Isaiah 65
1 Kai aka dawt pawt rhoek loh kai n'toem aka tlap pawt loh m'hmuh coeng. Kai ming aka khue noek pawh namtom taengah, “Kai ni he, kai ni he,” ka ti nah.
Those who before were not asking for me have sought me. Those who have not sought me have found me. I said, “Behold, it is I! Behold, it is I!” to a nation which was not invoking my name.
2 A kopoek hnukah a then pawt la longpuei aka vai pilnam thinthah taengah khohnin yung ah ka kut ka phuel.
I have extended my hands all day long to an unbelieving people, who advance along a way that is not good, following their own thoughts,
3 Ka mikhmuh ah kai aka veet tih dum ah aka ngawn nainoe neh ka laiboeng dongah aka phum.
to a people who provoke me to anger before my face continually, who immolate in the gardens, and who sacrifice upon the bricks.
4 Phuel ah kho aka sa tih rhalrhing neh aka rhaeh, ok saa neh maehhang te a am dongah dikyik dikyak la a sok.
They live in sepulchers, and they sleep in the shrines of idols. They eat the flesh of swine, and a profane elixir is in their vessels.
5 “Nang te khoem uh laeh, kai taengla ha mop boeh,” aka ti rhoek aw he hmaikhu, khohnin yung kah hmai aka rhong neh ka hnarhong khuiah nan hawth uh.
They say: “Depart from me! Do not approach me, for you are unclean!” Such as these will be the smoke in my fury, a fire burning all day long.
6 Ka mikhmuh ah a daek tangtae coeng ni he, ka ngam mahpawh. Amih kah rhang dongah ka thuung rhoe ka thuung ni.
Behold, it has been written in my sight; I will not be silent. Instead, I will render retribution into their sinews.
7 Nangmih kathaesainah neh na pa rhoek kathaesainah khaw BOEIPA loh rhenten a thui coeng. Tlang ah a phum tih som ah kai m'veet uh. Te dongah a thaphu te amamih kah rhang dongah lamhma la ka loeng pah ni.
Your iniquities are joined with the iniquities of your fathers, says the Lord. For they have sacrificed upon the mountains, and they have offended me upon the hills. And so, I will measure back to them, from their first work, into their sinews.
8 Thaihsu khuikah misur thai te a hmuh vaengah BOEIPA loh he ni a thui. “A khuiah a yoethennah dongah anih te phae boeh,” a ti. Boeih phae pawt ham ni ka sal rhoek ham ka saii tangloeng eh.
Thus says the Lord: In the same way as it is said about a grain found in a cluster, “Do not destroy it, because it is a blessing,” so will I act for the sake of my servants, so that I may not destroy the whole.
9 Jakob lamkah a tiingan neh ka tlang aka pang ham te Judah lamloh ka thoeng sak ni. Te te ka coelh rhoek loh a pang uh vetih te ah te ka sal rhoek loh kho a sak uh ni.
And I will lead forth an offspring from Jacob, and a possessor of my mountains from Judah. And my elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall live there.
10 Kai aka toem ka pilnam ham tah Sharon te boiva kah tolkhoeng la, Akor kol saelhung kah a kolhmuen la om ni.
And the open plains will become sheepfolds for the flocks, and the valley of Achor will become a domicile for the herds, for my people who have sought me.
11 Tedae nangmih tah BOEIPA aka hnoo, ka tlang cim aka hnilh, Yoekam ham caboei aka phaih, Meni ham yu aka doh,
And you who have forsaken the Lord, who have forgotten my holy mountain, who set a table for Fortune, and who offer libations concerning her:
12 nangmih te cunghang neh kan tae thil vetih nangmih te maeh la boeih na koisu uh ni. Kang khue lalah nan doo pawh. Ka thui lalah na hnatun pawt tih ka mikhmuh ah a thae na saii. Te dongah na tuek vaengah te ka ngaih rhoe moenih.
I will number you with the sword, and you will all fall by slaughter. For I called and you did not respond; I spoke, and you did not listen. And you did what is evil in my eyes; and what I did not will, you have chosen.
13 Te dongah ka Boeipa Yahovah loh he ni a thui. Ka sal rhoek loh a caak uh vaengah nangmih tah na lamlum uh ni he. Ka sal rhoek loh a ok uh vaengah na halthi uh ni he. Ka sal rhoek loh ko a hoe uh vaengah nangmih tah yah na poh uh ni he.
