< Johan 21 >

1 To pacoengah Jesu mah Tiberia tuipui ah a hnukbang kaminawk khaeah amtueng pae let.
After these things, Yeshua revealed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias. He revealed himself this way.
2 Toah Simon Piter, (Dydimu, tiah kawk ih) Thomas, Kalili prae Kana avang ih Nathanael, Zebedee ih caanawk, a hnukbang kalah hnetto oh o.
Simon Peter, Thomas called Didymus, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples were together.
3 Simon Piter mah nihcae khaeah, Tanga haeng hanah ka caeh han, tiah a naa. Nihcae mah anih khaeah, Kaicae doeh kang zoh o toeng han, tiah a naa o. To pongah nihcae doeh caeh o moe, palong thungah akun o roep: toe to na aqum loe nihcae mah tidoeh naeh o ai.
Simon Peter said to them, “I’m going fishing.” They told him, “We are also coming with you.” They immediately went out and entered into the boat. That night, they caught nothing.
4 Khawnbang phak naah, Jesu loe tui taengah angdoet: toe Jesu ni, tito a hnukbang kaminawk mah panoek o ai.
But when day had already come, Yeshua stood on the beach; yet the disciples didn’t know that it was Yeshua.
5 Jesu mah nihcae khaeah, Nawktanawk, caak koi na tawnh o maw? tiah a naa. Nihcae mah anih khaeah, Ka tawn o ai, tiah pathim pae o.
Yeshua therefore said to them, “Children, have you anything to eat?” They answered him, “No.”
6 Anih mah nihcae khaeah, Palong bantang bangah palok to haeng oh, na naeh o tih, tiah a naa. To pongah nihcae mah palok to haeng o, to naah palok zae thai ai khoek to pop parai ah tanga to a naeh o.
He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” They cast it therefore, and now they weren’t able to draw it in for the multitude of fish.
7 To naah Jesu mah palung ih a hnukbang kami mah Piter khaeah, Anih loe Angraeng bae! tiah a naa. Anih loe Angraeng ni, tiah thuih ih lok to Piter mah thaih naah, (anih loe bangkrai ah oh) pongah, laihaw kalen to angkhuk moe, tui thungah lungpung tathuk.
That disciple therefore whom Yeshua loved said to Peter, “It’s the Lord!” So when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he wrapped his coat around himself (for he was naked), and threw himself into the sea.
8 Kalah a hnukbang kaminawk loe anih hnukah palong hoiah angzoh o: (nihcae loe tuicing hoi angthla parai ai, lam quipangato thuemtham ni angthla, ) palok koiah kaman tanga to saoeng bangah a zaeh o.
But the other disciples came in the little boat (for they were not far from the land, but about two hundred cubits away), dragging the net full of fish.
9 Nihcae saoeng bang phak o naah, tik ih hmai nuiah paaem ih tanga hoi takawnawk to a hnuk o.
So when they got out on the land, they saw a fire of coals there, with fish and bread laid on it.
10 Jesu mah nihcae khaeah, Vaihi pang na naeh o ih tanga to na sin oh, tiah a naa.
Yeshua said to them, “Bring some of the fish which you have just caught.”
11 Simon Piter loe palong nuiah dawh moe, tanga kalen ngai ah cumvai quipangato pacoeng, thumto kaman palok to tuicing bangah a zaeh: tanga loe pop parai, toe palok loe angsik ai.
Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land, full of one hundred fifty-three great fish. Even though there were so many, the net wasn’t torn.
12 Jesu mah nihcae khaeah, Angzo oh loe, buhcaa oh, tiah a naa. Angraeng ni, tiah panoek o boeh pongah, a hnukbang kami maeto mah doeh nang loe mi aa? tiah dueng o ai.
Yeshua said to them, “Come and eat breakfast!” None of the disciples dared inquire of him, “Who are you?” knowing that it was the Lord.
13 Jesu loe angzoh moe, takaw hoi tanga to lak pacoengah, nihcae hanah a paek.
Then Yeshua came and took the bread, gave it to them, and the fish likewise.
14 Hae loe a duek moe, angthawk let pacoengah, a hnukbang kaminawk khaeah amtueng ih vai thumto haih ah oh.
This is now the third time that Yeshua was revealed to his disciples after he had risen from the dead.
15 Nihcae buhcaak o pacoengah, Jesu mah Simon Piter khaeah, Jonah capa, Simon, hae hmuennawk pongah kai nang palung kue maw? tiah a naa. Piter mah, Ue, Angraeng; nang kang palung, tito na panoek, tiah a naa. Anih mah, Kai ih tuucaanawk hae pacah ah, tiah a naa.
