Lucas 21
1 Si Jesus miyahat ug nakita niya ang mga dato nga nagbutang sa ilang mga gasa ngadto sa tipiganan sa bahandi.
As he behelde he sawe the ryche men how they cast in their offeringes into the treasury.
2 Ug nakita niya ang usa ka pobre nga balo nga nagbutang ug duha ka sintimos.
And he sawe also a certayne povre widdowe which cast in thyther two mites.
3 Busa siya miingon, “Sa tinuod, ako moingon kaninyo, kining pobre nga balo nagbutang ug mas dako kaysa sa uban kanila.
And he sayde: of a trueth I saye vnto you this poore wyddowe hath put in moare then they all.
4 Kining tanan nga ilang gipanghatag nga gasa gawas lang sa ilang kadagaya. Apan kini nga balo, gawas sa iyang kapobrehon, gibutang ang tanan niyang kwarta diin siya nabuhi.
For they all have of their superfluyte added vnto the offerynge of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the substaunce that she had.
5 Samtang ang uban misulti kabahin sa templo, kung giunsa kini pagdayandayan sa mga maanyag nga mga bato ug mga halad, siya miingon,
As some spake of the teple how it was garnesshed with goodly stones and iewels he sayde.
6 “Kining mga butanga nga inyong nakita, ang adlaw moabot nga walay bisag usa ka bato nga pinatong sa usa ka bato nga dili pagatumpagon.”
The dayes will come whe of these thynges which ye se shall not be lefte stone apon stone that shall not be throwen doune.
7 Mao nga nangutana sila kaniya, ug miingon, “Magtutudlo, kanus-a man kining mga butanga mahitabo? Ug unsa man ang mga timailhan nga kining mga butanga hapit na mahitabo?”
And they axed him sayinge: Master whe shall these thinges be and what signe will therbe whe suche thinges shall come to passe.
8 Si Jesus mitubag, “Pagbantay nga kamo dili malimbongan. Kay daghang moanhi gamit ang akong ngalan, ug moingon, 'Ako siya,' ug 'Ang panahon duol na.' Ayaw pagsunod ngadto kanila.
And he sayd: take hede that ye be not deceaved. For many will come in my name saying: I am he: and the tyme draweth neare. Folowe ye not them therfore.
9 Kung kamo makadungog ug mga giyera ug mga kagubot, ayaw kalisang, tungod kay kining mga butanga kinahanglan mahitabo pag-una, apan ang kataposan dili mahitabo diha-diha dayon.”
But when ye heare of warre and of dissencion: be not afrayd. For these thinges must fyrst come: but the ende foloweth not by and by.
10 Unya siya miingon kanila, “Ang nasod makiggubat batok sa laing nasod, ug gingharian batok sa gingharian.
Then sayd he vnto the: Nacion shall ryse agaynst nacion and kingdom agaynst kyngdome
11 Adunay kusog nga mga paglinog, ug sa nagkalain-laing mga dapit adunay mga kagutom ug mga katalagman. Aduna usab mga hilabihan ka makalilisang nga mga panghitabo ug dakong mga timailhan gikan sa langit.
and greate erthquakes shall be in all quarters and honger and pestilence: and fearfull thinges. And greate signes shall therbe from heven.
12 Apan sa dili pa kining mga butanga, panakpon nila kamo ug lutoson, itugyan kamo didto sa mga sinagoga ug mga prisohan, ug dad-on kamo atubangan sa mga hari ug mga gobernador tungod sa akong ngalan.
But before all these they shall laye their hondes on you and persecute you delyueringe you vp to the sinagoges and into preson and bringe you before kynges and rulers for my names sake.
13 Kini mogiya kaninyo sa kahigayonan sa pagsaksi.
And this shall chaunce you for a testimoniall.
14 Busa sulbara sa inyong mga kasingkasing nga dili mangandam sa inyong depensa sa dili pa ang oras,
Let it sticke therfore faste in youre hertes not once to stody before what ye shall answere:
15 kay ako maghatag kaninyo ug mga pulong ug kaalam, nga ang tanan ninyong kaaway dili mamahimong mosukol o mosumpaki.
for I will geve you a mouth and wisdome where agaynste all youre adversarys shall not be able to speake nor resist.
16 Apan itugyan usab kamo sa inyong mga ginikanan, mga igsoon, mga paryente ug mga higala, unya ang uban kaninyo ibutang nila sa kamatayon.
Ye and ye shalbe betrayed of youre fathers and mothers and of youre brethren and kynsmen and lovers aud some of you shall they put to deeth.
17 Dumtan kamo sa tanan tungod sa akong ngalan.
And hated shall ye be of all men for my names sake.
18 Apan walay buhok sa inyong ulo ang madaot.
Yet ther shall not one heer of youre heedes perisshe.
19 Sa inyong paglahutay kamo makaangkon sa inyong mga kalag.
With youre pacience possesse youre soules.
20 Sa dihang makita na ninyo ang Jerusalem nga napalibotan sa kasundalohan, mao na kana ang ilhanan nga ang kalaglagan duol na.
And when ye se Ierusalem beseged with an hoste then vnderstonde that the desolacio of the same is nye.
