Levitico 27

1 Ug misulti si Jehova kang Moises, nga nagaingon:

And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:

2 Isulti mo sa mga anak sa Israel ug ipamulong mo kanila: Sa diha nga ang usa ka tawo magabuhat ug linain nga panaad kang Jehova, ang mga tawo mao ang alang kang Jehova sumala sa imong pagbana-bana:

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: When a man shall clearly utter a vow of persons unto the LORD, according to thy valuation,

3 Ang imong pagbana-bana mao ang sa mga lalake nga sukad sa kaluhaan ka tuig hangtud sa kan-uman ka tuig, bisan ang panuigon sa imong pagbana-bana nga mao ang kalim-an ka siclo nga salapi ingon sa siclo sa balaang puloy-anan.

then thy valuation shall be for the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

4 Ug kong siya babaye, nan ang imong pagbana-bana mao ang katloan ka siclo.

And if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirty shekels.

5 Ug kong sukad sa lima ka tuig hangtud sa kaluhaan ka tuig ang panuigon, nan ang imong pagbana-bana mao kini, ang sa lalake, kaluhaan ka siclo, ug ang sa babaye napulo ka siclo,

And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy valuation shall be for the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

6 Ug kong sukad sa usa ka bulan hangtud sa lima ka tuig ang panuigon, nan ang imong pagbana-bana mao kini, sa lalake, lima ka siclo nga salapi; ug sa babaye ang imong pagbana-bana mao ang tolo ka siclo nga salapi.

And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy valuation shall be for the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

7 Ug kong sukad sa kan-uman ka tuig ang panuigon ngadto sa ibabaw, kong siya lalake, ang imong pagbana-bana mao ang napulo ug lima ka siclo ug alang sa babaye napulo ka siclo.

And if it be from sixty years old and upward: if it be a male, then thy valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

8 Apan kong siya labing kabus kay sa imong pagbana-bana, unya magpakita siya sa atubangan sa sacerdote, ug ang sacerdote magabutang kaniya ug bili: sumala sa hiarangan niadtong nagpanaad, ang sacerdote magapahamtang kaniya ug bili.

But if he be too poor for thy valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the means of him that vowed shall the priest value him.

9 Ug kong mananap ang igahalad sa mga tawo alang kang Jehova, ang tanan nga igahatag sa tawo ngadto kang Jehova mahimong balaan.

And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

10 Kini dili pagausbon niya, ni pagailisan, ang maayo sa dautan kun ang dautan sa maayo: ug kong pagabayloan ang usa ka mananap sa laing mananap, nan kini ug ang hinatag nga giilis mahimong balaan.

He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

11 Ug kong kini mananap nga mahugaw, nga dili angay nga ihalad ingon sa halad kang Jehova, unya ang mananap iyang igabutang sa atubangan sa sacerdote;

And if it be any unclean beast, of which they may not bring an offering unto the LORD, then he shall set the beast before the priest.

12 Ug ang sacerdote magapabili niini kun maayo ba kun dautan ba; ingon nga ikaw nga sacerdote magapabili niini, mamao kini.

And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad; as thou the priest valuest it, so shall it be.

13 Apan kong kini pagatubson gayud niya, nan igadugang nila ang ikalima ka bahin sa imong pagbana-bana.

But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part thereof unto thy valuation.

14 Ug sa diha nga ang usa ka tawo magabalaan sa iyang balay nga balaanon kang Jehova, nan ang sacerdote magapabili niini, kun maayo ba kun dautan ba: ingon sa pagbili sa sacerdote niini mamao kini.

And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad; as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.

15 Apan kong ang magabalaan niini molukat sa iyang balay, nan magadugang siya sa ikalima ka bahin sa salapi sa imong pagpabili niini, ug kini mamaiya.

And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy valuation unto it, and it shall be his.

16 Ug sa diha nga ang usa ka tawo magabalaan sa yuta nga iyang kaugalingon kang Jehova, nan ang imong pagbana-bana ipasikad sa iyang pugas niini: ang pugas nga usa ka omer sa cebada pagabilihan sa tag-kalim-an ka siclo nga salapi.

And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD part of the field of his possession, then thy valuation shall be according to the sowing thereof; the sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

17 Ug kong pagabalaanon niya ang iyang yuta sukad sa tuig sa tinghugyaw, sumala sa imong pagbana-bana, mamao kini.

If he sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy valuation it shall stand.

