1 ১ প্রধান বাদ্যকরের জন্য। তারযুক্ত যন্ত্রে। স্বর, শমীনীৎ। দায়ূদের একটি গীত। সদাপ্রভুু, তোমার ক্রোধে আমাকে তিরস্কার করো না কিংবা তোমার ক্রোধে আমাকে শাসন কর না।

For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments, set to the Sheminith. A Psalm of David. O LORD, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

2 ২ আমার উপর করুণা কর, সদাপ্রভুু, কারণ আমি দুর্বল; সদাপ্রভুু আমাকে সুস্থ কর, কারণ আমার সমস্ত হাড় কম্পিত হচ্ছে।

Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am withered away: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.

3 ৩ আমার প্রাণও খুব কষ্ট পাচ্ছে; কিন্তু তুমি, সদাপ্রভুু, আর কতদিন এটি চলবে?

My soul also is sore vexed: and thou, O LORD, how long?

4 ৪ ফিরে এস, সদাপ্রভুু, আমার প্রাণ উদ্ধার কর। তোমার চুক্তির বিশ্বস্ততার জন্য আমাকে রক্ষা কর।

Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: save me for thy lovingkindness’ sake.

5 ৫ কারণ মৃত্যুর মধ্যে তোমাকে কেউ স্মরণ করতে পারে না, পাতালের মধ্যে কে তোমাকে ধন্যবাদ দেবে? (Sheol h7585)

For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in Sheol who shall give thee thanks? (Sheol h7585)

6 ৬ আমি আর্তনাদ করে ক্লান্ত হয়ে পড়েছি। প্রতি রাতে আমি চোখের জলে আমার বিছানা ভাসাই, আমি চোখের জলে খাট ভেজাই।

I am weary with my groaning; every night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.

7 ৭ দুঃখের কারণেই আমার চোখ অস্পষ্ট হয়ে যাচ্ছে; তারা আমার সমস্ত শত্রুর জন্য দুর্বল হয়ে পড়েছে।

Mine eye wasteth away because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine adversaries.

8 ৮ তোমরা যারা অন্যায় কাজ কর, আমার থেকে দূরে চলে যাও; কারণ সদাপ্রভুু আমার কান্নার শব্দ শুনেছেন।

Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.

9 ৯ সদাপ্রভুু করুণা করে আমার অনুরোধ শুনেছেন; সদাপ্রভুু আমার প্রার্থনা শুনেছেন।

The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.

10 ১০ আমার শত্রুরা লজ্জিত হবে এবং ভীষণ কষ্ট পাবে। তারা ফিরে আসবে এবং হঠাৎ অপমানিত হবে।

All mine enemies shall be ashamed and sore vexed: they shall turn back, they shall be ashamed suddenly.
