1 ১ তোমার সদাপ্রভুুর প্রশংসা কর। সদাপ্রভুুর উদ্দেশ্যে নতুন গান গাও; বিশ্বাসীদের সমাবেশে তাঁর প্রশংসার গান গাও।

Praise Adonai! Sing to Adonai a new song, his tehilah ·praise song· in the assembly of the saints.

2 ২ ইস্রায়েল সেই ব্যক্তিতে আনন্দ করুক যিনি তাকে এক জাতি তৈরী করেছেন। সিয়োনের লোকেরা তাদের রাজাতে আনন্দ করুক।

Let Israel [God prevails] rejoice in him who made them. Let the children of Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking] be joyful in their King.

3 ৩ তারা নৃত্য সহকারে তাঁর নামের প্রশংসা করুক, খঞ্জনি এবং বীণা বাজিয়ে তাঁর প্রশংসা গান করুক।

Let them praise his name in the dance! Let them sing zahmar ·musical praise· to him with tambourine and harp!

4 ৪ কারণ সদাপ্রভুু তাঁর লোকেদের উপরে আনন্দিত হন, তিনি নম্রদের পরিত্রান দিয়ে মহিমান্বিত করেন।

For Adonai takes pleasure in his people. He crowns the humble with yishu'ah ·salvation·.

5 ৫ ধার্মিকরা উল্লাসিত হোক; তারা তাদের বিছানায় আনন্দ গান করুক।

Let the saints rejoice in kavod ·weighty glory·. Let them sing for joy on their beds.

6 ৬ তাদের মুখে ঈশ্বরের প্রশংসা হোক এবং তাদের হাতে দু-ধারের তরোয়াল থাকুক;

May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a two-edged sword in their hand;

7 ৭ জাতির ওপর প্রতিহিংসা সম্পাদন করতে এবং লোকেদের ওপর শাস্তি কার্যকর করতে।

To execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples;

8 ৮ তারা তাদের রাজাদের শেকল দিয়ে বাঁধুক, তাদের পরিষদবর্গদের লোহার শেকল দিয়ে বাঁধুক।

To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

9 ৯ তারা বিচার কার্যকর করুক লিখিতভাবে। এটাই হবে বিশ্বাসীদের জন্য সম্মান। সদাপ্রভুুর প্রশংসা কর।

to execute on them the written judgment. All his saints have this honor. Halleluyah ·praise Yah·!
