লুক 24
1 ১ সপ্তাহের প্রথম দিন তারা খুব ভোরে উঠে ঐ কবরের কাছে এলেন, যে সুগন্ধি দ্রব্য প্রস্তুত করেছিলেন তা নিয়ে আসলেন;
But at early morning dawn on the first day of the week (Nissan 17, the day of First Fruits #1), they and some others came to the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared.
They found the stone rolled away from the tomb.
They entered in, and didn’t find the Lord Yeshua [Salvation]'s body.
While they were greatly perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling clothing.
5 ৫ তখন তারা ভয় পেয়ে মাটির দিকে মুখ নীচু করলে সেই দুই ব্যক্তি তাদের বললেন, মৃতদের মধ্যে জীবিতের খোঁজ করছ কেন?
Becoming terrified, they bowed their faces down to the earth. They said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead?
He is not here, but is risen. Remember what he told you when he was still in Galilee [District, Circuit],
7 ৭ তিনি তো বলেছিলেন, মনুষ্যপুত্রকে পাপী মানুষদের হাতে সমর্পিত হতে হবে, ক্রুশারোপিত হতে এবং তৃতীয় দিনের উঠতে হবে।
saying that the Son of Man must be delivered up into the hands of sinful men, and be executed on the stake, and the third day rise again?”
They remembered his words,
teshuvah ·completely returned· from the tomb, and told all these things to the eleven, and to all the rest.
10 ১০ এরা মগ্দলীনী মরিয়ম, যোহানা ও যাকোবের মা মরিয়ম; আর এদের সঙ্গে অন্য স্ত্রীলোকরাও প্রেরিতদের এই সব কথা বললেন।
Now they were Mary of Magdala [Rebellion of City tower], Joanna, and Mary [Rebellion] the mother of James [Surplanter]. The other women with them told these things to the apostles.
These words seemed to them to be nonsense, and they didn’t believe them.
12 ১২ তা সত্বেও পিতর উঠে গিয়ে কবরের কাছে দৌড়ে গেলেন এবং নীচু হয়ে ভালো করে দেখলেন, শুধু কাপড় পরে রয়েছে; আর যা ঘটেছে, তাতে অবাক হয়ে নিজের জায়গায় ফিরে গেলেন।
But Peter [Rock] got up and ran to the tomb. Stooping and looking in, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he departed to his home, wondering what had happened.
Behold, two of them were going that same day (Nissan 17) to a village named Emmaus, which was sixty stadia [7.93 mi; 11.1 km] from Jerusalem [City of peace].
They talked with each other about all of these things which had happened.
15 ১৫ তারা কথাবার্তা ও একে অপরে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করছেন, এমন দিনের যীশু নিজে এসে তাদের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে যেতে লাগলেন;
While they talked and questioned together, Yeshua [Salvation] himself came near, and went with them.
But their eyes were kept from recognizing him.
17 ১৭ তিনি তাদের বললেন, তোমরা চলতে চলতে একে অপরে যে সব কথা বলাবলি করছ, সে সব কি? তারা বিষন্ন ভাবে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকলেন।
He said to them, “What are you talking about as you walk, and are sad?”
18 ১৮ পরে ক্লিয়পা নামে তাদের একজন উত্তর করে তাঁকে বললেন, আপনি কি একা যিরুশালেমে বাস করছেন, আর এই কয়েক দিনের মধ্যে সেখানে যেসব ঘটনা ঘটেছে, তা জানেন না?
One of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only stranger in Jerusalem [City of peace] who does not know the things which have happened there in these days?”
19 ১৯ তিনি তাদেরকে বললেন, কি কি ঘটনা? তারা তাঁকে বললেন, নাসরতীয় যীশুর বিষয়ে ঘটনা, যিনি ঈশ্বরের ও সব লোকের সামনে ও কাজে ও কথায় মহান ভাববাদী ছিলেন;
He said to them, “What things?” They said to him, “The things concerning Yeshua [Salvation], the Nazarene [person from Branch, Separated one], who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people;
20 ২০ আর কীভাবে প্রধান যাজকেরা ও আমাদের শাসকেরা প্রাণদণ্ডের জন্য দোষী করে তাকে সমর্পণ করলেন, ও ক্রুশে দিলেন।
and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and nailed him to the stake.
21 ২১ কিন্তু আমরা আশা করছিলাম যে, তিনি সেই ব্যক্তি, যিনি ইস্রায়েলকে মুক্ত করবেন। আর এসব ছাড়া আজ তিনদিন হচ্ছে, এসব ঘটেছে।
But we were hoping that it was he who would redeem Israel [God prevails]. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened.
Also, certain women of our company amazed us, having arrived early at the tomb;
23 ২৩ আর তাঁর মৃতদেহ দেখতে না পেয়ে এসে বললেন, স্বর্গ দূতদের ও দেখা পেয়েছি এবং তাঁরা বলেন, তিনি জীবিত আছেন।
and when they didn’t find his body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.
24 ২৪ আর আমাদের সঙ্গীদের যারা কবরের কাছে গিয়েছিল, তারাও সেই স্ত্রীলোকেরা যেমন বলেছিলেন, তেমনি দেখতে পেয়েছিলেন, কিন্তু তাঁকে দেখতে পাননি।
Some of us went to the tomb, and found it just like the women had said, but they didn’t see him.”
25 ২৫ তখন তিনি তাদের বললেন, হে অবুঝরা এবং ধীর হৃদয়ের লোকেরা, ভাববাদীরা যে সব কথা বলেছেন, সেই সবে বিশ্বাস করতে পার না
He said to them, “Foolish men, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!
Didn’t the Messiah [Anointed one] have to suffer these things and to enter into his glory?”
