< Luka 10 >

1 Boeipa loh a tloe sawmrhih panit a tuek tih, amih te amah hmai kah pha hamla a cai thil kho neh a hmuen takuem la panit panit ah a tueih.
After now these things appointed the Lord (also *ko) others seventy (two *NO) and sent them in two [by] two before [the] face of Himself into every city and place where was soon He Himself to go.
2 Te vaengah amih taengah, “Cangah hamla yet dae bibikung yool, te dongah cangah Boeipa taengah bih uh lamtah amah kah cangah hmuen ah bibikung han hlah saeh.
He was saying (then *N+KO) to them; The indeed harvest [is] plentiful, however the workmen [are] few; do pray earnestly therefore to the Lord of the harvest that workmen (He may send out *N+kO) into the harvest of Him.
3 Cet uh, uithang lakli ah tuca bangla nangmih kan tueih coeng he.
do go; behold (I myself *k) I send forth you as lambs in [the] midst of wolves.
4 Sungkoi, sungsa neh khokhom khaw khuen uh boeh, longpueng ah hlang kuttu uh boeh.
Neither do carry purse nor bag (nor *N+kO) sandals, and no one on the road may greet.
5 Im te na kun thil uh coeng atah lamhma la, ' He im khuiah ngaimongnah om saeh, ' ti na uh.
Into whatever now maybe (you may enter *N+kO) house first do say: Peace to the house this.
6 Te ah te ngaimongnah kah a capa a om van atah nangmih kah ngaimongnah loh anih soah om ni. Te pawt koinih nangmih taengla koep ha bal bitni.
And if (indeed *k) there shall be a son of peace, (will rest *N+kO) upon him the peace of you; lest however except yet to you it will return.
7 Te dongah amah tekah im ah naeh uh, amih taengkah te ca uh lamtah ouh. Bibikung tah a thapang a dang hamla tueng pai. Im pakhat lamloh im pakhat la thoeih uh boeh.
In [the] same now house do remain eating and drinking the [things supplied] by them; worthy [is] for the workman of the wages of him (is. *k) Not do move from house to house.
8 Khopuei te na kun uh thil tih nangmih te n'doe uh atah na taengah han tawn te ca uh.
And into whatever (now *k) maybe city you may enter, and they may receive you, do eat the [things] set before you
9 A khuikah tattloel te hoeih sak uh lamtah amih te, ' Pathen kah ram tah nangmih taengah yoei coeng,’ ti nah.
And do heal in it [the] sick and do say to them; Has drawn near to you the kingdom of God.
10 Tedae khopuei te na kun thil uh vaengah nangmih te n'doe uh pawt atah toltung ah cet uh.
Into whatever now maybe city (you may enter, *N+kO) and not they may receive you, having gone out into the streets of it do say;
11 Na khopuei lamkah loh kaimih kho dongah tangdik aka kap te nangmih kan khoek uh thil coeng, ' ti nauh. Tedae te nen te Pathen kah ram tah yoei coeng tila ming uh.
Even the dust which having clung to us out of the city of you (to the feet *NO) we wipe off against you; yet this do know that has drawn near (upon you *K) the kingdom of God.
12 Nangmih taengah ka thui, tekah khohnin ah Sodom te tekah khopuei lakah a phoeng la om ni.
I say (now *k) to you that for Sodom in the day that more tolerable it will be than city for that.
13 Anunae nang Khorazim, anunae nang Bethsaida, nangmih ah thaomnah aka om te Tyre neh Sidon ah om koinih, tlamhni neh hmaiphu dongah ngol uh vetih yut uh dingrhae pawn ni.
Woe to you Chorazin! Woe to you Bethsaida! For if in Tyre and Sidon (had been *N+kO) the miracles having taken place in you, long ago then would in sackcloth and ashes (sitting *N+kO) they would have repented.
14 Tedae laitloeknah khuiah Tyre neh Sidon te nangmih lakah a phoeng la om ni.
But for Tyre and for Sidon more tolerable will it be in the judgment than for you.
15 Kapernaum nang te, vaan la na pomsang pawt nim? Tedae Hell la na cungpung bitni. (Hadēs g86)
And you yourself Capernaum (not *N+kO) to heaven (will you be lifted up? *N+kO) to Hades (you will be brought down. *N+kO) (Hadēs g86)
16 Nangmih taengah aka hnatun long tah kai ol a hnatun tih, nangmih aka hnawt long tah kai ni n'hnawt. Tedae kai aka hnawt long tah ka tueih hlang te khaw a hnawt,” a ti nah.
