গীতসংহিতা 142

1 ১ দায়ূদের মস্কীল, গুহার মধ্যে তাঁর থাকার দিনের; প্রার্থনা। আমি নিজের স্বরে সদাপ্রভুুর কাছে কাঁদি, নিজের স্বরে সদাপ্রভুুর কাছে বিনতি করি।

A Psalme of David, to give instruction, and a prayer, when he was in the cave. I cryed vnto the Lord with my voyce: with my voyce I prayed vnto the Lord.

2 ২ আমি তাঁর কাছে আমার বেদনার কথা বলি, আমি তাঁকে আমার কষ্টের কথা বলি।

I powred out my meditation before him, and declared mine affliction in his presence.

3 ৩ যখন আমার আত্মা আমার মধ্যে দুর্বল হয়, তখন তুমি আমার পথ জান৷ যে পথে আমি যাই, তারা আমার জন্য গোপনে ফাঁদ পেতেছে।

Though my spirit was in perplexitie in me, yet thou knewest my path: in the way wherein I walked, haue they priuily layde a snare for me.

4 ৪ আমি ডানদিকে তাকাই এবং দেখি যে আমাকে যত্ন নেওয়ার কেউ নেই, আমার অব্যাহতি নেই; কেও আমার জীবনের পরোয়া করে না।

I looked vpon my right hand, and beheld, but there was none that would knowe me: all refuge failed me, and none cared for my soule.

5 ৫ আমি তোমার কাছে কাঁদলাম, সদাপ্রভুু; আমি বললাম, তুমি আমার আশ্রয়, তুমি জীবিত লোকদের দেশে আমার অংশ।

Then cryed I vnto thee, O Lord, and sayde, thou art mine hope, and my portion in the land of the liuing.

6 ৬ আমার কান্না শোনো, কারণ আমি অত্যন্ত দুর্বল হয়েছি; আমার তাড়নাকারীদের থেকে আমাকে উদ্ধার কর; কারণ তারা আমার থেকে শক্তিশালী।

Hearken vnto my crye, for I am brought very lowe: deliuer me from my persecuters, for they are too strong for me.

7 ৭ কারাগার থেকে আমার প্রাণ উদ্ধার কর, যাতে আমি তোমার নামের ধন্যবাদ দিতে পারি; ধার্ম্মিকেরা আমার চারপাশে থাকবে কারণ তুমি আমার মঙ্গল করবে।

Bring my soule out of prison, that I may prayse thy Name: then shall the righteous come about me, when thou art beneficiall vnto me.
