বিচারকর্ত্তৃগণের বিবরণ 16
And he went Samson Gaza towards and he saw there a woman a prostitute and he went into her.
2 ২ “তাতে শিম্শোন এই জায়গায় এসেছে,” এই কথা শুনে ঘসাতীয়েরা তাঁকে ঘিরে রেখে সমস্ত রাত্রি তার জন্য নগরের দরজার কাছে লুকিয়ে থাকল, সমস্ত রাত্রি চুপ করে থাকল, বলল, “সকাল হলে আমরা তাকে হত্যা করব।”
To the Gazites - saying he has come Samson here and they surrounded and they lay in wait for him all the night at [the] gate of the city and they were silent all the night saying until [the] light of the morning and we will kill him.
3 ৩ কিন্তু শিম্শোন মাঝরাত পর্যন্ত শয়ন করলেন, মাঝেরাতে উঠে তিনি নগর-দ্বারের স্তম্ভশুদ্ধ দুটো কবাট ও দুই বাজু ধরে উপড়ালেন এবং কাঁধে করে হিব্রোণের সামনের পর্বত শৃঙ্গে নিয়ে গেলেন।
And he lay down Samson until [the] middle of the night and he arose - in [the] middle of the night and he took hold on [the] doors of [the] gate of the city and on [the] two the doorposts and he pulled up them with the bar and he put [them] on shoulders his and he carried up them to [the] top of the mountain which [is] on [the] face of Hebron.
And it was after thus and he loved a woman in [the] valley of Sorek and name her [was] Delilah.
5 ৫ তাতে পলেষ্টীয়দের শাসকেরা সেই স্ত্রীর কাছে এসে তাকে বললেন, “তুমি তাকে খোসামোদ করে দেখ, কিসে তার এমন মহাবল হয় ও কিসে আমরা তাকে জয় করে কষ্ট দেবার জন্য রাখতে পারব; তাতে আমরা প্রত্যেকে তোমাকে এগারোশো রূপার মুদ্রা দেব।”
And they went up to her [the] rulers of [the] Philistines and they said to her entice him and see how? [is] strength his great and how? will we prevail to him and we will bind him to humble him and we we will give to you each one thousand and one hundred silver.
6 ৬ তখন দলীলা শিম্শোনকে বলল, “অনুরোধ করি, তোমার এমন মহাবল কিসে হয়, আর কষ্ট দেবার জন্য কিসে তোমাকে বাঁধতে পারা যায়, তা আমাকে বল।”
And she said Delilah to Samson tell! please to me how? [is] strength your great and how? will you be bound to humble you.
7 ৭ শিম্শোন তাকে বললেন, “শুকনো হয়নি, এমন সাত গাছা কাঁচা তাঁত দিয়ে যদি তারা আমাকে বাঁধে, তবে আমি দুর্বল হয়ে অন্য লোকের সমান হব।”
And he said to her Samson if people will bind me with seven cords fresh which not they have been dried and I will be weak and I will be like one of humankind.
8 ৮ পলেষ্টীয়দের শাসকেরা অশুষ্ক সাত গাছা কাঁচা তাঁত এনে সেই স্ত্রীকে দিলেন; আর সে তা দিয়ে তাকে বাঁধলো।
And they brought up to her [the] rulers of [the] Philistines seven cords fresh which not they had been dried and she bound him with them.
9 ৯ তখন তার অন্তরাগারে গোপনভাবে লোক বসেছিল। পরে দলীলা তাঁকে বলল, “হে শিম্শোন, পলেষ্টীয়েরা তোমাকে ধরল।” তাতে আগুনের স্পর্শে শনের দড়ি যেমন ছিঁড়ে যায়, তেমন তিনি ঐ তাঁত সব ছিঁড়ে ফেললেন; এই ভাবে তাঁর শক্তি জানা গেল না।
And the ambusher [was] sitting of her in the chamber and she said to him [the] Philistines [are] on you O Samson and he tore apart the cords just as it is torn apart thread of tow when smells it fire and not it was known strength his.
