ইয়োবের বিবরণ 29

1 ১ ইয়োব আবার কথা বলা শুরু করলেন এবং বললেন,

And he repeated Job to take up discourse his and he said.

2 ২ আহা, যেমন আমি গত মাসগুলোতে ছিলাম সেই দিন গুলোর মত যখন ঈশ্বর আমার নজর রাখতেন,

Who? will he give me like months of long ago like [the] days [when] God he watched over me.

3 ৩ যখন তাঁর প্রদীপ আমার মাথা আলো করত এবং যখন আমি তাঁর আলোয় অন্ধকারের মধ্যে দিয়ে হাঁটতাম।

When made shine he lamp his over head my to light his I walked darkness.

4 ৪ আহা, আমি যেমন আমার পূর্ণ অবস্থার দিনের ছিলাম, যখন ঈশ্বরের বন্ধুত্ব আমার তাঁবুতে ছিল।

Just as I was in [the] days of prime my in [the] intimacy of God on tent my.

5 ৫ যখন সর্বশক্তিমান তখনও আমার সঙ্গে ছিলেন এবং আমার সন্তানেরা আমার চারিদিকে ছিল।

While still [the] Almighty [was] with me [were] around me lads my.

6 ৬ যখন আমার পায়ের চিহ্ন দুধ দিয়ে ধোয়া হত এবং পাথর আমার জন্য তেলের ঝরনা বইয়ে দিত!

When bathed steps my in curd and a rock it poured out beside me streams of oil.

7 ৭ যখন আমি শহরের দরজায় গেলাম, যখন আমি শহরের চকে আমার জায়গায় বসলাম,

When went out I [the] gate on [the] town in the public square I prepared seat my.

8 ৮ যুবকেরা আমায় দেখল এবং তারা সম্মানে আমার থেকে দূরত্ব বজায় রাখত এবং বৃদ্ধেরা আমার জন্য উঠে দাঁড়াত।

They saw me young men and they hid themselves and old [men] they rose they stood.

9 ৯ যখন আমি আসতাম অধিকারীরা কথা বলা থেকে বিরত থাকত; তারা তাদের হাত মুখের ওপর রাখত।

Chiefs they restrained words and a hand they put to mouth their.

10 ১০ অভিজাত লোকেদের আওয়াজ নীরব থাকত এবং তাদের জিভ তাদের মুখের তালুতে লেগে থাকত।

[the] voice of Nobles they were hidden and tongue their to palate their it stuck.

11 ১১ যখন তারা কানে শুনত আমার প্রশংসা করত, আর যখন চোখে দেখত তখন পছন্দ করত।

For an ear it heard and it called blessed me and an eye it saw and it bore witness to me.

12 ১২ কারণ আমি দরিদ্র লোকদের উদ্ধার করতাম যারা কষ্টে চিত্কার করত এবং যার কেউ নেই সেই পিতৃহীনকেও সাহায্য করতাম।

That I rescued [the] afflicted [who] cried for help and [the] fatherless and [the one whom] not a helper [belonged] to him.

13 ১৩ যে ধ্বংস হতে চলেছে তার আর্শীবাদ আমার কাছে আসত; আমি বিধবাদের হৃদয়ে আনন্দ গান করাতাম।

[the] blessing of [one] about to perish On me it came and [the] heart of a widow I made sing for joy.

14 ১৪ আমি ধার্ম্মিকতা পরতাম এবং এটা আমায় ঢাকত; আমার ন্যায়বিচার কাপড়ের মত ছিল এবং একটা পাগড়ির মত ছিল।

Righteousness I put on and it clothed me [was] like a robe and a turban justice my.

15 ১৫ আমি অন্ধের চোখ ছিলাম; আমি খোঁড়ার পা ছিলাম।

Eyes I was to the blind and [was] feet to the lame I.

16 ১৬ আমি দরিদ্রদের পিতা ছিলাম; আমি এমনকি তাদের অভিযোগও পরীক্ষা করে দেখতাম যাকে আমি চিনি না।

[was] a father I to the needy [people] and a case at law of [the one whom] not I knew I investigated it.

17 ১৭ আমি অধার্মিকদের চোয়াল ভাঙ্গতাম; আমি তার দাঁতের মধ্যে থেকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্তকে বার করে নিয়ে আসতাম।

And I broke! [the] jaws of [the] unrighteous and from teeth his I threw [the] prey.

18 ১৮ তখন আমি বলতাম, আমি আমার বাসায় মরব; আমি আমার দিন বালির মত বৃদ্ধি করব।

And I said with nest my I will expire and like sand I will increase days.

19 ১৯ আমার মূল জলের দিকে ছড়িয়েছে এবং সারা রাত আমার শাখায় শিশির থাকে।

Root my [is] opened to water and dew it will remain overnight on branch[es] my.

20 ২০ আমার গৌরব সবদিন আমাতে তাজা থাকে এবং আমার ধনুকের শক্তি সবদিন নতুন থাকে আমার হাতে।

Honor my [is] new with me and bow my in hand my it will show newness.

21 ২১ লোকেরা আমার কথা শুনত; তারা আমার জন্য অপেক্ষা করত; তারা নিরব থাকত আমার পরামর্শ শোনার জন্য।

To me people listened and they waited and they may be silent for counsel my.

22 ২২ আমার কথা বলার পরে, তারা আর কথা বলত না; আমার কথা তাদের ওপর জলের ফোঁটার মত পড়ত।

After word my not they repeated and on them it dropped speech my.

23 ২৩ তারা যেমন বৃষ্টির জন্য, তেমনি আমার জন্যও সবদিন অপেক্ষা করত; শেষের বর্ষার মত তারা আমার কথা পান করত।

And they waited like the rain for me and mouth their they opened wide for spring rain.

24 ২৪ আমি তাদের ওপর হাঁসতাম যখন তারা এটা আশা করত না; তারা আমার মুখের আলো প্রত্যাখান করত না।

I laughed to them not they believed and [the] light of face my not they made fall!

25 ২৫ আমি তাদের পথ ঠিক করতাম এবং তাদের প্রধানের মত বসতাম; আমি রাজার মত বাঁচতাম তার সৈন্যদলে, ঠিক একজন ব্যক্তির মত যে শোক সভায় শোকার্তদের সান্ত্বনা দেয়।

I chose way their so I may sit [as] chief so I may dwell like a king among the troop[s] just as mourners someone comforts.
