1 Jerikho te a kun thil tih a hil.
And having entered He was passing through Jericho.
2 Te vaengah hlang pakhat, a ming ah Zakkhaeus la a khue te lawt om. Anih tah mangmu boei neh kuirhang la om.
And behold a man by name being called Zacchaeus and he himself was a chief tax collector and (he himself *N+kO) (was *k) rich;
3 Anih long khaw Jesuh te hmuh hamla a toem. Tedae a pumrho he merheh la a om dongah hlangping te aep thai pawh.
And he was seeking to see Jesus who He is and not he was able because of the crowd, because in stature small he was.
4 Tedae a khum ham te a om coeng dongah a hmai la a khal tih amah hmuh ham thaibah dongla yoeng.
And having run (to the *no) front he went up into a sycamore-fig tree so that he may see Him, for (through *k) that [way] He was soon to pass.
5 Tekah hmuen la a pha vaengah Jesuh tah oeloe tih anih te, “Zakkhaeus, a loe la rhum, tihnin ah nang im ah ka naeh ham a kuek,” a ti nah.
And as He came to the place, having looked up Jesus (he saw him and *K) said to him; Zacchaeus, having hurried do come down; today for in the house of you it behooves Me to stay.
6 Te dongah suntla tok tih Jesuh a doe te omngaih coeng.
And having hurried he came down and received Him rejoicing.
7 Boeih a hmuh uh vaengah cai uh tih, “Hlang tholh taengah pah hamla kun,” a ti uh.
And having seen [it] (all *N+kO) were grumbling saying that With a sinful man He has entered to stay.
8 A pai neh Zakkhaeus loh Boeipa taengah, “Boeipa, Ka khuehtawn he rhakthuem he khodaeng rhoek ka paek. Hlang khat khat kah hno khat khat ni ka rhawt pah bal atah rhaepli la ka thuung coeng he,” a ti nah.
Having stood then Zacchaeus said to the Lord; Behold the half my possessions Lord, to the poor I give; and if of anyone anything I have defrauded, I restore [it] fourfold.
9 Te dongah anih te Jesuh loh, “Anih tah Abraham capa la a om van dongah tihnin ah tah khangnah loh he imkhui la pai coeng.
Said then to him Jesus that Today salvation to the house this has come, because also he himself a son of Abraham is;
10 Hlang Capa ha pawk he aka poci te toem ham neh khang ham rhoe pai ni,” a ti.
Came for the Son of Man to seek and to save that having been lost.
11 Jerusalem a pha tom vaengah a yaak neh Pathen kah ram a tueng hamla cai tomlael coeng tila a poek dongah nuettahnah pakhat te a thap tih a thui.
When are hearing now they these things having proceeded He spoke a parable because near being to Jerusalem He and thinking they that immediately is about the kingdom of God to appear.
12 Te dongah, “Tongpa hlangtang pakhat tah, a ram loh ham kho hla la cet tih ha voei hamla cai.
He said therefore; A man certain of noble birth proceeded to a country distant to receive for himself a kingdom and to return.
13 Te dongah a sal hlangrha te a khue tih mina lungrha te amih taengah a paek. Te phoeiah amih te, ' Amah ka pawk hil thimpom uh,’ a ti nah.
Having called then ten servants his own he gave to them ten minas and said to them; (Do trade *NK+o) (in that *NO) (until *k) I come back.
14 Tedae a pilnam rhoek loh anih te a hmuhuetuh. Te dongah amah hnukah laipai tloep a tueih uh tih, ' Kaimih soah a manghai ham he ka ngaih uh moenih,’ a ti na uh.
But the citizens of him were hating him and sent a delegation after him saying; Not we are willing [for] this [man] to reign over us.
15 Ram te a loh tih amah ha mael vaengah tah tangka a paek a sal rhoek te amah taengla a khue tih metla a thimpom uh khaw ming hamla a dawt.
And it came to pass on the returning of him having received the kingdom that he directed to be called to him servants these to whom (he had given *N+kO) the money, in order that he may know (who *k) what (they had gained by trading. *N+kO)
16 Te vaengah aka pawk lamhma loh, ' Boeipa, nang kahmina pakhat te mina parha ka kum thil,’ a ti nah.
Came up then the first saying; lord, the mina of you ten (has produced *N+kO) more minas.