27 ২৭ পরে তিনি মোশি থেকে ও সমস্ত ভাববাদী থেকে শুরু করে সব শাস্ত্রে তাঁর নিজের বিষয়ে যে সব কথা আছে, তা তাদের বুঝিয়ে দিলেন।
Beginning from Moses [Drawn out] and from all the prophets, he explained to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.
They came near to the village, where they were going, and he acted like he would go further.
29 ২৯ কিন্তু তারা অনুরোধ করে বললেন, আমাদের সঙ্গে থাকুন, কারণ সন্ধ্যা হয়ে আসল, বেলা প্রায় চলে গেছে। তাতে তিনি তাদের সঙ্গে থাকার জন্য গৃহে ঢুকলেন।
They urged him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is almost evening, and the day is almost over. (Finish of Nissan 17, nearing to the start of Nissan 18.)” He went in to stay with them.
30 ৩০ পরে যখন তিনি তাদের সঙ্গে খাবার খেতে বসলেন, তখন রুটি নিয়ে ধন্যবাদ করলেন এবং ভেঙে তাদের দিতে লাগলেন।
When he had sat down at the table with them, he took the matzah ·unleavened bread· and gave thanks. Breaking it, he gave to them.
Their eyes were opened, and they recognized him, and he vanished out of their sight.
32 ৩২ তখন তারা পরস্পরকে বললেন, পথের মধ্যে যখন তিনি আমাদের সঙ্গে কথা বলছিলেন, আমাদের কাছে শাস্ত্রের অর্থ বুঝিয়ে দিচ্ছিলেন, তখন আমাদের ভিতরে আমাদের হৃদয় কি উদ্দীপ্ত হয়ে উঠছিল না?
They said to one another, “Did not our hearts burn within us, while he spoke to us along the way, and while he opened the Scriptures to us?”
33 ৩৩ আর তারা সেই দিনের ই উঠে যিরুশালেমে ফিরে গেলেন; এবং সেই এগারো জনকে ও তাদের সঙ্গীদের একসঙ্গে দেখতে পেলেন;
They rose up that very hour, teshuvah ·completely returned· to Jerusalem [City of peace], and found the eleven gathered together, and those who were with them,
saying, “The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simeon [Hearing]!”
35 ৩৫ পরে সেই দুজন পথের ঘটনার বিষয়ে এবং রুটি ভাঙার দিন তারা কীভাবে তাঁকে চিনতে পেরেছিলেন, এই সব বিষয়েও বললেন।
They related the things that happened along the way, and how he was recognized by them in the breaking of the matzah ·unleavened bread·.
36 ৩৬ তারা একে অপর এই কথাবার্তা বলছেন, ইতিমধ্যে তিনি নিজে তাদের মাঝে দাঁড়ালেন, ও তাদের বললেন, তোমাদের শান্তি হোক।
As they said these things, Yeshua [Salvation] himself stood among them, and said to them, “Peace be to you; Ena Na [I AM (the Living God)], do not be afraid.”
But they were terrified and filled with fear, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
He said to them, “Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?
39 ৩৯ আমার হাত ও আমার পা দেখ, এ আমি নিজে; আমাকে স্পর্শ কর, আর দেখ; কারণ আমায় যেমন দেখছ, ভূতের এই রকম হাড় মাংস নেই।
See my hands and my feet, that it is truly me. Touch me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see that I have.”
When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet.
41 ৪১ তখনও তারা এত আনন্দিত হয়েছিল যে বিশ্বাস করতে পারছিলেন না ও অবাক হচ্ছিল, তাই তিনি তাদের বললেন, তোমাদের কাছে এখানে কি কিছু খাবার আছে?
While they still didn’t believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”
They gave him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.
He took them, and ate in front of them.
44 ৪৪ পরে তিনি তাদের বললেন, তোমাদের সঙ্গে থাকতে থাকতে আমি তোমাদের যা বলেছিলাম, আমার সেই কথা এই, মোশির ব্যবস্থায় এবং ভাববাদীদের পুস্তকে এবং গীতসংহিতায় আমার বিষয়ে যা যা লেখা আছে, সে সব অবশ্য পূর্ণ হবে।
He said to them, “This is what I told you, while I was still with you, that all things which are written in the Torah ·Teaching· of Moses [Drawn out], the Prophets, and the Psalms, concerning me must be fulfilled.”
Then he opened their minds, that they might understand the Scriptures.
46 ৪৬ আর তিনি তাদের বললেন, এই কথা লেখা আছে যে, খ্রীষ্ট দুঃখভোগ করবেন এবং তৃতীয় দিনের মৃতদের মধ্যে থেকে উঠবেন;
He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Messiah [Anointed one] to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,
47 ৪৭ আর তাঁর নামে পাপ ক্ষমার জন্য মন ফেরানোর কথা সব জাতির কাছে প্রচারিত হবে যিরুশালেম থেকে শুরু করা হবে।
and in his name teshuvah ·complete repentance· and remission of sins should be preached to all the nations, starting with Jerusalem [City of peace].
You are witnesses of these things.
49 ৪৯ আর দেখ আমার পিতা যা প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছেন, তা আমি তোমাদের কাছে পাঠাচ্ছি; কিন্তু যে পর্যন্ত স্বর্গ থেকে আসা শক্তি না পাও, সেই পর্যন্ত তোমরা ঐ শহরে থাক।
Behold, I send out the promise of 'Avi ·my Father· on you. But wait in the city of Jerusalem [City of peace] until you are clothed with power from on high.”
He led them out as far as Bethany [House of affliction], and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
While he blessed them, he withdrew from them, and was carried up into heaven.
They worshiped him, and teshuvah ·completely returned· to Jerusalem [City of peace] with great joy,
and were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen ·So be it·.