Because of this, thus says the Lord God: Behold, my servants will eat, and you will be hungry. Behold, my servants will drink, and you will be thirsty.
14 Ka sal rhoek te lungbuei thennah neh a tamhoe uh vaengah nangmih tah lungbuei thakkhoeihnah na pang uh vetih mueihla pocinah neh na rhung uh ni.
Behold, my servants will rejoice, and you will be confounded. Behold, my servants will give praise in exultation of heart, and you will cry out in sorrow of heart, and you will wail in contrition of spirit.
15 Nangmih ming tah ka coelh rhoek taengah olhlo la kap vetih nang te ka Boeipa Yahovah loh n'duek sak ni. Tedae a sal rhoek te ming a tloe neh a khue ni.
And you will leave behind your name to my elect as a curse. And the Lord God will put you to death, and he will call his servants by another name.
16 Diklai ah aka uem te tah Amen Pathen loh a uem vetih diklai ah aka toemngam tah Amen Pathen loh a toemngam ni. Hnukbuet kah citcai te a hnilh uh vetih ka mikhmuh ah thuh uh ni.
By that name, whoever is blessed on earth, will be blessed in God. Amen! And whoever swears on earth, will swear by God. Amen! For the past anguishes have been delivered into oblivion, and they have been hidden from my eyes.
17 Vaan thai neh diklai thai ka suen coeng he. Lamhma te poek uh voel pawt vetih lungbuei ah khaw cuen voel mahpawh.
For behold, I create the new heavens and the new earth. And the former things will not be in memory and will not enter into the heart.
18 Tedae lat ngaingaih uh lamtah kai loh ka suen te a yoeyah la omngaih puei uh. Kai loh Jerusalem kah omngaihnah neh a pilnam kah omthennah te ka suen coeng.
But you will be glad and exult, even forever, in these things that I create. For behold, I create Jerusalem as an exultation, and its people as a joy.
19 Jerusalem soah ka omngaih vetih ka pilnam soah ka ngaingaih bal ni. A khuiah rhah ol neh pang ol n'yaak voel mahpawh.
And I will exult in Jerusalem, and I will rejoice in my people. And neither a voice of weeping, nor a voice of outcry, will be heard in her anymore.
20 Te ah tah a kum aka cahni neh a kum aka soep mueh patong khaw koep om mahpawh. Camoe khaw kum yakhat ca thoeng ah duek ni. Tedae kum yakhat ca thoeng duela lai aka hmu thae a phoei thil ni.
There will no longer be an infant of only a few days there, nor an elder who does not complete his days. For a mere child dies at a hundred years of age, and a sinner of a hundred years will be accursed.
21 Im a sak uh vetih kho a sak uh ni. Misur a phung uh vetih a thaih a caak uh ni.
And they will build houses, and will inhabit them. And they will plant vineyards, and will eat their fruits.
22 A sak uh phoeiah tah a tloe loh khosak thil mahpawh. A phung phoeiah a tloe loh ca mahpawh. Ka pilnam kah kum he thingkung kah kum bangla om vetih a kut kah bitat te ka coelh rhoek loh a hmawn puei ni.
They will not build, so that another may inhabit. They will not plant, so that another may eat. For according to the days of a tree, so will be the days of my people. And the works of their hands will be long-standing.
23 A poeyoek la kohnue uh pawt vetih lungmitnah la ca cun uh mahpawh. Amih kah tiingan neh a taengkah a cadil cahma khaw BOEIPA kah yoethen a paek rhoek ni.
My elect will not labor in vain, and they will not bring forth in disorder. For they are the offspring of the blessed of the Lord, and their posterity are with them.
24 Om ngawn bitni, ng'khue uh hlanah khaw kai loh ka doo ni. A thui uh li vaengah kai loh ka yaak pawn ni.
And this shall be: before they call out, I will perceive; while they are still speaking, I will hear.
25 Uithang neh tuca te pakhat la luem rhoi ni. Sathueng loh saelhung bangla cangkong a caak ni. Rhul tah laipi te a buh nah vetih thaehuet mahpawh, ka tlang cim tom ah phop uh voelmahpawh. BOEIPA loh a thui coeng.
The wolf and the lamb will pasture together. The lion and the ox will eat hay. And dust will be the food of the serpent. They will not harm, and they will not kill, on all my holy mountain, says the Lord.
