1 ১ গীত। কোরহ-সন্তানদের সঙ্গীত। প্রধান বাদ্যকরের জন্য। স্বর, মহলৎ-লিয়ান্নৎ। ইস্রাহীয় হেমনের মস্কীল। হে সদাপ্রভুু, আমার পরিত্রানের ঈশ্বর, আমি দিন ও রাত তোমার সামনে আর্তনাদ করি।

A song or Psalme of Heman the Ezrahite to give instruction, committed to the sonnes of Korah for him that excelleth upon Malath Leannoth. O Lord God of my saluation, I cry day and night before thee.

2 ২ আমার প্রার্থনা শোন; আমার কাকুক্তির প্রতি মনোযোগ দাও।

Let my prayer enter into thy presence: incline thine eare vnto my cry.

3 ৩ কারণ আমার প্রাণ দুঃখে পরিপূর্ণ এবং আমার জীবন পাতালের নিকটবর্ত্তী। (Sheol h7585)

For my soule is filled with euils, and my life draweth neere to the graue. (Sheol h7585)

4 ৪ লোকেরা আমার সঙ্গে সেই রকম ব্যবহার করে যেমন গর্তগামীদের সঙ্গে করে, আমি অসহায় লোকের মত হয়েছি।

I am counted among them that go downe vnto the pit, and am as a man without strength:

5 ৫ আমি মৃতদের মধ্যে পরিত্যক্ত, আমি কবরশায়ী মৃতদের মত, যাদের বিষয়ে তুমি আর চিন্তা করো না; কারণ তারা তোমার শক্তি থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়েছে।

Free among the dead, like the slaine lying in the graue, whome thou remembrest no more, and they are cut off from thine hand.

6 ৬ তুমি আমাকে গর্তের নিম্নতম স্থানে রেখেছ, অন্ধকার ও গভীর স্থানে রেখেছে।

Thou hast layde me in the lowest pit, in darkenes, and in the deepe.

7 ৭ তোমার ক্রোধ আমার উপরে প্রচণ্ড এবং তুমি তোমার সমস্ত ঢেউ দিয়ে আমাকে কষ্ট দিয়েছ।

Thine indignation lyeth vpon me, and thou hast vexed me with all thy waues. (Selah)

8 ৮ তোমার জন্যই আমার আত্মীয়েরা আমাকে অবহেলা করে, তাদের দৃষ্টিতে আমাকে আশ্চর্য্যের বিষয় করেছ; আমি অবরুদ্ধ, আমি মুক্ত হতে পারি না।

Thou hast put away mine acquaintance farre from me, and made mee to be abhorred of them: I am shut vp, and cannot get foorth.

9 ৯ আমার চোখ দুঃখে নিস্তেজ হয়েছে, আমি সারাদিন ধরে তোমাকে ডাকি, হে সদাপ্রভুু, আমি তোমার দিকে হাত প্রসারিত করি।

Mine eye is sorowfull through mine affliction: Lord, I call dayly vpon thee: I stretch out mine hands vnto thee.

10 ১০ তুমি কি মৃতদের জন্য আশ্চর্য্য কাজ করবে? যারা মারা গিয়েছে তারা কি উঠে তোমার প্রশংসা করবে? সেলা৷

Wilt thou shewe a miracle to the dead? or shall the dead rise and prayse thee? (Selah)

11 ১১ কবরের মধ্যে কি তোমার নিয়মের বিশ্বস্ততা এবং মৃতদের স্থানে তোমার বিশ্বস্ততা প্রচার করা হবে?

Shall thy louing kindenes be declared in the graue? or thy faithfulnes in destruction?

12 ১২ অন্ধকারে তোমার আশ্চর্য্য কাজ ও বিস্মৃতির দেশে তোমার ধার্ম্মিকতা কি জানা যাবে?

Shall thy wonderous workes be knowen in the darke? and thy righteousnes in the land of obliuion?

13 ১৩ কিন্তু, হে সদাপ্রভুু, আমি তোমার কাছে আর্তনাদ করি, সকালে আমার প্রার্থনা তোমার সামনে উপস্থিত হয়।

But vnto thee haue I cryed, O Lord, and early shall my prayer come before thee.

14 ১৪ হে সদাপ্রভুু, তুমি কেন আমাকে পরিত্যাগ করেছ? আমার কাছ থেকে কেন তোমার মুখ লুকিয়ে রাখো?

Lord, why doest thou reiect my soule, and hidest thy face from me?

15 ১৫ আমি যৌবনকাল থেকেই দুঃখী ও মৃত্যুর মুখে পতিত হয়েছি; আমি তোমার ত্রাসে খুবই কষ্ট পেয়েছি।

I am afflicted and at the point of death: from my youth I suffer thy terrours, doubting of my life.

16 ১৬ তোমার প্রচণ্ড ক্রোধ আমার উপর দিয়ে গিয়েছে এবং তোমার ভয়ঙ্কর কাজগুলি আমাকে ধ্বংস করেছে।

Thine indignations goe ouer me, and thy feare hath cut me off.

17 ১৭ তারা সমস্ত দিন আমাকে জলের মত ঘিরেছে; তারা সবাই আমাকে ঘিরে ধরেছে।

They came round about me dayly like water, and compassed me together.

18 ১৮ তুমি আমার কাছে থেকে প্রত্যেক বন্ধুকে ও আত্মীয়দের দূর করেছ; অন্ধকারই আমার আত্মীয়।

My louers and friends hast thou put away from me, and mine acquaintance hid themselues.