17 Te vaengah anih te, ' Then, sal then a yit dongah uepom la na om tih, kho parha soah saithainah aka khueh la om laeh,’ a ti nah.
And He said to him; (well done *N+kO) good servant! Because in very little faithful you were, do be having authority you are over ten cities.
18 Aka pawk pabae long khaw, ' Nang kah, mina loh mina panga a sak boeipa,’ a ti nah.
And came the second saying; The mina of you, lord, has made five minas.
19 Anih khaw, ' Nang loh kho panga om thil van,’ a ti nah.
He said then also to this one; And you yourself over do be five cities.
20 Te phoeiah pakhat loh ha pawk tih, ' Boeipa, nang kah mina tah himbaica khuiah ka khueh tih ka tung he.
And another came saying; lord, behold the mina of you which I was keeping lying in a piece of cloth;
21 Dikkhih dikkhaeh hlang la na om dongah namah khaw kang rhih. Na khueh pawt te na phueih tih na tuh pawt te na ah,’ a ti nah.
I was afraid for of you, because a man harsh you are; You take up what not you did lay down and you reap what not you did sow.
22 Anih te tah, ' Na ka lamkah vanbangla nang taengah ol ka tloek ni, sal thae aw, kai he dikkhih dikkhaeh hlang la ka om te na ming coeng. Ka khueh pawt te ka poh tih ka tuh pawt te ka ah het a?
He says (now *k) to him; Out of the mouth of you I will judge you, evil servant. You knew that I myself a man harsh am taking up what not I did lay down and reaping what not I did sow;
23 Te vaengah balae tih ka tangka te caboei dongla na tloeng pawh. Kai ka pawk vaengah a casai neh ka dang kolo mako,” a ti nah.
Then because of why not did you give my money to (the *k) bank, and I myself and I myself having come with interest maybe it collected
24 Te phoeiah aka pai rhoek te, ' Anih taengkah mina te lo uh lamtah mina lungrha aka khueh te pae uh,’ a ti nah.
And to those having stood by he said; do take from him the mina and do give [it] to the [one] the ten minas having.
25 Te vaengah anih te, ' Boeipa, mina parha a khueh ta,’ a ti na uh.
And they said to him; Master, he has ten minas.
26 Nangmih taengah ka thui, Aka khueh boeih te a paek thil vetih, aka khueh pawt tah a khueh te khaw a loh pahni.
I say (for *ko) to you that to everyone who is having will be given, from however the [one] not having even that which he has will be taken away (from of him. *ko)
27 Tedae amih soah kai manghai sak ham ngaih pawh ka rhal rhoek te pahoi hang khuen uh lamtah ka hmaiah ngawn uh,’ a ti nah,” te a thui pah.
Furthermore the enemies of mine (these *N+kO) those not having been willing [for] me to reign over them do bring here and do slay them before me.
28 Te te a thui phoeiah a hmai la cet tih Jerusalem la luei.
And having said these things He was going on ahead going up to Jerusalem.
29 Olives tlang a ti uh taengkah Bethphage neh Bethany te vat a pha vaengah hnukbang panit te a tueih tih,
And it came to pass as He drew near to Bethphage and Bethany toward the mount which is being called Olivet He sent two of the disciples (of him *ko)
30 “Rhaldan kah kho la cet rhoi, a khuila na kun rhoi vaengah laakca a pael te na hmuh rhoi ni. Te soah hlang ngol noek pawt dae hlam lamtah hang khuen rhoi.
(speaking; *N+kO) do go into the ahead village, in which entering you will find a colt tied on which no [one] ever yet of men has sat; (and *no) having untied it do bring [it].
31 khat loh nangmih rhoi te, ' Ba ham lae na hlam?' tila n' dawt atah, ' Boeipa loh a ngoe, ' ti nah,” a ti nah.
And if anyone you shall ask; Because of why do you untie [it]? thus will you say (to him: *k) Because the Lord of it need has.’
