আদিপুস্তক 27
1 ১ পরে ইস্হাক বৃদ্ধ হলে তাঁর চোখ নিস্তেজ হওয়ায় আর দেখতে পেতেন না; তখন তিনি আপনার বড় ছেলে এষৌকে ডেকে বললেন, “বৎস।”
And it was for he was old Isaac and they were [too] dim eyes his for seeing and he summoned Esau - son his old and he said to him O son my and he said to him here [am] I.
2 ২ তিনি উত্তর করলেন, “দেখুন, এই আমি।” তখন ইস্হাক বললেন, “দেখ, আমি বৃদ্ধ হয়েছি; কোন দিন আমার মৃত্যু হবে, জানি না।
And he said here! please I am old not I know [the] day of death my.
And therefore take up please weapons your quiver your and bow your and go out the field and hunt! for me (wild game. *QK)
4 ৪ আমি যেমন ভালবাসি, সেরকম সুস্বাদু খাদ্য তৈরী করে আমার কাছে আন, আমি ভোজন করব; যেন মৃত্যুর আগে আমার প্রাণ তোমাকে আশীর্বাদ করে।”
And prepare for me savory food just as I love and bring [it]! to me so let me eat [it] in order that it may bless you self my before I will die.
5 ৫ যখন ইস্হাক নিজের ছেলে এষৌকে এই কথা বলেন, তখন রিবিকা তা শুনতে পেলেন। অতএব এষৌ পশু শিকার করে আনবার জন্য প্রান্তরে গেলে পর
And Rebekah [was] listening when spoke Isaac to Esau son his and he went Esau the field to hunt wild game to bring [it].
And Rebekah she said to Jacob son her saying here! I have heard father your speaking to Esau brother your saying.
7 ৭ তিনি বলেছেন, “তুমি আমার জন্য পশু শিকার করে এনে সুস্বাদু খাদ্য তৈরী কর, তাতে আমি ভোজন করে মৃত্যুর আগে সদাপ্রভুর সামনে তোমাকে আশীর্বাদ করব।
Bring! to me wild game and prepare for me savory food so let me eat [it] so I may bless you before Yahweh before death my.
And therefore O son my listen to voice my to [that] which I [am] commanding you.
9 ৯ তুমি পালে গিয়ে সেখান থেকে উত্তম দুটি বাচ্চা ছাগল আন, তোমার বাবা যেমন ভাল বাসেন, সেরকম সুস্বাদু খাবার আমি প্রস্তুত করে দিই;
Go please to the flock and fetch for me from there two kids of goats good so I may prepare them savory food for father your just as he loves.
10 ১০ পরে তুমি নিজের বাবার কাছে তা নিয়ে যাও, তিনি তা ভোজন করুন; যেন তিনি মৃত্যুর আগে তোমাকে আশীর্বাদ করেন।”
And you will bring [it] to father your and he will eat [it] in order that this he may bless you before death his.
And he said Jacob to Rebekah mother his here! Esau brother my [is] a man hairy and I [am] a man smooth.
12 ১২ কি জানি, বাবা আমাকে স্পর্শ করবেন, আর আমি তাঁর দৃষ্টিতে প্রতারক বলে গণিত হব; তা হলে আমি আমার প্রতি আশীর্বাদ না পেয়ে অভিশাপ পাব।”
Perhaps he will feel me father my and I will be in eyes his like a mocker and I will bring on myself a curse and not a blessing.
And she said to him mother his [be] on me curse your O son my only listen to voice my and go fetch [them] for me.
14 ১৪ পরে যাকোব গিয়ে তা নিয়ে মায়ের কাছে নিয়ে গেলেন, আর তাঁর বাবা যেমন ভালবাসতেন, মা সেরকম সুস্বাদু খাবার তৈরী করলেন।
And he went and he fetched [them] and he brought [them] to mother his and she prepared mother his savory food just as he loved father his.