The [one] hearing you Me hears, and the [one] rejecting you Me myself rejects; the [one] now Me myself rejecting he rejects the [One] having sent Me.
17 Sawmrhih panit tah omngaihnah neh mael uh tih, “Boeipa, nang ming nen tah rhaithae pataeng kaimih taengah boe a ngai uh coeng,” a ti uh.
Returned then the seventy (two *NO) with joy saying; Lord, even the demons are subject to us through the name of You.
18 Te vaengah amih te, “Satan he vaan lamkah khophaa a tlak banglam ni ka hmuh.
He said then to them; I was beholding Satan as lightning out of the heaven having fallen.
19 Rhul neh saelkhui-ta-ai khaw, rhal kah thaomnah boeih khaw cawt thil hamla nangmih taengah saithainah kam paek he. Te dongah pakhat nen pataeng nangmih te n'thae sak loengloeng boel saeh.
Behold (I have given *N+kO) you the authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions and upon all the power of the enemy, and no [thing] you certainly not (may injure. *NK+o)
20 Tedae mueihla loh nangmih taengah boe a ngai dongah he omngaih uh boeh, vaan ah na ming a tarhit dongah mah omngaih uh,” a ti nah.
Yet in this not do rejoice that the spirits to you are subjected; do rejoice however (more *K) that the names of you (have been written *N+kO) in the heavens.
21 Amah te vaeng tue ah Mueihla Cim loh a hlampan sak tih, “A Pa, vaan neh diklai kah Boeipa namah te kan uem, lungming hlangcueih taengkah na phah tangtae te cahmang rhoek taengah a pumphoe pah. Te pai saeh, a pa, te ni na hmaiah kolonah la aka om.
In [the] same hour He rejoiced (in *n) the Spirit (Holy *N+KO) and said; I fully consent to You, Father, Lord of the heaven and of the earth, for You have hidden these things from wise and intelligent and revealed them to little children. yes O Father, for thus well-pleasing was it before You.
22 A cungkuem he a Pa loh kai taengah a tloeng. Pa mueh atah capa te unim ti khaw a ming moenih. Capa mueh atah pa te unim ti khaw a ming moenih. Amih taengah khaw capa loh pumphoe hamla a ngaih,” a ti nah.
(and having turned to disciples said *K) All things to Me was delivered by the Father of Mine, And no [one] knows who is the Son only except the Father, and who is the Father only except the Son and to whom (maybe *NK+o) shall resolve the Son to reveal [Him].
23 Te phoeiah amah te hnukbang rhoek taengla mael tih, “Na hmuh uh he na mik loh a hmuh dongah he a yoethen.
And having turned to the disciples in private He said; Blessed [are] the eyes which are seeing what you see!
24 Nangmih ham ni ka thui, nangmih loh na hmuh uh he tonghma rhoek neh manghai rhoek loh hmuh ham muep a ngaih uh dae ana hmu uh pawh, na yaak uh he ana yaak lam khaw ana yaak uh moenih,” a ti nah.
I say for to you that many prophets and kings desired to see what you yourselves see and not saw, and to hear what you hear and not heard.
25 Te vaengah olming pakhat tah Jesuh te noemcai ham tarha thoo tih, “Saya, balae ka saii vetih dungyan hingnah ka pang eh?,” a ti nah. (aiōnios g166)
And behold a lawyer certain stood up testing Him (and *ko) saying; Teacher, what having done life eternal will I inherit? (aiōnios g166)
26 Te dongah Jesuh loh anih te, “Olkhueng dongah a daek te metlam na tae te?” a ti nah.
And He said to him; In the law what has been written? How read you?
27 Anih long khaw a doo tih, “Boeipa na Pathen te na thinko boeih, na hinglu boeih, na thadueng boeih, na kopoek boeih neh, na imben te khaw namah pum bangla na lungnah ni,” a ti nah.
And answering he said; 'You will love [the] Lord the God of you with all the heart of you and (with all the soul *N+kO) of you and (with all the strength *N+kO) of you and (with all the mind *N+kO) of you’, and The neighbour of you as yourself.’