18 Apan kong sa human na ang tinghugyaw magabalaan siya sa iyang yuta, nan ang sacerdote magahusay kaniya sa salapi, sumala sa mga tuig nga mahabilin hangtud sa tuig sa tinghugyaw; ug pagakunhoran kini sa imong pagbana-bana.

But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain unto the year of jubilee, and an abatement shall be made from thy valuation.

19 Ug kong ang nagbalaan sa yuta buot gayud molukat niini, nan magadugang siya sa ikalima ka bahin sa salapi sa imong pagbana-bana niini, ug kini mahabilin alang kaniya.

And if he that sanctified the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy valuation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

20 Ug kong siya dili molukat sa yuta, kun ang yuta gikabaligya sa laing tawo, dili na gayud malukat kini:

And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

21 Apan sa diha nga makagawas na ang yuta sa tinghugyaw pagabalaanon kini kang Jehova, ingon nga yuta nga hinalad; ang sacerdote mao ang makapanag-iya niini.

But the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

22 Ug kong pagabalaanon niya kini kang Jehova ang yuta nga iyang gipalit, nga dili sa yuta nga iyang panulondon;

And if he sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the field of his possession;

23 Nan ang sacerdote magaisip nga alang kaniya sa bili sa imong pagbana-bana ngadto sa tuig sa tinghugyaw: ug niadtong adlawa magahatag siya sa imong pagbana-bana ingon nga usa ka butang nga balaan alang kang Jehova.

then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy valuation unto the year of jubilee; and he shall give thy valuation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

24 Sa tuig sa tinghugyaw igauli niya ang yuta niadtong iyang gipalitan, nga mao ang tag-iya sa yuta.

In the year of jubilee the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongeth.

25 Ug ang tanan nga imong pagpabili ipasikad sa siclo sa balaang puloyanan; ang siclo adunay kaluhaan ka obolo.

And all thy valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary; twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

26 Kadto lamang nga panganay sa taliwala sa mga mananap, nga tungod sa pagkapanganay iya ni Jehova, walay bisan kinsa nga tawo nga magabalaan niini; bisan vaca, kun carnero, kini iya ni Jehova.

Howbeit the firstling among beasts, which is born as a firstling to the LORD, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox or sheep, it is the LORD'S.

27 Ug kong gikan sa mga mananap nga mahugaw, nan pagalukaton nila ingon sa imong pagbana-bana, ug madugang niini sa ikalima ka bahin ug kondili nila pagalukaton, nan igabaligya ingon sa imong pagbana-bana.

And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall ransom it according to thy valuation, and shall add unto it the fifth part thereof; or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy valuation.

28 Apan, walay bisan unsa nga butang nga hinalad, nga igahalad sa usa ka tawo kang Jehova gikan sa tanan nga iya, bisan sa tawo, kun sa mga mananap, kun sa mga yuta nga iyang kaugalingon nga igabaligya kun pagalukaton. Ang tanan nga hinalad maoy butang nga labing balaan kang Jehova.

Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man may devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, whether of man or beast, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.

29 Walay bisan kinsa nga hinalad, nga igahalad gikan sa mga tawo, nga pagalukaton; pagapatyon gayud siya.

None devoted, that may be devoted of men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

30 Ug ang tanan nga ikapulo sa yuta, maingon man ang sa binhi sa yuta, mao usab ang sa bunga sa mga kahoy, iya ni Jehova: kini maoy butang nga balaan alang kang Jehova.

And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S; it is holy unto the LORD.

31 Ug kong adunay buot magalukat ug diyutay sa iyang ikapulo, igadugang niya niini ang ikalima ka bahin.

And if a man will redeem aught of his tithe, he shall add unto it the fifth part thereof.

32 Ug ang tanan nga ikapulo sa mga vaca kun sa mga carnero, bisan unsa nga moagi sa ilalum sa sungkod, ang ikapulo niini pagabalaanon ngadto kang Jehova.

And all the tithe of the herd or the flock, whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

33 Dili siya magasusi kong maayo ba kun dautan ba; ni pagailisan kini niya: ug kong pagailisan gayud kini niya, nan ang iyang iilis ug ang pagailisan mamahimong balaan; kini dili pagalukaton.

He shall not inquire whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it; and if he change it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

34 Kini mao ang mga sugo nga gisugo ni Jehova kang Moises nga alang sa mga anak sa Israel didto sa bukid sa Sinai.

These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
