1 Jesuh Khrih kah thongtla Paul neh Timothy loh manuca neh kaimih kah thintlo neh bibipuei Philimon,
Paul a prisoner of Christ Jesus and Timothy [our] brother To Philemon the beloved and fellow worker of us
2 ka ngannu Apphia neh kaimih kah rhalkappuei Arklipas neh nang im kah hlangboel taengah kan yaak sak.
and to Apphia (our sister *N+KO) and to Archippus the fellow soldier of us and to the at [the] house of you church:
3 Mamih kah Pa Pathen neh Boeipa Jesuh Khrih taeng lamkah Lungvatnah neh ngaimongnah nangmih taengah om saeh.
Grace to you and peace from God Father of us and [the] Lord Jesus Christ.
4 Ka thangthuinah takuem ah nang kah na saii te ka poek taitu tih ka Pathen te ka uem.
I thank the God of mine always mention of you making upon the prayers of mine,
5 Boeipa Jesuh so neh hlang cim rhoek boeih soah nangmih kah lungnah neh tangnah na khueh uh te ka yaak.
hearing of your love and the faith that you have (toward *NK+o) the Lord Jesus and toward all the saints,
6 Te daengah ni mamih ah Khrih ham a then mingnah cungkuem neh na tangnah dongkah rhoinaengnah te khuekcet la a om eh.
so that the fellowship of the faith of you effective may become in [the] acknowledgment of every good [thing] that [is] in (us *N+KO) in Christ (Jesus. *K)
7 Nang kah lungnah dongah omngaihnah neh thaphohnah muep ka khueh coeng. Manuca na saeh, nang rhangneh hlangcim rhoek kah a kotak tah paang caih uh coeng.
(Joy *NK+O) for great (I have *N+KO) and encouragement by occasion of the love of you, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you, brother.

Therefore much in Christ boldness having to order you what [is] befitting

I exhort you for my child whom I have begotten in the chains (of mine *K) Onesimus,

once to you useless now however (both *n) to you and to me myself useful,
12 Anih te nang tengah kan tueih. Te ni ka kotak ah aka om.
whom I have sent back (to you *N+KO) (now *k) in person — who is my very heart — (do yourself receive. *K)
13 Anih te ka taengla khueh ka ngaih. Te daengah ni olthangthen kah hloong khuiah khaw nang yueng la kai m'bongyong eh.
whom I myself was wishing with myself to keep, so that on behalf of you me he may serve in the chains of the gospel;
14 Tedae nang kah mingpueinah pawt atah saii ka ngaih moenih. Te daengah ni nang a then loh kueknah lam pawt tih, namah kongaih ningla a om eh.
Apart from however your consent no [thing] I wished to do, so that not as according to necessity the good of you may be but according to willingness.
15 Tahae kah hnin at na paek uh rhoi dongah anih te dungyan na dang khaming. (aiōnios g166)
Perhaps for because of this he was separated [from you] for a time, so that eternally him you may possess; (aiōnios g166)
16 Anih he sal voel pawt tih sal lakah olpuei la kai ham tah thintlo manuca la om coeng. Pumsa neh Boeipa ah nang ham muep lat hoekhang coeng.
no longer no longer as a slave but above a slave, a brother beloved, especially to me myself, how much however more to you both in [the] flesh and in [the] Lord?
17 Te dongah kai he pueipo la nan khueh atah kai bangla anih te doe.
If therefore me you consider a partner, do yourself receive him as me myself.
18 Tedae nang soah thae tih lai a ba khoem atah te te kai hut la nawt laeh.
If however in any way he has wronged you or he owes [you], this to me myself do charge.
19 Kai Paul loh kamah kut neh kan daek coeng. Kamah loh kan sah bitni. Te te nang taengah, 'Nang khaw kai lai na ba van,’ ka ti moenih.
I myself Paul did write with my own hand, I myself will repay [it]; that not I may say to you that even yourself to me you owe also.
20 Thuem pai, manuca nang, kai tah nang lamlong ni Boeipa dongah ka hoeikhang. Ka kotak tah Khrih ah mong coeng.
Yes, brother, I myself from you I would have profit in [the] Lord; do refresh my heart in (Christ. *N+KO)
21 Nang kah olngainah te ka pangtung dongah ni nang taengah kan daek. Ka thui te a pueh la na saii pataeng ni tila ka ming.
Having been persuaded of the obedience of you I write to you knowing that even above (what [things] *N+kO) I say you will do.
22 Pahoi ah kai ham khaw pahnah rhoekbah lah. Nangmih kah thangthuinah rhangneh nangmih khodawkngai ham te ka ngaiuep.
At the same time now also do prepare for me a lodging; I hope for that through the prayers of you I will be granted to you.
23 Jesuh Khrih kongah kai kah thongtlapuei Epaphras,
(He greets *N+KO) you Epaphras fellow prisoner of mine in Christ Jesus,
24 kai kah bibipuei rhoek Marku, Aristarkhu, Demas neh Luka loh nang te kut n'tuuk uh.
[as do] Mark, Aristarchus, Demas, [and] Luke, the fellow workers of mine.
25 Boeipa Jesuh Khrih kah lungvatnah tah nangmih kah mueihla neh om saeh.
The grace of the Lord (of us *KO) Jesus Christ [be] with the spirit of you. (Amen. *KO) (to To Philemon it was written from Rome through Onesimus servant. *K)