28 Te dongah anih te, “Buelh nan doo coeng, te te saii lamtah na hing bitni,” a ti nah.
He said then to him; Correctly you have answered; This do perform and you will live.
29 Tedae anih long te amah a tang a ngaih dongah, Jesuh te, “Ka imben te unim,” a ti nah.
But desiring (to justify *N+kO) himself he said to Jesus; And who is my neighbour?
30 Jesuh loh a doo tih, “Hlang pakhat tah Jerusalem lamkah loh Jerikho la suntla dae dingca rhoek neh tonguh. Anih te a pit uh phoeiah lucik la a khuehuh. Te daengah a toeng uh tih duekhlong la a caeh tak uh.
Having taken [it] up (now *ko) Jesus said; A man certain was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho and robbers fell among who both having stripped him and wounds having inflicted they went away having left [him] half dead (state. *k)
31 Tapkhoeh taploeng la khosoih pakhat tah tekah longpuei ah suntla tih anih te a hmuh dae a rhael.
By chance now a priest certain was going down on the road that, and having seen him he passed by opposite.
32 Te vanbangla Levi khaw te hmuen kah aka om te a thoeng thil tih a hmuh dae a rhael bal.
Likewise now also a Levite having come to the spot having come and having seen [him] passed by opposite.
33 Tedae Samaria yin pakhat loh anih te a thoeng thil tih a hmuh vaengah a thinphat.
A Samaritan however one journeying came to him, and having seen (him *ko) was moved with compassion,
34 Te dongah a paan tih a hma te a ben pah, situi, misurtui neh a toi pah. Te phoeiah anih te amah kah boiva dongah a ngol sak, rhaehim la a khuen tih, a cuncah.
and having approached he bound up the wounds of him pouring on oil and wine. having put then him on [his] own beast he brought him to an inn and took care of him.
35 A vuen ah tah denari panit te a loh tih imtawt te a paek. Te phoeiah, ' Anih he cuncah lamtah pakhat khaw na vak yet te tah ka mael vaengah nang te kan thuung bitni,” a ti nah.
And on the next day (having gone out *K) having taken out he gave [them] two denarii to the innkeeper and said (to him: *k) do take care of him, and (whatever more *NK+o) maybe you may expend, I myself on the returning of me will repay you.
36 Te rhoek pathum khuiah dingca kut ah aka cungku kah imben la ulae aka om ni tila na poek?” a ti nah.
Which (therefore *KO) of these three a neighbour seems to you to have been of the [one] falling among the robbers?
37 Te vaengah anih long te, “A soah rhennah aka tueng sak te,” a ti nah. Te phoeiah amah te Jesuh loh, “Cet lamtah namah loh saii van,” a ti nah.
And he said; The [one] having shown compassion toward him. Said (then *N+kO) to him Jesus; do go and you yourself do act likewise.
38 A caeh uh vaengah kho pakhat ah pah. Te vaengah huta pakhat, a ming ah Martha loh Jesuh te a doe.
(it came to pass *K) In now the proceeding of them (and *ko) He himself entered into a village certain. a woman now certain named Martha received Him (into *ko) (the house *k+o) (of her *KO)
39 Te vaengah a mana Mary la a khue te khaw om. Anih tah Boeipa kah kho taengah ngol van tih a ol te a hnatun.
And she was a sister being called Mary. She also (having sat down at *N+kO) the feet of the (Lord *N+KO) was listening to the word of Him.
40 Tedae Martha tah bibi dongah mat tok. Te dongah koe pai tih, “Boeipa, kai mana tah nang hamla a ngaihuet voel pawt tih kamah bueng he thohtat ham n'hnoo coeng. Te dongah anih te thui pah lamtah kai n'bom mai saeh,” a ti nah.
But Martha was distracted about much service. having come up now she said; Lord, not is it concerning to You that the sister of mine alone me (has left *NK+o) to serve? do speak therefore to her that me she may help!
41 Tedae anih te Boeipa loh a doo tih, “Martha, Martha, muep na mawn tih na tom na ta mai.
Answering now He said to her the (Lord; *N+KO) Martha Martha, you are anxious and (troubled *N+kO) about many things,
42 Tedae pakhat a ngoe om, Mary loh buham then te a tuek coeng dongah anih kah he rhawt pa uh mahpawh,” a ti nah.
(few or *O) one [thing] however is necessary: Mary (for *N+kO) the good portion has chosen which not will be taken away from (from *ko) her.
