1 ১ সদাপ্রভুুর প্রশংসা কর। প্রশংসা কর, তোমরা সদাপ্রভুুর দাসেরা; সদাপ্রভুুর নামের প্রশংসা কর।

Praise the Lord, ye children: praise ye the name of the Lord.

2 ২ ধন্য সদাপ্রভুুর নাম, উভয়ই এখন এবং অনন্তকাল।

Blessed be the name of the Lord, from henceforth now and for ever.

3 ৩ সূর্য্য ওঠা থেকে অস্ত পর্যন্ত, সদাপ্রভুুর নামের প্রশংসা হওয়া উচিত।

From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same, the name of the Lord is worthy of praise.

4 ৪ সদাপ্রভুু সবজাতির উপরে উন্নত এবং তাঁর গৌরব আকাশমণ্ডলের ওপরে উন্নত।

The Lord is high above all nations; and his glory above the heavens.

5 ৫ কে আমাদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুুর মতো? কার স্থান এতো উঁচুতে আছে,

Who is as the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high:

6 ৬ কে নিচে আকাশের দিকে এবং পৃথিবীর দিকে তাকায়?

And looketh down on the low things in heaven and in earth?

7 ৭ তিনি ধূলো থেকে গরিবকে তোলেন এবং ছাইয়ের ঢিবি থেকে গরিবকে ওঠান,

Raising up the needy from the earth, and lifting up the poor out of the dunghill:

8 ৮ যাতে সে নেতাদের সঙ্গে, তার লোকদের নেতাদের সঙ্গে বসতে পারে।

That he may place him with princes, with the princes of his people.

9 ৯ তিনি সন্তানহীনাকে গৃহিণী করেন, কারণ তাকে শিশুদের আনন্দময়ী মা করেন। সদাপ্রভুুর প্রশংসা কর।

Who maketh a barren woman to dwell in a house, the joyful mother of children.