10 ১০ পরে দলীলা শিম্শোনকে বলল, “দেখ, তুমি আমাকে উপহাস করলে, আমাকে মিথ্যা কথা বললে; এখন অনুরোধ করি, কিসে তোমাকে বাঁধতে পারা যায়, তা আমাকে বল।”
And she said Delilah to Samson here! you have deceived me and you have spoken to me lies now tell! please to me how? will you be bound.
11 ১১ তিনি তাকে বললেন, “যে দড়ি দিয়ে কোন কাজ করা হয়নি, এমন কয়েক গাছা নূতন দড়ি দিয়ে যদি তারা আমাকে বাঁধে, তবে আমি দুর্বল হয়ে অন্য লোকের সমান হব।”
And he said to her certainly [if] they will bind me with ropes new which not it has been done with them work and I will be weak and I will be like one of humankind.
12 ১২ তাতে দলীলা নতুন দড়ি দিয়ে তাঁকে তারা বাঁধলো; পরে তাঁকে বলল, “হে শিম্শোন, পলেষ্টীয়েরা তোমাকে ধরল।” তখন অন্তরাগারে গোপনভাবে লোক বসেছিল। কিন্তু তিনি নিজের হাত থেকে সুতোর মতো ঐ সব ছিঁড়ে ফেললেন।
And she took Delilah ropes new and she bound him with them and she said to him [the] Philistines [are] on you O Samson and the ambusher [was] sitting in the chamber and he tore apart them from on arms his like thread.
13 ১৩ পরে দলীলা শিম্শোনকে বলল, “এখন পর্যন্ত তুমি আমাকে উপহাস করলে, আমাকে মিথ্যা কথা বললে; কিসে তোমাকে বাঁধতে পারা যায়, আমাকে বল না।” তিনি বললেন, “তুমি যদি আমার মাথার সাত গুচ্ছ চুল তাঁতের সঙ্গে বোনো, তবে হতে পারে।”
And she said Delilah to Samson until now you have deceived me and you have spoken to me lies tell! to me how? will you be bound and he said to her if you will weave seven [the] plaits of head my with the web. (And you will strike with a pin to the wall and I will be weak and I will be like one man. *X)
14 ১৪ তাতে সে তাঁতের গোঁজের সঙ্গে তা বেঁধে তাঁকে বলল, “হে শিম্শোন, পলেষ্টীয়েরা তোমাকে ধরল। তখন তিনি ঘুম থেকে জেগে উঠে তানা শুদ্ধ তাঁতের গোঁজ উপড়িয়ে ফেললেন।”
(And she made sleep him and she wove seven [the] plaits head his with the web *X) and she thrust with the pin and she said to him [the] Philistines [are] on you O Samson and he awoke from sleep his and he pulled out the pin of the loom and the web.
15 ১৫ পরে দলীলা তাঁকে বলল, “তুমি কিভাবে বলতে পার যে, তুমি আমাকে ভালবাস? তোমার মন তো আমাতে নেই; এই তিন বার তুমি আমাকে উপহাস করলে; কিসে তোমার এমন মহাবল হয়, তা আমাকে বললে না।”
And she said to him how? will you say I love you and heart your not [is] with me this three times you have deceived me and not you have told to me how? [is] strength your great.
16 ১৬ এই ভাবে সে প্রতিদিন কথা দিয়ে তাঁকে বিরক্ত করে এমন ব্যস্ত করে তুলল যে, প্রাণধারণে তাঁর বিরক্তি বোধ হল।
And it was that she pressed him with words her all the days and she urged him and it was short self his to die.