15 ১৫ আর ঘরে নিজের কাছে বড় ছেলে এষৌর যে যে সুন্দর বস্ত্র ছিল, রিবিকা তা নিয়ে ছোট ছেলে যাকোবকে পরিয়ে দিলেন।
And she took Rebekah [the] clothes of Esau son her old the desirableness which [were] with her in the house and she clothed Jacob son her young.
And [the] skins of [the] kids of the goats she clothed on hands his and on [the] smooth part of neck his.
And she put the savory food and the bread which she had prepared in [the] hand of Jacob son her.
And he went to father his and he said O father my and he said here [am] I who? [are] you O son my.
19 ১৯ যাকোব নিজের বাবাকে বললেন, “আমি আপনার বড় ছেলে এষৌ; আপনি আমাকে যা আদেশ করেছিলেন, তা করেছি। অনুরোধ করি, আপনি উঠে বসে আমার আনা পশুর মাংস ভোজন করুন, যেন আপনার প্রাণ আমাকে আশীর্বাদ করে।”
And he said Jacob to father his I [am] Esau firstborn your I have done just as you said to me arise please sit! and eat! some of wild game my in order that may bless me self your.
20 ২০ তখন ইসহাক নিজের ছেলেকে বললেন, “বৎস, কেমন করে এত তাড়াতাড়ি ওটা পেলে?” তিনি বললেন, “আপনার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু আমার সামনে শুভফল উপস্থিত করলেন।”
And he said Isaac to son his what? this have you hastened to find [it] O son my and he said for he made happen Yahweh God your before me.
21 ২১ ইস্হাক যাকোবকে বললেন, “বৎস, কাছে এস; আমি তোমাকে স্পর্শ করে বুঝি, তুমি নিশ্চয় আমার ছেলে এষৌ কি না।”
And he said Isaac to Jacob draw near! please so I may feel you O son my ¿ [are] you this son my Esau or? not.
22 ২২ তখন যাকোব নিজের বাবা ইস্হাকের কাছে গেলে তিনি তাঁকে স্পর্শ করে বললেন, “গলার আওয়াজ তো যাকোবের আওয়াজ, কিন্তু হাত এষৌর হাত।”
And he drew near Jacob to Isaac father his and he felt him and he said the voice [is] [the] voice of Jacob and the hands [are] [the] hands of Esau.
23 ২৩ বাস্তবিক তিনি তাঁকে চিনতে পারলেন না, কারণ ভাই এষৌর হাতের মতো তাঁর হাত লোমযুক্ত ছিল; অতএব তিনি তাঁকে আশীর্বাদ করলেন।
And not he recognized him for they were hands his like [the] hands of Esau brother his hairy and he blessed him.
And he said [are] you? this son my Esau and he said I.
25 ২৫ তখন ইস্হাক বললেন, “আমার কাছে আন; আমি ছেলের আনা পশুর মাংস ভোজন করি, যেন আমার প্রাণ তোমাকে আশীর্বাদ করে।” তিনি মাংস আনলে ইস্হাক ভোজন করলেন এবং দ্রাক্ষারস এনে দিলে তা পান করলেন।
And he said bring [it] near! to me so let me eat some of [the] wild game of son my so that it may bless you self my and he brought [it] near to him and he ate and he brought to him wine and he drank.
And he said to him Isaac father his draw near! please and kiss! me O son my.
27 ২৭ তখন তিনি কাছে গিয়ে চুম্বন করলেন, আর ইস্হাক তাঁর বস্ত্রের গন্ধ নিয়ে তাঁকে আশীর্বাদ করে বললেন, “দেখ, আমার ছেলের সুগন্ধ সদাপ্রভুর আশীর্বাদযুক্ত ক্ষেত্রের সুগন্ধের মতো।
And he drew near and he kissed him and he smelled [the] smell of clothes his and he blessed him and he said see [the] smell of son my [is] like [the] smell of a field which he has blessed it Yahweh.
