গীতসংহিতা 110

1 ১ দায়ূদের একটি গীত। সদাপ্রভুু আমার প্রভুকে বলেন, “আমার ডানদিকে বস, যতক্ষণ না আমি তোমার শত্রুদেরকে তোমার পা রাখার জায়গায় না নিয়ে আসি।”

A Psalm of David. The affirmation of Jehovah to my Lord: 'Sit at My right hand, Till I make thine enemies thy footstool.'

2 ২ সদাপ্রভুু বললেন, “সিয়োন থেকে তোমার শক্তির রাজদণ্ড ধরে রাখ; তোমার শত্রুদের ওপর শাসন কর।

The rod of thy strength doth Jehovah send from Zion, Rule in the midst of thine enemies.

3 ৩ তোমার বিক্রম দিনের তোমার প্রজারা তোমাকে অনুসরণ করবে স্ব-ইচ্ছায় পবিত্র পর্বতের ওপরে; ভোরের গর্ভ থেকে বেরিয়ে যাবে শিশিরের মতো তোমার যুবকেরা।”

Thy people [are] free-will gifts in the day of Thy strength, in the honours of holiness, From the womb, from the morning, Thou hast the dew of thy youth.

4 ৪ সদাপ্রভুু শপথ করেছেন এবং পরিবর্তন হবে না; “তুমি অনন্তকালীন যাজক, মল্কীষেদকের রীতি অনুসারে।”

Jehovah hath sworn, and doth not repent, 'Thou [art] a priest to the age, According to the order of Melchizedek.'

5 ৫ প্রভু তোমার ডানদিকে আছেন। তিনি রাজাদের হত্যা করবেন তাঁর ক্রোধের দিনের।

The Lord on thy right hand smote kings In the day of His anger.

6 ৬ তিনি জাতিদের বিচার করবেন, তিনি মৃতদেহ দিয়ে উপত্যকা পূর্ণ করবেন; তিনি নেতাদের হত্যা করবেন অনেক দেশে।

He doth judge among the nations, He hath completed the carcases, Hath smitten the head over the mighty earth.

7 ৭ তিনি রাস্তার মধ্যে ছোটো নদীর জল পান করবেন এবং তারপর তিনি বিজয়ের পরে তাঁর মাথা তুলবেন।

From a brook in the way he drinketh, Therefore he doth lift up the head!