17 ১৭ তাই তিনি মনের সমস্ত কথা ভেঙে বললেন, তাঁকে বললেন, আমার মস্তকে কখনও ক্ষুর ওঠেনি, কারণ মায়ের গর্ভ থেকে আমি ঈশ্বরের উদ্দেশ্যে নাসরীয়; ক্ষৌরি হলে আমার বল আমাকে ছেড়ে যাবে এবং আমি দুর্বল হয়ে অন্য সব লোকের সমান হব।
And he told to her all heart his and he said to her a razor not it has come up on head my for [am] a Nazirite of God I from [the] womb of mother my if I was shaved and it will depart from me strength my and I will be weak and I will be like every man.
18 ১৮ তখন, এ আমাকে মনের সব কথা ভেঙে বলেছে বুঝে, দলীলা লোক পাঠিয়ে পলেষ্টীয়দের শাসকদেরকে ডেকে বলল, “এই বার আসুন, কারণ সে আমাকে মনের সমস্ত কথা ভেঙে বলেছে।” তাতে পলেষ্টীয়দের শাসকেরা টাকা হাতে করে তার কাছে আসলেন।
And she saw Delilah that he had told to her all heart his and she sent and she summoned [the] rulers of [the] Philistines saying come up this time for he has told (to me *QK) all heart his and they came up to her [the] rulers of [the] Philistines and they brought up the silver in hand their.
19 ১৯ পরে সে নিজের উরুর উপরে তাঁকে ঘুম পাড়াল এবং এক জনকে ডেকে তাঁর মস্তকের সাত গোছা চুল কেটে দিল; এই ভাবে সে তাঁকে কষ্ট দিতে আরম্ভ করল, আর তাঁর বল তাঁকে ছেড়ে গেল।
And she made sleep him on knees her and she summoned the man and she shaved off seven [the] plaits of head his and she began to humble him and it departed strength his from on him.
20 ২০ পরে সে বলল, “হে শিম্শোন, পলেষ্টীয়েরা তোমাকে ধরল।” তখন তিনি ঘুম থেকে উঠে বললেন, “অন্যান্য দিনের র মতো বাইরে গিয়ে গা ঝাড়া দেব।” কিন্তু সদাপ্রভু যে তাঁকে ত্যাগ করেছেন, তা তিনি বুঝলেন না।
And she said [the] Philistines [are] on you O Samson and he awoke from sleep his and he said I will go out as time on time so I may shake myself free and he not he knew that Yahweh he had departed from with him.
21 ২১ তখন পলেষ্টীয়েরা তাঁকে ধরে তাঁর দুই চোখ উপড়িয়ে নিল; এবং তাঁকে ঘসাতে এনে পিতলের দুই শেকল দিয়ে বেঁধে দিল; তিনি কারাগারে যাঁতা পেষণ করতে থাকলেন।
And they seized him [the] Philistines and they gouged out eyes his and they brought down him Gaza towards and they bound him with bronze fetters and he was grinding in [the] house of (those imprisoned. *QK)
And it began [the] hair of head his to grow back when it had been shaved.
23 ২৩ পরে পলেষ্টীয়দের শাসকেরা নিজেদের দেবতা দাগোনের উদ্দেশে মহাযজ্ঞ ও আমোদ প্রমোদ করতে জড়ো হলেন; কারণ তারা বললেন, “আমাদের দেবতা আমাদের শত্রু শিম্শোনকে আমাদের হাতে দিয়েছেন।”
And [the] rulers of [the] Philistines they gathered to sacrifice a sacrifice great to Dagon god their and for joy and they said he has given god our in hand our Samson enemies our.
24 ২৪ আর তাঁকে দেখে লোকেরা নিজেদের দেবতার প্রশংসা করতে লাগল; কারণ তারা বলল, “এই যে ব্যক্তি আমাদের শত্রু ও আমাদের দেশনাশক, যে আমাদের অনেক লোককে হত্যা করেছে, একে আমাদের দেবতা আমাদের হাতে দিয়েছেন।”
And they saw him the people and they praised god their for they said he has given god our in hand our enemy our and [the] desolator of land our and who he has multiplied slain [ones] our.