28 ২৮ ঈশ্বর আকাশের শিশির থেকে ও ভূমির উর্বরতা থেকে তোমাকে দিন; প্রচুর শস্য ও আঙ্গুরের রস তোমাকে দিন।
And may he give to you God some of [the] dew of the heavens and some of [the] fatness of the earth and abundance of grain and new wine.
29 ২৯ লোকবৃন্দ তোমার দাস হোক, জাতিরা তোমার কাছে নত হোক; তুমি নিজের আত্মীয়দের কর্তা হও, তোমার মায়ের ছেলেরা তোমার কাছে নত হোক। যে কেউ তোমাকে অভিশাপ দেয়, সে অভিশপ্ত হোক; যে কেউ তোমাকে আশীর্বাদ করে, সে আশীর্বাদযুক্ত হোক।”
May they serve you peoples (and may they bow down *QK) to you peoples be lord to brothers your so may they bow down to you [the] sons of mother your [those who] curse you [be] cursed and [those who] bless you [be] blessed.
30 ৩০ ইস্হাক যখন যাকোবের প্রতি আশীর্বাদ শেষ করলেন, তখন যাকোব নিজের পিতা ইস্হাকের সামনে থেকে যেতে না যেতেই তাঁর ভাই এষৌ শিকার করে ঘরে আসলেন।
And it was just as he had finished Isaac to bless Jacob and it was surely certainly he had gone out Jacob from with [the] face of Isaac father his and Esau brother his he came from hunting his.
31 ৩১ তিনিও সুস্বাদু খাবার তৈরী করে বাবার কাছে এনে বললেন, “বাবা আপনি উঠে ছেলের আনা পশুর মাংস ভোজন করুন, যেন আপনার প্রাণ আমাকে আশীর্বাদ করে।”
And he prepared also he savory food and he brought [it] to father his and he said to father his let him arise father my and let him eat some of [the] wild game of son his in order that may bless me self your.
And he said to him Isaac father his who? [are] you and he said I [am] son your firstborn your Esau.
33 ৩৩ ইস্হাক ভীষণভাবে কেঁপে উঠে বললেন, “তবে সে কে, যে শিকার করে আমার কাছে পশুর মাংস এনেছিল? আমি তোমার আসবার আগেই তা ভোজন করে তাকে আশীর্বাদ করেছি, আর সেই আশীর্বাদযুক্ত থাকবে।”
And he trembled Isaac trembling great up to muchness and he said who? then [is] he who hunted wild game and he brought [it] to me and I ate some of everything before you came and I blessed him also blessed he will be.
34 ৩৪ বাবার এই কথা শোনামাত্র এষৌ ভীষণ ব্যকুলভাবে কাঁদলেন এবং নিজের বাবাকে বললেন, “হে বাবা, আমাকে, আমাকেও আশীর্বাদ করুন।”
When heard Esau [the] words of father his and he cried a cry great and bitter up to muchness and he said to father his bless me also me O father my.
And he said he came brother your with deceit and he took blessing your.
36 ৩৬ এষৌ বললেন, “তার নাম কি যাকোব না? বাস্তবিক সে দু-বার আমাকে [প্রতারণা] করেছে; সে আমার বড় হওয়ার অধিকার নিয়ে নিয়েছিল এবং দেখুন, এখন আমার আশীর্বাদও নিয়ে নিয়েছে।” তিনি আবার বললেন, “আপনি কি আমার জন্য কিছুই আশীর্বাদ রাখেননি?”
And he said ¿ for did someone call name his Jacob and he has supplanted me this two times birthright my he took and here! now he has taken blessing my and he said ¿ not have you reserved for me a blessing.
