Mateo 27
1 Karon sa dihang miabot na ang kabuntagon, ang tanang pangulong pari ug mga kadaagkoan sa mga katawhan naglaraw batok kang Jesus aron patyon siya.
When the mornynge was come all ye chefe prestes and the elders of ye people helde a counsayle agenst Iesu to put him to deeth
2 Gigapos nila siya, gidala palayo, ug gitugyan siya kang Pilato nga gobernador.
and brought him bounde and delivered him vnto Poncius Pilate the debite.
3 Unya sa dihang si Judas, nga nagbudhi kaniya, nakakita nga si Jesus gihukman na, nagbasol siya ug gibalik ang 30 kabuok plata nga salapi ngadto sa mga pangulong pari ug mga kadagkoan,
Then when Iudas which betrayed him sawe that he was condempned he repented him sylfe and brought ageyne the. xxx. plattes of sylver to ye chefe prestes and elders
4 ug miingon, “Nakasala ako pinaagi sa pagbudhi sa dugo nga walay sala.” Apan miingon sila, “Unsay labot namo? Tan-awa kana sa imong kaugalingon.”
sayinge: I have synned betrayinge the innocent bloud. And they sayde: what is that to vs? Se thou to that.
5 Unya gilabay niya ang mga plata nga salapi didto sa templo, ug mipahawa, migawas ug gibitay ang iyang kaugalingon.
And he cast doune the sylver plattes in the temple and departed and went and hounge him sylfe.
6 Gipamunit sa mga pangulong pari ang mga plata nga salapi ug miingon, “Supak kini sa balaod nga isagol ngadto sa panudlanan, tungod kay kini bayad sa dugo.”
And the chefe prestes toke the sylver plattes and sayd: it is not lawfull for to put them in to the treasury because it is the pryce of bloud.
7 Naghisgot sila niining butanga ug uban sa maong salapi gipalit nila ang Uma sa Magkukulon aron kalubngan sa mga dumuduong.
And they toke counsell and bought with them a potters felde to bury strangers in.
8 Kay mao kini ang hinungdan nga kining umaha gitawag nga, “Ang uma sa dugo” hangtod karong adlawa.
Wherfore that felde is called the felde of bloud vntyll this daye.
9 Unya kadtong gisulti pinaagi kang Jeremias nga usa ka propeta natuman, nga nag-ingon, “Gikuha nila ang 30 kabuok nga plata nga salapi, ang bili nga gibutang kaniya sa mga tawo sa Israel,
Then was fulfylled that which was spoken by Ieremy the Prophet sayinge: and they toke. xxx. sylver plattes the prise of him that was valued whom they bought of the chyldren of Israel
10 ug gihatag nila kini alang sa uma sa magkukulon, ingon sa gimando sa Ginoo kanako.”
and they gave them for the potters felde as the Lorde appoynted me.
11 Karon si Jesus mitindog atubangan sa gobernador, ug ang gobernador nangutana kaniya, “Ikaw ba ang hari sa mga Judio?” Si Jesus mitubag kaniya, “Gipamulong mo na.”
Iesus stode before the debite: and the debite axed him sayinge: Arte thou the kynge of ye Iues? Iesus sayd vnto him: Thou sayest
12 Apan sa dihang gisumbong na siya sa mga pangulong pari ug mga kadagkoan, wala siya motubag.
and when he was accused of ye chefe prestes and elders he answered nothinge.
13 Unya si Pilato nagsulti kaniya, “Wala mo ba nadungog ang mga sumbong batok kanimo?”
Then sayd Pilate vnto him: hearest thou not how many thinges they laye ageynste ye?
14 Apan wala siya motubag bisan usa ka pulong, busa ang gobernador nahibulong pag-ayo.
And he answered him to never a worde: in so moche that the debite marveylled greatlie.
15 Karon diha sa kasaulogan, nabatasan kini sa gobernador nga magpagawas ug usa ka binilanggo nga napilian sa panon sa katawhan.
At that feest the debite was wonte to deliver vnto ye people a presoner whom they wolde desyer.
16 Nianang higayona aduna silay mangtas nga binilanggo nga ginganlan ug Barabas.
He had then a notable presoner called Barrabas.
17 Busa sa dihang nagkatigom na sila, si Pilato nagsulti ngadto kanila, “Kinsa man ang buot ninyo nga akong buhian alang kaninyo? Si Barabas ba, o si Jesus nga gitawag ug Cristo?”
And when they were gadered together Pilate sayde vnto the: whether wyll ye that I geve losse vnto you Barrabas or Iesus which is called Christ?
