< Ephisa 3 >

1 Te dongah kai Paul tah nangmih namtom rhoek ham Jesuh Khrih kah thongtla ka om.
For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus in behalf of you Gentiles, —
2 Nangmih ham Pathen kah lungvatnah dongkah hnokhoemnah he kai m'paek te na yaak uh mak atah.
if so be that ye have heard of the dispensation of that grace of God which was given me to you-ward;
3 Atoi la ka daek noek vanbangla tekah olhuep tah pumphoenah neh kai taengah phoe coeng.
how that by revelation was made known unto me the mystery, as I wrote before in few words,
4 Te cadaek bangla tae rhangneh Khrih kah olhuep soah kai kah yakmingnah te na yakming uh thai.
whereby, when ye read, ye can perceive my understanding in the mystery of Christ;
5 Te tah Mueihla lamloh a caeltueih rhoek neh tonghma hlangcim taengah a pumphoe coeng bangla hlang ca rhoek taengah rhuirhong a tloe lam khaw ana phoe moenih.
which in other generations was not made known unto the sons of men, as it hath now been revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit;
6 Olthangthen lamloh namtom khaw Khrih Jesuh dongah olkhueh te pumkhat la cut hmaih tih rho aka pang hamla om coeng.
[to wit], that the Gentiles are fellow-heirs, and fellow-members of the body, and fellow-partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel,
7 A thaomnah kah bibi vanbangla Pathen kah lungvatnah kutdoe te kai m'paek coeng dongah te olthangthen kah tueihyoeih la ka om.
whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of that grace of God which was given me according to the working of his power.
8 Hlangcim rhoek boeih khuiah a yit cadih koek kai taengah he lungvatnah he m'paek coeng. Khrih kah a khuehtawn toeklek toekna mueh te namtom rhoek taengah aka thui ham ni.
Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, was this grace given, to preach unto the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
9 Cungkuem aka suen Pathen dongah yan lamkah a thuh olhuep kah hnokhoemnah te hlang boeih tueng ham ni. (aiōn g165)
and to make all men see what is the dispensation of the mystery which for ages hath been hid in God who created all things; (aiōn g165)
10 Te daengah ni Pathen kah cueihnah a comluem te hlangboel lamloh vaan kah boeilu rhoek neh saithainah dongah a phoe eh.
to the intent that now unto the principalities and the powers in the heavenly [places] might be made known through the church the manifold wisdom of God,
11 Te tah kumhal kah mangtaeng vanbangla mamih Boeipa Khrih Jesuh ah a saii coeng. (aiōn g165)
according to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: (aiōn g165)
12 Amah dongah sayalhnah n'dang uh tih amah kah tangnah lamloh pangtungnah neh kunnah n'danguh.
in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him.
13 Te dongah nangmih ham kai kah phacip phabaem dongah thathae pawt ham kan hloep. Te tah nangmih kah thangpomnah ni.
Wherefore I ask that ye may not faint at my tribulations for you, which are your glory.
14 He dongah ni a pa taengah ka khuklu ka cungkueng.
For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father,
15 Amah lamloh vaan neh diklai hman kah nurhui parhui boeih a khue.
from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named,
16 Te daengah ni amah kah mueihla lamloh hlang ko khuiah rhaang sak ham a thaomnah dongkah thangpomnah khuehtawn te a tarhing la nangmih m'paek eh.
that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that ye may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man;
17 Tangnah lamloh nangmih thinko ah Khrih loh kho a sak. Lungnah dongah m'pael tih n'sut.
that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 Te daengah ni hlagcim boeih taengkah lungnah a daang neh a yun, a sang neh a dung te tuuk ham na noeng uh eh.
may be strong to apprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth,
19 Mingnah aka baetawt Khrih kah lungnah khaw ming ham om. Te daengah ni Pathen kah a soepnah te a cungkuem la na cung uh eh.
and to know the love of Christ which passeth knowledge, that ye may be filled unto all the fulness of God.
20 Amah tah a puehdaih la a saii ham boeih coeng thai hlai coeng. M'bih neh n'yakming te mamih ah thaomnah la tueng.
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
21 Amah thangpomnah tah hlangboel so neh Khrih Jesuh dong lamloh cadil cahma boeih taengah kumhal kah kumhal ah om saeh. Amen. (aiōn g165)
unto him [be] the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus unto all generations for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
