1 ১ দায়ূদের একটি গীত। সদাপ্রভুুকে মহিমান্বিত কর, আমার আত্মা এবং আমার ভেতরে যা আছে সবকিছু, মহিমান্বিত কর তাঁর পবিত্র নাম।

`Of Dauid. Mi soule, blesse thou the Lord; and alle thingis that ben with ynne me, blesse his hooli name.

2 ২ মহিমান্বিত কর সদাপ্রভুুকে এবং আমার প্রাণ ভুলে যেও না তাঁর সব উপকার।

Mi soule, blesse thou the Lord; and nyle thou foryete alle the yeldyngis of him.

3 ৩ তিনি তোমার সব পাপ ক্ষমা করেন, তোমার সব রোগ ভালো করেন।

Which doith merci to alle thi wickidnessis; which heelith alle thi sijknessis.

4 ৪ তিনি ধ্বংস থেকে তোমার জীবন মুক্ত করেন, তিনি তোমাকে দৃঢ় প্রেমের দ্বারা আশির্বাদ দেন।

Which ayenbieth thi lijf fro deth; which corowneth thee in merci and merciful doyngis.

5 ৫ তিনি তোমার জীবন সন্তুষ্ট করেন ভালো জিনিস দিয়ে যাতে তোমার নতুন যৌবন হয় ঈগল পাখির মতো।

Which fillith thi desijr in goodis; thi yongthe schal be renulid as the yongthe of an egle.

6 ৬ সদাপ্রভুু তাই করেন যা নিরপেক্ষ এবং বিচারের কাজ করেন যারা নিপীড়িত সবার জন্য।

The Lord doynge mercies; and doom to alle men suffringe wrong.

7 ৭ তিনি মোশিকে নিজের পথ জানালেন, তার কাজ ইস্রায়েলের উত্তর পুরুষদের জন্য।

He made hise weies knowun to Moises; hise willis to the sones of Israel.

8 ৮ সদাপ্রভুু ক্ষমাশীল ও করুণাময়, তিনি ধৈর্য্যশীল; তার আছে মহান বিশ্বস্ত নিয়ম পত্র।

The Lord is merciful doer, and merciful in wille; longe abidinge, and myche merciful.

9 ৯ তিনি সব দিন বিনতি করবেন না, তিনি সব দিন রাগ করবেন না।

He schal not be wrooth with outen ende; and he schal not thretne with outen ende.

10 ১০ তিনি আমাদের সঙ্গে আমাদের পাপ অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করেন না অথবা আমাদের পাপ অনুযায়ী আমাদের প্রতিফল দেন না।

He dide not to vs aftir oure synnes; nether he yeldide to vs aftir oure wickidnessis.

11 ১১ কারণ পৃথিবীর উপরে আকাশমণ্ডল যত উঁচু, সেরকম তাঁর বিশ্বস্ততার নিয়ম তাদের প্রতি যারা তাঁকে সম্মান করে।

12 ১২ পশ্চিম দিক থেকে পূর্ব দিক যেমন দূর, তেমনি তিনি আমাদের পাপের অপরাধ থেকে আমাদের দূরে রেখেছেন।

As myche as the eest is fer fro the west; he made fer oure wickidnessis fro vs.

13 ১৩ একজন বাবা যেমন সন্তানদের করুণা করেন, তেমন সদাপ্রভুুও করুণা করেন তাদের যারা তাঁকে সম্মান করে।

As a fadir hath merci on sones, the Lord hadde merci on men dredynge him;

14 ১৪ কারণ তিনি আমাদের গঠন জানেন; তিতিনি তোমাকে দৃঢ় প্রেমের দ্বারা আশির্বাদ দেননি জানেন যে আমরা ধূলো মাত্র।

for he knewe oure makyng.

15 ১৫ যেমন মানুষ, তার আয়ু ঘাসের মতো; সে উন্নতি লাভ করে মাঠে ফুলের মতো।

He bithouyte that we ben dust, a man is as hey; his dai schal flowre out so as a flour of the feeld.

16 ১৬ বাতাস তার ওপর দিয়ে বয়ে যায় এবং সে উধাও হয়ে যায় এবং কেউ এমনকি বলতে পারে না কোথায় সে আবার জন্মেছে।

For the spirit schal passe in hym, and schal not abide; and schal no more knowe his place.

17 ১৭ কিন্তু সদাপ্রভুুর বিশ্বস্ততার নিয়ম চিরস্হায়ী থেকে অনন্তকাল পর্যন্ত থাকে তাদের ওপর যারা তাঁকে সম্মান করে, তাঁর ধার্ম্মিকতা দীর্ঘস্থায়ী তাদের বংশধরদের ওপর।

But the merci of the Lord is fro with out bigynnyng, and til in to with outen ende; on men dredinge hym. And his riytfulnesse is in to the sones of sones;

18 ১৮ তারা তাঁর নিয়ম রক্ষা করত এবং মনে করে সবাই তাঁর নির্দেশ পালন করত।

to hem that kepen his testament. And ben myndeful of hise comaundementis; to do tho.

19 ১৯ সদাপ্রভুু স্বর্গে তাঁর সিংহাসন স্থাপন করেছেন, তাঁর রাজ্য সবার ওপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত।

The Lord hath maad redi his seete in heuene; and his rewme schal be lord of alle.

20 ২০ আশীর্বাদ কর সদাপ্রভুু, তোমরা তাঁর দূতেরা, তোমাদের আছে শক্তি তাঁর বাক্য মেনে চলো এবং তাঁর আদেশ পালন কর।

Aungels of the Lord, blesse ye the Lord; ye myyti in vertu, doynge his word, to here the vois of hise wordis.

21 ২১ আশীর্বাদ কর সদাপ্রভুু, তোমরা সব তাঁর বাহিনী, তোমরা তাঁর দাসেরা তাঁর ইচ্ছা পালন কর।

Alle vertues of the Lord, blesse ye the Lord; ye mynystris of hym that doen his wille.

22 ২২ আশীর্বাদ কর তাঁর সব সৃষ্টির ওপর তাঁর রাজ্যের সব জায়গায়; আমার প্রাণকে আশীর্বাদ কর সদাপ্রভুু।

Alle werkis of the Lord, blesse ye the Lord, in ech place of his lordschipe; my soule, blesse thou the Lord.