18 Tungod kay nasayod siya nga gitugyan nila siya tungod sa kasina.
For he knewe well that for envie they had delivred him.
19 Samtang naglingkod siya didto sa lingkoranan sa hukmanan, ang iyang asawa nagpadala ug pulong ngadto kaniya ug miingon, “Dili ka manghilabot nianang walay sala nga tawo. Kay dako ang akong pag-antos karong adlawa diha sa damgo tungod kaniya.”
When he was set doune to geve iudgemet his wyfe sent to him sayinge: have thou nothinge to do with that iuste man. For I have suffered many thinges this daye in a dreame about him.
20 Karon ang mga pangulong pari ug ang mga kadagkoan nagdani sa panon sa katawhan nga pangayoon si Barabas, ug patyon si Jesus.
But the chefe preestes and the elders had parswaded the people that they shulde axe Barrabas and shulde destroye Iesus.
21 Ang gobernador nangutana kanila, “Kinsa ba sa duha ang buot ninyo nga akong buhian alang kaninyo?” Misulti sila, “Si Barabas.”
Then the debite answered and sayde vnto them: whether of the twayne wyll ye that I let loosse vnto you? And they sayde Barrabas.
22 Nagsulti si Pilato kanila, “Unsa ba ang akong pagabuhaton kang Jesus nga gitawag nga Cristo?” Silang tanan nagtubag, “Ilansang siya sa krus.”
Pilate sayde vnto them: what shall I do then with Iesus which is called Christ? They all sayde to him: let him be crucified.
23 Ug misulti siya, “Ngano, unsa nga sayop ang iyang nabuhat?” Apan misinggit pa sila sa makusog, “Ilansang siya sa krus.”
Then sayde the debite: what evyll hath he done? And they cryed the more sayinge: let him be crucified.
24 Busa sa dihang nakita ni Pilato nga wala na siyay mabuhat bisan unsa, apan nagsugod hinuon ang kasamok, nagkuha siya ug tubig, nanghugas sa iyang mga kamot atubangan sa panon sa katawhan, ug misulti, “Wala akoy sala sa dugo niining walay sala nga tawo. Tan-awa kini sa inyong kaugalingon.”
When Pilate sawe that he prevayled nothinge but that moare busines was made he toke water and wasshed his hondes before ye people sayinge: I am innocent of the bloud of this iuste person and that ye shall se.
25 Ang tanang tawo misulti, “Hinaot nga ang iyang dugo maanaa kanamo ug sa among mga anak.”
Then answered all the people and sayde: his bloud be on vs and on oure chyldren.
26 Unya gibuhian niya si Barabas ngadto kanila, apan iyang gilatos si Jesus ug gitugyan aron ilansang siya sa krus.
Then let he Barrabas loose vnto them and scourged Iesus and delivered him to be crucified.
27 Unya gikuha sa mga sundalo sa gobernador si Jesus ngadto sa Praetorium ug gitigom ang tibuok kasundalohan.
Then the soudeours of the debite toke Iesus vnto the comen hall and gaddered vnto him all the company.
28 Gihuboan nila siya ug gisul-oban ug dagtom pula nga kupo.
And they stripped him and put on him a purpyll roobe
29 Unya nagbuhat sila ug tunokong purongpurong ug gibutang kini sa iyang ulo, ug sungkod sa iyang tuo nga kamot. Nagluhod sila sa iyang atubangan ug nagbiaybiay kaniya, nga nag-ingon, “Ibayaw, ang Hari sa mga Judio!”
and platted a croune of thornes and put vpon his heed and a rede in his ryght honde: and bowed their knees before him and mocked him saying: hayle kinge of the Iewes:
30 Ug giluwaan nila siya, ug gikuha ang sungkod ug gibunalan siya sa ulo.
and spitted vpon him and toke the rede and smoote him on the heed.
31 Sa dihang gibiaybiay na nila siya, gihubo nila ang kupo kaniya ug gisul-ob ang iyang kaugalingong mga bisti, ug gidala siya palayo aron ilansang na siya sa krus.
And when they had mocked him they toke the robe of him ageyne and put his awne reymet on him and leed him awaye to crucify him.
32 Sa dihang migawas na sila, nakita nila ang tawo nga gikan sa Cyrene nga ginganlan ug Simon, nga gipugos nila sa pagkuyog kanila aron makahimo sa pagpas-an sa iyang krus.
And as they came out they fonnde a man of Cyren named Simon: him they compelled to beare his crosse.
