edification.
3 Khrih long pataeng amah kolo ham a vai moenih. Tedae a daek tangtae vanbangla nang aka thuithet rhoek kah hnaelcoenah loh kai n'tlak thil.
Even for Christ not Himself pleased but even as it has been written: The reproaches of those reproaching You (fell *N+kO) on Me myself.
4 Aka daek boeih long khaw mamih thuituennah ham ni a daek. Te daengah man Cacim kah thaphohnah neh uehnah lamloh ngaiuepnah te n'khueh ve.
As much as for was written in the past (all things *O) for our own instruction (was written, *N+kO) so that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures hope we may have.
5 Uehnah neh thaphohnah Pathen loh amah Khrih Jesuh bangla khat neh khat te poek sak ham ni nangmih m'paek.
The now God of endurance and encouragement would He give you the same to be of mind with one another according to Christ Jesus
6 Te daengah ni mamih kah Boeipa Jesuh Khrih kah a napa neh Pathen te olka pakhat neh huek na thangpom uh eh.
so that with one accord with one mouth you may glorify the God and Father of the Lord of us Jesus Christ.
7 Pathen kah thangpomnah ham tah Khrih loh nangmih n'doe van bangla khat neh khat doe uh thae.
Therefore do receive one another even as also Christ received (you *N+KO) to [the] glory of God.
8 Khrih he Pathen kah oltak yuengla yahvinrhetnah kah tueihyoeih la om ta, te nen te a pa rhoek kah olkhueh te a cak sak ta.
I say (for *N+kO) Christ (Jesus *K) a servant (to have become *NK+o) of [the] circumcision for [the] truth of God in order to confirm the promises given to the fathers,
and [for] the Gentiles for mercy to glorify God even as it has been written: Because of this I will praise You among [the] Gentiles and to the name of You will I sing.
10 Te phoeiah namtom rhoek aw a pilnam te uum uh lah,” a ti bal.
And again it says: do rejoice you Gentiles with the people of Him.
11 Te phoeiah namtom boeih aw Boeipa te thangthen uh. Pilnam loh amah te boeih koeh uh saeh koep a ti.
And again: do praise all you who [are] Gentiles the Lord, and (they should praise *N+KO) Him all the peoples.
12 Te phoeiah Isaiah loh, “Jesse kah a yung tah thoeng vetih namtom rhoek mawt hamla thoo ni. Anih te namtom rhoek loh a ngaiuep uh ni.
And again Isaiah says: There will be the root of Jesse, and the [One] arising to rule over Gentiles, in Him [the] Gentiles will hope.
13 Ngaiuepnah Pathen loh omngaihnah neh tangnah dongkah ngaimongnah cungkuem te nangmih ah soep sak saeh. Te te Mueihla Cim kah thaomnah lamloh ngaiuepnah dongah nangmih aka baecoih sak ham ni.
And the God of hope would fill you with all joy and peace in believing for to abound you in hope in [the] power [of the] Spirit Holy.
I have been persuaded now, brothers of mine, also myself I myself concerning you that also you yourselves full are of goodness filled with all knowledge, being able also (one another *NK+O) to admonish.
15 Tedae cungvang ah kai he namtom rhoek taengah Jesuh Khrih kah bibikung la om ham Pathen lamloh kai m'paek lungvatnah dongah nangmih uento ham ni nangmih taegah rhep kan daek coeng.
More boldly however I have written to you (brothers *k) in part as reminding you because of the grace which having been given to me (by *NK+o) God
16 Pathen kah olthangthen te n'talong daengah ni Mueihla Cim loh a ciim tangtae namtom kah hmueih long khaw uem koi la a om eh.
for to be me a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles administering the sacred service of the gospel of God, so that may become the offering of the Gentiles acceptable sanctified in [the] Spirit Holy.
I have therefore (the *no) boasting in Christ Jesus the [things] pertaining to God;
18 Olka neh khoboe dongah namtom kah olngainah ham akhaw Khrih loh a thoeng sak pawt te tah kai lamloh pakhat khaw thui hamla ka ngaingaih moenih.
Not for will I dare anything to speak of what except has accomplished Christ through me unto [the] obedience of [the] Gentiles by word and by deed,
19 Miknoek neh khobae rhambae kah thaomnah nen khaw, Pathen Mueihla kah thaomnah nen khaw. Te dongah ni kai loh Jerusalem lamkah Illyrikum taengvai duela Khrih kah olthangthen te ka baetawt sak.
in [the] power of signs and wonders, in [the] power of [the] Spirit (of God, *NK+O) so as for me from Jerusalem and around unto Illyricum to have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.
20 Te dongah Khrih a phoei nah pawt ah khaw phong ham tlungmu tangloeng.
thus now (being ambitious *NK+o) to evangelise not where was named Christ, so that not upon another’s foundation I may build
21 Tedae a daek vanbangla, “Anih kawng aka doek pawt rhoek te a hmuh sak vetih aka ya pawt rhoek loh a hmuhming uh ni.
Rather even as it has been written: To whom not it was proclaimed concerning Him they will behold and those that not have heard will understand.
22 Te dongah nangmih taengla lo taitu ham khaw bahoeng n'tomta coeng.
Therefore also I was being hindered many [times] to come to you,
23 Tedae he rhoek pingpang ah hmuen a om pawt bueng kolla nangmih taeng pha ham kum takuem caithilnah om coeng.
Now however no longer a place having in regions these a great desire now having had to come to you for (many *NK+O) years,
whenever (maybe *N+kO) I shall go to Spain (I will come to you *K) I hope for going through to see you and by you to be equipped there, if of you first in part I shall be filled.
25 Tedae hlangcim rhoek te bongyong ham Jerusalem la ka cet pueng.
Now however I am going to Jerusalem ministering to the saints.
26 Makedonia neh Akhaia loh Jerusalem kah hlangcim khodaeng rhoek te bomnah bet saii pah ham a lungtlun uh.
Were pleased for Macedonia and Achaia a contribution certain to make for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem;
27 A lungtlun uh pai saeh amih kah laiba khaw om rhoe ta. Amih kah mueihla ben ah namtom loh a boek coeng atah pumsa ah amih te khaw bom ham a kuek ta.
They were pleased for, and debtors they are of them; If for in the [things] spiritual of them shared the Gentiles, they ought also in the material things to minister to them.
28 Te dongah hekah he ka coeng tih a thaih he amih taengah kutnoek ka daeng sak.
This therefore having finished and having sealed to them fruit this I will set off through you into Spain.
I know now that coming to you in [the] fullness of the blessing (of the gospel *K) of Christ I will come.
30 Manuca rhoek nangmih te mamih kah Boeipa Jesuh Khrih lamloh, mueihla kah lungnah dongah kan hloep coeng. Pathen taengah kai ham khaw thangthuinah neh kai tha n'huel puei uh.
I exhort now you, brothers, through the Lord of us Jesus Christ and through the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in the prayers for me to God,
31 Te daengah ni Judea te altha rhoek kut lamkah n'hlawt vetih, Jerusalem ham ka bibinah tah hlangcim rhoek taengah uemo koi la a om eh.
so that I may be delivered from those refusing to be persuaded in Judea and (so that *K) the service of mine which [is] in Jerusalem acceptable to the saints may become
32 Te daengah ni nangmih taengah omngaihnah neh ha pawk vetih Pathen kah kongaih dongah nangmih ham ka mong eh.
so that in joy (having come *N+kO) to you through [the] will of God (and *ko) I may be refreshed with you.
Amen.
And the God of peace [be] with all of you, Amen.
