1 ১ পৌল, খ্রীষ্টের একজন প্রেরিত, এই প্রেরিত পদ কোন মানুষের কাছ থেকে বা কোন মানুষের মাধ্যমেও নয়, কিন্তু যীশু খ্রীষ্ট এবং পিতা ঈশ্বর যিনি মৃতদের মধ্যে থেকে তাঁকে উঠিয়েছেন তাঁদের মাধ্যমেই পেয়েছি,
Paul, an apostle, —not from men, nor through man, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father who raised him from among the dead,
And all the brethren with me; —unto the assemblies of Galatia:
Favour unto you and peace, from God our Father, and Lord Jesus Christ, —
4 ৪ তিনি আমাদের পাপের জন্য নিজেকে প্রদান করলেন, যেন আমাদের ঈশ্বরও পিতার ইচ্ছা অনুসারে আমাদেরকে এই উপস্থিত মন্দ যুগ থেকে উদ্ধার করেন। (aiōn g165)
Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, — (aiōn g165)
Unto whom be the glory unto the ages of ages: Amen! (aiōn g165)
6 ৬ আমি অবাক হচ্ছি যে, খ্রীষ্টের অনুগ্রহে যিনি তোমাদেরকে আহ্বান করেছেন, তোমরা এত তাড়াতাড়ি তা থেকে অন্য সুসমাচারের দিকে ফিরে যাচ্ছ।
I marvel that, thus quickly, ye are moving away from him that called you in the favour of Christ, unto a different glad-message, —
7 ৭ তা অন্য কোনো সুসমাচার না; কেবল এমন কিছু লোক আছে, যারা তোমাদেরকে অস্থির করে এবং খ্রীষ্টের সুসমাচার বিকৃত করতে চায়।
Which is not, another, only there are, some, that are troubling you, and wishing to change the glad-message of the Christ.
8 ৮ কিন্তু আমরা তোমাদের কাছে যে সুসমাচার প্রচার করেছি, তা ছাড়া অন্য সুসমাচার যদি কেউ প্রচার করে আমরাই করি, কিংবা স্বর্গ থেকে আসা কোনো দূত করুক তবে সে শাপগ্রস্ত হোক।
But, even if, we, or, a messenger out of heaven, announce a glad-message [unto you] aside from that which we announced unto you, accursed, let him be!
9 ৯ আমরা আগে যেমন বলেছি এবং এখন আমি আবার বলছি, তোমরা যা গ্রহণ করেছ, তা ছাড়া অন্য কোনো সুসমাচার যদি কেউ তোমাদের কাছে প্রচার করে, তবে সে শাপগ্রস্ত হোক।
As we have said before, even now, again, I say: If anyone is announcing unto you a glad-message aside from that which ye accepted, accursed, let him be!
10 ১০ আমি এতে কার অনুমোদন চাইছি মানুষের না ঈশ্বরের? অথবা আমি কি মানুষকে সন্তুষ্ট করতে চেষ্টা করছি? যদি এখনও মানুষকে সন্তুষ্ট করতাম, তবে খ্রীষ্টের দাস হতাম না।
For am I, even now, persuading, men, or God? Or am I seeking to please, men? If I had been still pleasing, men, Christ’s servant, had I not been!
11 ১১ কারণ, হে ভাইয়েরা, আমার মাধ্যমে যে সুসমাচার প্রচারিত হয়েছে, তার বিষয়ে তোমাদেরকে জানাচ্ছি যে, তা মানুষের মতানুযায়ী না।
For I make known unto you, brethren, as to the glad-message which was announced by me, that it is not after man;
12 ১২ আমি মানুষের কাছে তা গ্রহণও করিনি এবং শিক্ষাও পাইনি; কিন্তু যীশু খ্রীষ্টের প্রকাশের মাধ্যমেই পেয়েছি।
For neither, from man, did I accept it, nor was taught [it], —but through a revealing of Jesus Christ.
13 ১৩ তোমরা তো যিহুদী ধর্মে আমার আগের আচার ব্যবহারের কথা শুনেছ; আমি ঈশ্বরের মণ্ডলীকে অতি তাড়না ও বিধ্বস্ত করতাম;
For ye have heard, as to my own manner of life, at one time, in Judaism, how that, exceedingly, was I persecuting the assembly of God, and laying it waste,
14 ১৪ আমি পরম্পরাগত পৈতৃক রীতিনীতি পালনে খুব উদ্যোগী হওয়াতে আমার স্বজাতীয় সমবয়স্ক অনেক লোক অপেক্ষা যিহুদী ধর্মে আগে আগে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছিলাম।
And was making advancement, in Judaism, above many contemporaries in my nation, being, surpassingly zealous, of my paternal instructions.
15 ১৫ কিন্তু ঈশ্বর, যিনি আমাকে আমার মায়ের গর্ভ থেকে পৃথক্ করেছেন এবং নিজের অনুগ্রহের মাধ্যমে আহ্বান করেছেন,
But, when God, who set me apart from my mother’s womb and called me through his favour, was well-pleased
16 ১৬ তিনি নিজের পুত্রকে আমাতে প্রকাশ করবার ইচ্ছা করলেন, যেন আমি অযিহুদিদের মধ্যে তাঁর বিষয়ে সুসমাচার প্রচার করি, তখন আমি একটুর জন্য রক্ত ও মাংসের সাথে পরামর্শ করলাম না।
to reveal his Son in me, that I might announce the glad-message regarding him among the nations, straightway, I conferred not with flesh and blood,
17 ১৭ এবং যিরূশালেমে আমার আগের প্রেরিতদের কাছে গেলাম না, কিন্তু আরব দেশে চলে গেলাম, পরে দম্মেশক শহরে ফিরে আসলাম।
Neither went I up unto Jerusalem unto them who, before me, were apostles, —but I went away into Arabia, and again returned unto Damascus.
18 ১৮ তারপর তিন বছর পরে আমি কৈফার সাথে পরিচিত হবার জন্যে যিরূশালেমে গেলাম এবং পনেরো দিন তাঁর কাছে থাকলাম।
Then, after three years, went I up unto Jerusalem, to become acquainted with Cephas, and tarried with him fifteen days;
But, other of the apostles, saw I none, save James the brother of the Lord: —
Now, as touching the things which I am writing to you, lo! before God, I am not guilty of falsehood: —
After that, I went into the regions of Syria and Cilicia,
And was still unknown, by face, unto the assemblies of Judaea which were in Christ, —
23 ২৩ তারা শুধু শুনতে পেয়েছিল, যে ব্যক্তি আগে আমাদেরকে তাড়না করত, সে এখন সেই বিশ্বাস বিষয়ক সুসমাচার প্রচার করছে, যে আগে বিনাশ করত;
Only they were hearing—He that was persecuting us formerly, now, is announcing the glad-message of the faith which he formerly laid waste;
And they were glorifying, God, in me.