33 Miabot sila sa dapit nga ginganlan ug Golgota, nga nagpasabot, “Ang Dapit sa Bagolbagol.”
And whe they cam vnto ye place called Golgotha (that is to saye a place of deed mens sculles)
34 Gihatagan nila siya ug ilimnon nga may sagol apdo. Apan sa dihang gitilawan niya kini, wala niya giinom.
they gave him veneger to drinke mengled with gall. And when he had tasted therof he wolde not drinke.
35 Sa dihang gilansang na nila siya, gibahinbahin nila ang iyang mga bisti pinaagi sa pagripa.
When they had crucified him they parted his garmentes and did cast lottes: to fulfyll that was spoken by the prophet. They deuyded my garmetes amonge them: and apon my vesture did cast loottes.
36 Ug nanglingkod sila ug nagtan-aw kaniya.
And they sate and watched him there.
37 Ibabaw sa iyang ulo nagbutang sila ug sumbong batok kaniya nga mabasa, “Mao kini si Jesus, ang hari sa mga Judio.”
And they set vp over his heed the cause of his deeth written. This is Iesus the kynge of the Iewes.
38 Ang duha ka tulisan gilansang uban kaniya, ang usa anaa sa iyang tuo ug ang usa anaa sa iyang wala.
And ther were two theves crucified with him one on ye right honde and another on the lyfte.
39 Kadtong mangagi nagbugalbugal kaniya, maglingolingo sa ilang mga ulo
They that passed by revyled him waggynge ther heeddes
40 ug nag-ingon, “Ikaw nga moguba sa templo ug motukod niini pag-usab sulod sa tulo ka adlaw, luwasa ang imong kaugalingon! Kung ikaw ang Anak sa Dios, kanaog gikan sa krus!”
and sayinge: Thou that destroyest the temple of God and byldest it in thre dayes save thy sylfe. If thou be ye sonne of God come doune from the crosse.
41 Sa samang paagi ang mga pangulong pari nagbiaybiay kaniya, uban ang mga escriba ug mga kadagkoan, ug miingon,
Lykwyse also the hye prestes mockinge him with the scribes aud elders sayde:
42 “Nagluwas siya sa uban, apan dili niya maluwas ang iyang kaugalingon. Siya mao ang Hari sa Israel. Pasagdi siyang monaog sa krus, ug unya motuo kami kaniya.
He saved other him sylfe he can not save. If he be ye kynge of Israel: let him now come doune from the crosse and we will beleve him.
43 Nagsalig siya sa Dios. Pasagdi ang Dios nga maoy moluwas kaniya karon kung pagbuot niya, tungod kay miingon siya, 'Ako ang Anak sa Dios.'”
He trusted in God let him deliver him now yf he will have him: for he sayde I am the sonne of God.
44 Ug ang mga tulisan nga gilansang sa krus uban kaniya misulti usab sa samang pagtamay kaniya.
That same also the theves which were crucified with him cast in his tethe.
45 Karon gikan sa ikaunom nga takna ang kangitngit miabot sa tibuok yuta hangtod sa ika-siyam nga takna.
From the sixte houre was there dercknes over all the londe vnto the nynth houre.
46 Sa pag-abot na sa ika-siyam nga takna, misinggit si Jesus uban ang kusog nga tingog ug miingon, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” nga nagkahulogan, “Dios ko, Dios ko, nganong gibiyaan mo man ako?”
And about ye nynth houre Iesus cryed with a loude voyce sayinge: Eli Eli lama asbathani. That is to saye my God my God why hast thou forsaken me?
47 Sa dihang nadungog kini sa pipila niadtong nagtindog didto, miingon sila, “Nagtawag siya kang Elias.”
Some of them that stode there when they herde that sayde: This man calleth for Helyas.
48 Dihadiha ang usa kanila midagan ug nagkuha ug espongha, gipuno kini sa suka, gibutang sa usa ka bagakay nga sungkod, ug gihatag kini kaniya aron imnon.
And streyght waye one of them ranne and toke a sponge and filled it full of veneger and put it on a rede and gave him to drinke.
49 Ang uban kanila miingon, “Biyai siya nga mag-inusara. Tan-awon nato kung si Elias moabot aron sa pagluwas kaniya.”
Other sayde let be: let vs se whyther Helyas will come and deliver him.
50 Unya si Jesus misinggit pag-usab uban ang kusog nga tingog ug nagtugyan sa iyang espiritu.
Iesus cryed agayne with a lowde voyce and yelded vp the goost.