37 ৩৭ তখন ইস্হাক উত্তর করে এষৌকে বললেন, “দেখ, আমি তাঁকে তোমার কর্তা করেছি এবং তার আত্মীয় সবাইকে তারই দাস করেছি এবং তাঁকে শস্য ও দ্রাক্ষারস দিয়ে সবল করেছি; বৎস, এখন তোমার জন্য আর কি করিতে পারি?”
And he answered Isaac and he said to Esau here! lord I have appointed him to you and all brothers his I have given to him to servants and grain and new wine I have sustained him and for you then what? will I do O son my.
38 ৩৮ এষৌ আবার নিজের বাবাকে বললেন, “হে বাবা, আপনার কি কেবল ঐ একটা আশীর্বাদ ছিল? হে বাবা, আমাকেও আশীর্বাদ করুন।” এই বলে এষৌ উচ্চৈঃস্বরে কাঁদতে লাগলেন।
And he said Esau to father his ¿ [does] a blessing one it [belong] to you O father my bless me also me O father my and he lifted up Esau voice his and he wept.
And he answered Isaac father his and he said to him there! away from [the] fatness of the earth it will be dwelling your and away from [the] dew of the heavens above.
40 ৪০ তুমি তরোয়ালের জোরে বাঁচবে এবং নিজের ভাইয়ের দাস হবে; কিন্তু যখন তুমি বিদ্রোহ করবে, নিজের ঘাড় থেকে তার যোঁয়ালী ভাঙ্গবে।”
And on sword your you will live and brother your you will serve and it will be just as you will be restless and you will tear off yoke his from on neck your.
41 ৪১ যাকোব নিজের বাবার কাছ থেকে আশীর্বাদ পেয়েছিলেন বলে এষৌ যাকোবকে হিংসা করতে লাগলেন। এষৌ মনে মনে বললেন, “আমার বাবার জন্য দুঃখ প্রকাশ করার দিন প্রায় উপস্থিত, তারপরে আমার ভাই যাকোবকে হত্যা করব।”
And he bore a grudge against Esau Jacob on the blessing which he had blessed him father his and he said Esau in heart his they will draw near [the] days of [the] mourning of father my and I will kill Jacob brother my.
42 ৪২ বড় ছেলে এষৌর এরকম কথা রিবিকার কানে গেল, তাতে তিনি লোক পাঠিয়ে ছোট ছেলে যাকোবকে ডাকালেন, বললেন, “দেখ, তোমার ভাই এষৌ তোমাকে হত্যা করবার আশাতেই মনকে সান্ত্বনা দিচ্ছে।
And it was told to Rebekah [the] words of Esau son her old and she sent and she summoned Jacob son her young and she said to him here! Esau brother your [is] comforting himself to you by killing you.
And therefore O son my listen to voice my and arise flee for yourself to Laban brother my Haran towards.
And you will remain with him days one until that it will turn back [the] anger of brother your.
45 ৪৫ তোমার প্রতি ভাইয়ের রাগ কমে গেলে এবং তুমি তার প্রতি যা করেছ, তা সে ভুলে গেলে আমি লোক পাঠিয়ে সেখান থেকে তোমাকে আনাব; এক দিনের তোমাদের দুই জনকেই কেন হারাব?”
Until turns back [the] anger of brother your from you and he will forget [that] which you did to him and I will send and I will fetch you from there why? will I be bereaved also both of you a day one.
46 ৪৬ রিবিকা ইসহাককে বললেন, “এই হিত্তীয়দের মেয়েদের বিষয় আমার প্রাণে ঘৃণা হচ্ছে; যদি যাকোবও এদের মতো কোনো হিত্তীয় মেয়েকে, এদেশীয় মেয়েদের মধ্যে কোনো মেয়েকে বিয়ে করে, তবে বেঁচে থেকে আমার কি লাভ?”
And she said Rebekah to Isaac I loathe life my because of [the] daughters of Heth if [is] taking Jacob a wife from [the] daughters of Heth like these from [the] daughters of the land why? [belongs] to me life.