25 ২৫ তাদের অন্তঃকরণ প্রফুল্ল হলে তারা বলল, “শিম্শোনকে ডাক, সে আমাদের কাছে কৌতুক করুক।” তাতে লোকেরা কারাগৃহ থেকে শিম্শোনকে ডেকে আনল, আর তিনি তাদের সামনে কৌতুক করতে লাগলেন। তারা স্তম্ভ সকলের মধ্যে তাঁকে দাঁড় করিয়েছিল।
And it was (like good *QK) heart their and they said summon Samson so he may make sport for us and they summoned Samson from [the] house of (those imprisoned *QK) and he made sport before them and they made stand him between the pillars.
26 ২৬ পরে যে বালক হাত দিয়ে শিম্শোনকে ধরেছিল, তিনি তাঁকে বললেন, “আমাকে ছেড়ে দাও, যে দুই স্তম্ভের উপরে গৃহের ভার আছে, তা আমাকে স্পর্শ করতে দাও; আমি ওতে হেলান দিয়ে দাঁড়াব।”
And he said Samson to the young man who kept hold on hand his permit! me (and let feel me *QK) the pillars which the house [is] established on them so I may lean on them.
27 ২৭ পুরুষে ও স্ত্রীলোকে সেই বাড়ি পরিপূর্ণ ছিল, আর পলেষ্টীয়দের সব শাসক সেখানে ছিলেন এবং ছাদের উপরে স্ত্রী পুরুষ প্রায় তিনহাজার লোক শিম্শোনের কৌতুক দেখছিল।
And the house [was] full men and women and [were] there all [the] rulers of [the] Philistines and [were] on the roof about three thousand man and woman who were looking when sported Samson.
28 ২৮ তখন শিম্শোন সদাপ্রভুকে ডেকে বললেন, “হে প্রভু সদাপ্রভু, অনুগ্রহ করে কেবল এই একটি বার আমাকে বলবান্ করুন, যেন আমি পলেষ্টীয়দেরকে আমার দুই চোখের জন্য একেবারেই প্রতিশোধ দিতে পারি।”
And he called out Samson to Yahweh and he said O Lord Yahweh remember me please and strengthen me please only the time this O God so let me avenge myself vengeance of one from [the] two eyes my from [the] Philistines.
29 ২৯ পরে শিম্শোন, মধ্যস্থিত যে দুই স্তম্ভের ওপরে গৃহের ভার ছিল, তা ধরে তার একটির উপরে ডান হাত দিয়ে, অন্যটির উপরে বাঁ হাত দিয়ে নির্ভর করলেন।
And he grasped Samson [the] two - [the] pillars of the middle which the house [was] established on them and he supported himself on them one in right [hand] his and one in left [hand] his.
30 ৩০ আর পলেষ্টীয়দের সঙ্গে আমার প্রাণ যাক, এই বলে শিম্শোন নিজের সমস্ত শক্তি দিয়ে নত হয়ে পড়লেন; তাতে ঐ গৃহ শাসকদের ও যত লোক ভিতরে ছিল, সমস্ত লোকের ওপরে পড়ল; এই ভাবে তিনি জীবনকালে যত লোক হত্যা করেছিলেন, মরণকালে তার থেকে বেশি লোককে হত্যা করলেন।
And he said Samson let it die life my with [the] Philistines and he stretched out with strength and it fell the house on the rulers and on all the people which [was] in it and they were the dead whom he killed in death his many more than [those] whom he had killed in life his.
31 ৩১ পরে তাঁর ভায়েরা ও তাঁর সমস্ত পিতৃকুল নেমে এসে তাঁকে নিয়ে সরা ও ইষ্টায়োলের মাঝখানে তাঁর পিতার মানোহের কবরস্থানে তাঁর কবর দিল। তিনি কুড়ি বছর ইস্রায়েলের বিচার করেছিলেন।
And they went down brothers his and all [the] household of father his and they carried him and they brought [him] up - and they buried him between Zorah and between Eshtaol in [the] tomb of Manoah father his and he he judged Israel twenty year[s].