51 Tan-awa, ang kurtina sa templo nagisi sa makaduha gikan sa taas hangtod sa ubos. Ug nauyog ang kalibotan, ug nangabuak ang mga bato.
And beholde the vayle of the temple dyd rent in twayne from ye toppe to the bottome and the erth dyd quake and the stones dyd rent
52 Nangaabli ang mga lubnganan, ug ang mga lawas sa daghang mga balaan nga mga tawo nga nangatulog gibangon.
and graves dyd open: and the bodies of many sainctes which slept arose
53 Migawas sila sa mga lubnganan human sa iyang pagkabanhaw, misulod sa balaang siyudad, ug nagpakita sa daghan.
and came out of ye graves after his resurreccion and came into the holy cite and appered vnto many.
54 Karon sa dihang ang kapitan sa kasundalohan ug kadtong mga nagbantay kang Jesus nakakita sa linog ug sa mga butang nga nahitabo, nangahadlok sila pag-ayo ug miingon, “Tinuod gayod nga Anak kini sa Dios.”
When the Centurion and they that were with him watchinge Iesus sawe ye erth quake and those thinges which hapened they feared greatly sayinge. Of a surete this was the sonne of God.
55 Ang daghang mga babaye nga nagsunod kang Jesus gikan sa Galilea nga nag-atiman kaniya anaa didto naglantaw sa halayo.
And many wemen were there beholdinge him a farre of which folowed Iesus fro Galile ministringe vnto him.
56 Uban kanila si Maria Magdalena, si Maria nga inahan ni Santiago ug ni Jose, ug ang inahan sa mga anak ni Zebedee.
Amonge which was Mary Magdalen and Mary the mother of Iames and Ioses and ye mother of zebedes chyldren.
57 Sa pagkagabii na, miabot ang adunahan nga tawo gikan sa Arimatea, nga ginganlan ug Jose, nga usa usab ka disipulo ni Jesus.
When the even was come there came a ryche man of Aramathia named Ioseph which same also was Iesus disciple.
58 Miduol siya kang Pilato ug gipangayo ang lawas ni Jesus. Unya si Pilato nagmando aron ihatag kini kaniya.
He went to Pilate and begged the body of Iesus. Then Pilate commaunded the body to be delivered.
59 Gikuha ni Jose ang lawas, giputos kini ug hinlo nga linong panapton,
And Ioseph toke the body and wrapped it in a clene lynnyn clooth
60 ug gibutang kini sa kaugalingon niyang bag-o nga lubnganan nga iyang gitabas ngadto sa bato. Unya giligid niya ang usa ka dakong bato ngadto sa pultahan sa lubnganan ug milakaw.
and put it in his newe tombe which he had hewen out even in the roke and rolled a greate stone to the dore of ye sepulcre and departed.
61 Atua didto si Maria Magdalena ug ang usa pa ka Maria, nga naglingkod atbang sa lubnganan.
And there was Mary Magdalene and the other Mary sittynge over ageynste the sepulcre.
62 Sa pagkasunod adlaw, nga mao ang adlaw human ang Pagpangandam, ang mga pangulong pari ug ang mga Pariseo nagtigom kauban ni Pilato.
The nexte daye that foloweth good frydaye the hye prestes and pharises got them selves to Pilate
63 Miingon sila, “Sir, nahinumduman namo nga sa dihang buhi pa ang malimbongon, siya miingon, 'Pagkahuman sa tulo ka adlaw mabanhaw ako pag-usab.'
and sayde: Syr we remember yt this deceaver sayde whyll he was yet alyve After thre dayes I will aryse agayne.
64 Busa pagsugo nga ang lubnganan bantayan gayod hangtod sa tulo ka adlaw. Kay kung dili ang iyang mga disipulo moadto ug kawaton siya ug moingon sa katawhan nga, 'Nabanhaw siya gikan sa mga patay.' Ug ang ulahi nga paglingla mahimong mas labaw pa kaysa nahiuna.”
Commaunde therfore that the sepulcre be made sure vntyll ye thyrd daye lest paraventure his disciples come and steale him awaye and saye vnto the people he is rysen from deeth and the laste erroure be worsse then the fyrst.
65 Si Pilato miingon kanila, “Pagkuha ug guwardiya. Lakaw ug bantayi kini pag-ayo.”
Pilate sayde vnto them. Take watche men: Go and make it as sure as ye can.
66 Busa miadto sila ug gibantayan pag-ayo ang lubnganan, gisilyohan ang bato ug gibutangan ug guwardiya.
And they went and made the sepulcre sure with watche men and sealed the stone.