So when they had eaten their breakfast, Yeshua said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love me more than these?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord; you know that I have affection for you.” He said to him, “Feed my lambs.”
16 Jesu mahJonah capa, Simon, Kai nang palung maw? tiah vai hnetto a naa let. Piter mah, Ue, Angraeng; kang palung, tito na panoek, tiah a naa. Anih mah, Kai ih tuunawk hae pacah ah, tiah a naa.
He said to him again a second time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love me?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord; you know that I have affection for you.” He said to him, “Tend my sheep.”
17 Jesu mahJonah capa, Simon, Kai nang palung maw? tiah vai thumto a naa let bae. Jesu mahkai nang palung maw? tiah vai thumto a naa pongah, Piter loe palungset. Piter mah anih khaeah, Angraeng, hmuennawk boih na panoek; nang kang palung, tito doeh na panoek, tiah a naa. Jesu mah anih khaeah, Kai ih tuunawk hae pacah ah, tiah a naa.
He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you have affection for me?” Peter was grieved because he asked him the third time, “Do you have affection for me?” He said to him, “Lord, you know everything. You know that I have affection for you.” Yeshua said to him, “Feed my sheep.
18 Loktang to, loktang ah, kang thuih, Na nawkta nathuem ah loe, nangmah hoi nangmah kahni nang khuk moe, na koeh ih ahmuen ah na caeh: toe na mitong naah loe, ban na payangh ueloe, kalah kami mah ni kahni to angkhuksak tih, na caeh koeh ai ih ahmuen ah na caeh haih tih, tiah a naa.
Most certainly I tell you, when you were young, you dressed yourself and walked where you wanted to. But when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will dress you and carry you where you don’t want to go.”
19 To tiah a thuih ih lok loe, Piter mah kawbaktih duekhaih hoiah maw Sithaw pakoeh tih, tiah thuih koehhaih ih ni. To tiah lok a thuih pacoengah, anih mah, Piter khaeah, Ka hnukah na bangah, tiah a naa.
Now he said this, signifying by what kind of death he would glorify God. When he had said this, he said to him, “Follow me.”
20 Piter hnukbang angqoi naah, anih hnukah kabang Jesu mah palung ih a hnukbang kami to a hnuk; anih loe duembuh caak o naah Jesu ih saoek nuiah amha moe, Angraeng, mi mah maw nang angphat taak tih? tiah lokdueng kami ah oh.
Then Peter, turning around, saw a disciple following. This was the disciple whom Yeshua loved, the one who had also leaned on Yeshua’s chest at the supper and asked, “Lord, who is going to betray you?”
21 Piter mah to kami to hnuk naah Jesu khaeah, Angraeng, anih hae loe kawbangmaw om tih? tiah dueng.
Peter, seeing him, said to Yeshua, “Lord, what about this man?”
22 Jesu mah anih khaeah, Kai angzoh karoek to anih hingsak hanah ka koeh cadoeh, nang hoi timaw asaenghaih oh? Ka hnukah mah na bangah, tiah a naa.
Yeshua said to him, “If I desire that he stay until I come, what is that to you? You follow me.”
23 Hae tiah thuih ih lok pongah, To a hnukbang kami loe, dueh mak ai, tiah nawkamyanawk salakah lok to amsong: toe Jesu mah anih khaeah, Nang loe na dueh mak ai, tiah thui ai; toe Kai angzoh karoek to anih hingsak hanah ka koeh cadoeh, nang hoi timaw asaenghaih oh? tiah ni a thuih.
This saying therefore went out among the brothers that this disciple wouldn’t die. Yet Yeshua didn’t say to him that he wouldn’t die, but, “If I desire that he stay until I come, what is that to you?”
24 Hae a hnukbang kami loe hae hmuennawk thuikung hoi tarikkung ah oh. Anih mah thuih ih lok loe amsoem, tiah ka panoek o.
This is the disciple who testifies about these things, and wrote these things. We know that his witness is true.
25 Jesu mah sak ih kalah paroeai hmuennawk doeh oh vop, maeto doeh anghmat ai ah to hmuennawk to tarik boih si tih nahaeloe, tarik ih cabunawk suek hanah long acaeh mak ai, tiah ka poek.
There are also many other things which Yeshua did, which if they would all be written, I suppose that even the world itself wouldn’t have room for the books that would be written.
