1 ১ আর পবিত্রদের জন্য চাঁদার বিষয়ে, আমি গালাতিয়া দেশস্থ সব মণ্ডলীকে যে আদেশ দিয়েছি, সেইভাবে তোমরাও কর।

Now concerning the collections which are made for the saints: just as I have arranged for the churches of Galatia, so should it also be done with you.

2 ২ সপ্তাহের প্রথম দিনের তোমরা প্রত্যেকে নিজেদের কাছে কিছু কিছু রেখে নিজের নিজের সঙ্গতি অনুসারে অর্থ সঞ্চয় কর; যেন আমি যখন আসব, তখনই চাঁদা না হয়।

On the first day of the week, the Sabbath, let each one of you take from himself, setting aside what will be well-pleasing to him, so that when I arrive, the collections will not have to be made then.

3 ৩ পরে আমি উপস্থিত হলে, তোমরা যাদেরকে যোগ্য মনে করবে, আমি তাদেরকে চিঠি দিয়ে তাদের মাধ্যমে তোমাদের সেই অনুগ্রহ যিরূশালেমে পাঠিয়ে দেব।

And when I am present, whomever you shall approve through letters, these I shall send to bear your gifts to Jerusalem.

4 ৪ আর আমারও যদি যাওয়া উপযুক্ত হয়, তবে তারা আমার সঙ্গে যাবে।

And if it is fitting for me to go too, they shall go with me.

5 ৫ মাকিদনিয়া প্রদেশ দিয়ে যাত্রা সমাপ্ত হলেই আমি তোমাদের ওখানে যাব, কারণ আমি মাকিদনিয়া প্রদেশ দিয়ে যেতে প্রস্তুত আছি।

Now I will visit you after I have passed through Macedonia. For I will pass through Macedonia.

6 ৬ আর হয়তো তোমাদের কাছে কিছুদিন থাকব, কি জানি, শীতকালও কাটাব; তাহলে আমি যেখানেই যাই, তোমরা আমাকে এগিয়ে দিয়ে আসতে পারবে।

And perhaps I will stay with you, and even spend the winter, so that you may lead me on my way, whenever I depart.

7 ৭ কারণ তোমাদের সাথে এবার অল্প দিনের র সাক্ষাৎ করতে চাই না; কারণ আমার প্রত্যাশা এই যে, যদি প্রভুর অনুমতি হয়, আমি তোমাদের কাছে কিছু দিন থাকব।

For I am not willing to see you now only in passing, since I hope that I may remain with you for some length of time, if the Lord permits.

8 ৮ কিন্তু পঞ্চাশত্তমী পর্যন্ত আমি ইফিষে আছি;

But I must remain at Ephesus, even until Pentecost.

9 ৯ কারণ আমার জন্য এক চওড়া দরজা খোলা রয়েছে এবং কার্য্যসাধক অনেক।

For a door, great and unavoidable, has opened to me, as well as many adversaries.

10 ১০ তীমথীয় যদি আসেন, তবে দেখো, যেন তিনি তোমাদের কাছে নির্ভয়ে থাকেন, কারণ যেমন আমি করি, তেমনি তিনি প্রভুর কাজ করছেন; অতএব কেউ তাঁকে হেয় জ্ঞান না করুক।

Now if Timothy arrives, see to it that he may be among you without fear. For he is doing the work of the Lord, just as I also do.

11 ১১ কিন্তু তাঁকে শান্তিতে এগিয়ে দেবে, যেন তিনি আমার কাছে আসতে পারেন, কারণ আমি অপেক্ষা করছি যে, তিনি ভাইদের সাথে আসবেন।

Therefore, let no one despise him. Instead, lead him on his way in peace, so that he may come to me. For I am awaiting him with the brothers.

12 ১২ আর ভাই আপল্লোর বিষয়ে বলছি; আমি তাঁকে অনেক বিনতি করেছিলাম, যেন তিনি ভাইদের সাথে তোমাদের কাছে যান; কিন্তু এখন যেতে কোনোভাবে তাঁর ইচ্ছা হল না; সুযোগ পেলেই যাবেন।

But concerning our brother, Apollo, I am letting you know that I pleaded with him greatly to go to you with the brothers, and clearly it was not his will to go at this time. But he will arrive when there is a space of time for him.

13 ১৩ তোমরা জেগে থাক, বিশ্বাসে দাঁড়িয়ে থাক, বীরত্ব দেখাও, বলবান হও।

Be vigilant. Stand with faith. Act manfully and be strengthened.

14 ১৪ তোমাদের সব কাজ প্রেমে হোক।

Let all that is yours be immersed in charity.

15 ১৫ আর হে ভাইয়েরা এবং বোনেরা, তোমাদেরকে নিবেদন করছি; তোমরা স্তিফানের আত্মীয়কে জান, তাঁরা আখায়া প্রদেশের অগ্রিমাংশ এবং পবিত্রদের সেবায় নিজেদেরকে নিযুক্ত করেছেন;

And I beg you, brothers: You know the house of Stephanus, and of Fortunatus, and of Achaicus, that they are the first-fruits of Achaia, and that they have dedicated themselves to the ministry of the saints.

16 ১৬ তোমরাও এই ধরনের লোকদের এবং যতজন কাজে সাহায্য করেন, ও পরিশ্রম করেন, সেই সকলে বশবর্ত্তী হন।

So you should be subject also to persons such as this, as well as to all who are cooperating and working with them.

17 ১৭ স্তিফানের, ফর্তুনাতের ও আখায়িকের আসার কারণে আমি আনন্দ করছি, কারণ তোমাদের ভুল তাঁরা পূর্ণ করেছেন;

Now I rejoice in the presence of Stephanus and Fortunatus and Achaicus, because what was lacking in you, they have supplied.

18 ১৮ কারণ তাঁরা আমার এবং তোমাদেরও আত্মাকে আপ্যায়িত করেছেন। অতএব তোমরা এই ধরনের লোকদেরকে চিনে মান্য কর।

For they have refreshed my spirit and yours. Therefore, recognize persons such as this.

19 ১৯ এশিয়ার মণ্ডলী সব তোমাদেরকে অভিবাদন জানাচ্ছে। আক্কিলা ও প্রিষ্কা এবং তাঁদের গৃহস্থিত মণ্ডলী তোমাদেরকে প্রভুতে অনেক অভিবাদন জানাচ্ছেন।

The churches of Asia greet you. Aquila and Priscilla greet you greatly in the Lord, with the church of their household, where I also am a guest.

20 ২০ ভাই এবং বোনেরা সবাই তোমাদেরকে অভিবাদন জানাচ্ছেন। তোমরা পবিত্র চুম্বনে একে অপরকে অভিবাদন কর।

All the brothers greet you. Greet one another with a holy kiss.

21 ২১ আমি পৌল নিজের হাতে লিখলাম।

This is a greeting from my own hand, Paul.

22 ২২ কোনো ব্যক্তি যদি প্রভুকে না ভালবাসে, তবে সে শাপগ্রস্ত হোক; মারাণ আথা [প্রভু আসছেন]

If anyone does not love our Lord Jesus Christ, let him be anathema! Maran Atha.

23 ২৩ প্রভু যীশু খ্রীষ্টের অনুগ্রহ তোমাদের সাথে থাকুক।

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.

24 ২৪ খ্রীষ্ট যীশুতে আমার ভালবাসা তোমাদের সবার সাথে থাকুক। আমেন।