32 Te dongah a tueih rhoi loh a caeh rhoi vaengah a ti nah bangla a hmuh rhoi.
Having departed then those sent found [it] even as He had said to them.
33 laak ca te a hlam rhoi vaengah a boei loh amih rhoi te, “Balae tih laak ca te na hlam rhoi,” a ti nah.
When are untying then they the colt said the masters of it to them; Why untie you the colt?
34 Te rhoi long khaw, “Boeipa loh a ngoe,” a ti nah.
And they said: (that *no) The Lord of it need has.
35 Te te Jesuh taengla a khuen rhoi. Te phoeiah laak ca te a himbai neh a khuk uh tih Jesuh te a soah a ngol sakuh.
And they led it to Jesus, and having cast (their *N+kO) garments on the colt they put on [it] Jesus.
36 A caeh vaengah a himbai te long ah a phaih uh.
When is going then He they were spreading the garments (of them *NK+o) on the road.
37 Olives tlang kah singling te a pha tom vaengah a thaomnah te hnukbang rhaengpuei loh pahoi boeih a hmuh uh. Te boeih nen te omngaih uh tih Pathen te ol neh rhuprhup a thangthen uh.
When is drawing near then he already at the descent of the Mount of Olives began all the multitude of the disciples rejoicing to praise God in a voice loud for (all *NK+o) which they had seen [the] mighty works
38 “Boeipa ming neh aka pawk manghai tah a yoethen, vaan ah ngaimongnah, thangpomnah tah a sangkoek ah om saeh,” a ti uh.
saying: Blessed [is] the coming King in [the] name of [the] Lord; In heaven peace, and glory in [the] highest.

And some of the Pharisees from the crowd said to Him; Teacher, do rebuke the disciples of You.
40 Tedae a doo tih, “Nangmih taengah ka thui, amih paa uh koinih lungto rhoek loh pang uh ni,” a ti nah.
And answering He said (to them: *ko) I say to you (that *ko) if these (will be silent, *N+kO) the stones (will cry out. *N+kO)
41 Khopuei te a tueng tom vaengah a rhah thil.
And as He drew near, having seen the city He wept over (it *N+kO)
42 “Tahae kah ngaimongnah he nang long khaw tihnin ah na ming koinih, tedae na mikhmuh lamloh a thuh coeng.
saying that If you had known (and indeed *k) in the day (of you *k) this even you yourself the [things] for peace (of you; *ko) Now however they are hidden from eyes of you.
43 Khohnin loh nang taengla ha pawk vetih na rhal rhoek loh nang te vaam n'too thil ni. Te vaengah nang te n'dum vetih voeivang ah nang te ng' et ni.
For will come days upon you that (will cast around *N+kO) the enemies of you a barricade you and they will surround you and they will hem in you on every side
44 Te phoeiah namah neh na khuikah na ca rhoek te a hnaa uh ni. Namamih kah hiphoelnah tue te na ming pawt yueng, na khuikah lungto sokah lungto pakhat pataeng hmaai uh mahpawh,” a ti nah.
and will level to the ground you and the children of you within you and not will leave a stone upon (a stone *N+kO) within you, because which not you knew the season of visitation of you.
45 Bawkim la a kun neh hno aka yoi rhoek te a vai.
And having entered into the temple He began to cast out those selling (in to it *k) (and buying *K)
46 Amih te, “' Ka im tah thangthuinah im la om ni, 'tila a daek coeng dae nangmih loh dingca rhoek kah khuirhung la na saii uh,” a ti nah.
saying to them; It has been written: (And *no) (will be *N+kO) the house of Mine a house of prayer’; You yourselves however it made a den of robbers.’
47 Te phoeiah hnin takuem bawkim khuiah om tih a thuituen. Tedae khosoihham rhoek, cadaek rhoek neh pilnam kah a congkhang long tah anih te poci sak ham a mae uh.
And He was teaching every day in the temple; the however chief priests and the scribes were seeking Him to destroy and the foremost of the people,
48 Tedae pilnam loh Jesuh te a hmaitoh tih boeih a hnatun dongah metla a saii uh ham khaw ming uh pawh.
And not they were finding what they may do; the people for all were hanging on His [words] listening.