21 Unya ipakagiw ngadto sa mga bungtod ang anaa sa Judea, ug palakawa ang anaa sa tunga sa siyudad, ug ayaw tugoti nga ang anaa sa kasikbit nga dapit makasulod.
Then let them which are in Iewrye flye to the mountaynes. And let them which are in the middes of it departe oute. And let not them that are in other countreis enter ther in.
22 Tungod kay mao kini ang mga adlaw sa pagbalos, aron ang tanan nga mga butang nga nahisulat matuman.
For these be the dayes of vengeance to fulfill all that are writte.
23 Alaot gayod ang mga babayeng buntis ug kanila nga adunay gipasuso nianing panahona! Tungod kay adunay mahitabong dakong kasakit sa yuta, ug kaligutgot ngadto sa mga tawo.
But wo be to them that be with chylde and to them that geve sucke in those dayes: for ther shalbe greate trouble in the londe and wrath over all this people.
24 Sila malaglag pinaagi sa sulab sa espada ug sila mabihag sa tanan nga mga nasod, unya ang Jerusalem laglagon sa mga Gentil, hangtod nga ang panahon sa mga Gentil matuman.
And they shall fall on the edge of the swearde and shalbe leed captive into all nacions. And Ierusalem shalbe trooden vnder fote of the gentyls vntyll the tyme of the gentyls be fulfilled.
25 Adunay mga timailhan sa adlaw, sa bulan, ug sa mga bituon. Sa kalibotan, adunay mga kasakit sa mga nasod, ug kahadlok sa pagdahunog sa dagat ug mga balod.
And ther shalbe signes in the sunne ad in the mone and in the starres: and in ye erth the people shalbe in soche perplexite yt they shall not tell which waye to turne them selves. The see and the waters shall roore
26 Adunay mga tawo nga mawad-an ug panimoot sa kahadlok ug sa paghandom sa mga butang nga moabot sa kalibotan. Tungod kay ang gamhanang mga butang sa langit pagauyugon.
and menes hertes shall fayle them for feare and for lokinge after thoose thinges which shall come on the erth. For the powers of heve shall move.
27 Unya makita nila ang Anak sa Tawo nga moabot nga sinapnay sa panganod nga adunay gahom ug dakong himaya.
And then shall they se the sonne of ma come in a clowde with power and greate glory.
28 Apan sa dihang kining mga butanga nagakahitabo na, tindog, ug ihangad ang inyong mga ulo, tungod kay ang inyong kaluwasan duol na.”
When these thinges begyn to come to passe: then loke vp and lifte vp youre heddes for youre redemcion draweth neye.
29 Si Jesus nagsugilon kanila ug sambingay, “Tan-awa ang igira nga kahoy, ug ang tanang kahoy.
And he shewed the a similitude: beholde ye fygge tree and all other trees
30 Kung sila mangudlot ug bag-ong dahon, makita ninyo kini ug mahibaloan na ninyo nga ang ting-init hapit na moabot.
when they shute forth their buddes ye se and knowe of youre awne selves that sommer is then nye at hod.
31 Sa ingon usab, kung makita ninyo kining mga butanga nga mahitabo, kabalo na kamo nga ang gingharian sa Dios duol na.
So lyke wyse ye (when ye se these thinges come to passe) vnderstonde that the kyngdome of God is neye.
32 Sa pagkatinuod, ako naga-ingon kaninyo, kini nga kaliwatan dili mahanaw, hangtod sa kining tanan nga mga butang mahitabo.
Verely I saye vnto you: this generacion shall not passe tyll all be fulfilled.
33 Ang langit ug ang yuta mahanaw, apan ang akong mga pulong dili gayod mahanaw.
Heaven and erth shall passe: but my wordes shall not passe.
34 Apan bantayi ang inyong kaugalingon, aron ang kabug-aton sa inyong kasing-kasing dili ang unodnong pagpatuyang, paghuboghubog, ug kabalaka sa kinabuhi. Tungod kay kining adlawa moabot kaninyo sa kalit
Take hede to youre selves lest youre hertes be overcome with surfettinge and dronkennes and cares of this worlde: and that that daye come on you vnwares.
35 sama sa usa ka lit-ag. Kini moabot sa tanan nga nagpuyo sa tibuok kalibotan.
For as a snare shall it come on all them that sit on the face of the erthe.
36 Apan pagmabinantayon sa tanang oras, pag-ampo nga ikaw mamahimong lig-on sa pag-ikyas niining mga butang nga mahitabo, ug magtindog atubangan sa Anak sa Tawo.”
Watche therfore continually and praye that ye maye obtayne grace to flye all this that shall come and that ye maye stonde before the sonne of man.
37 Busa kada adlaw siya nagatudlo sa templo ug sa gabii mogawas siya, ug nagaadto kada gabii sa bukid nga gitawag nga Olibo.
In the daye tyme he taught in the temple and at night he went out and had abydinge in the mount olivete.
38 Tanan nga tawo niabot sayo sa buntag aron maminaw kaniya sa templo.
And all the people came in the morninge to him in the temple for to heare him.
