After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, where he himself would come.
Be faimu dunu da bagahamedafa.
Therefore said he to them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
3 Dilia masa. Be dawa: ma!
Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.
4 Muni salasu, esa, amola emo salasu, mae gagaguli masa. Dilia da dunu logoga ba: sea, gousa: musa: mae aligima.
Carry neither purse, nor sack, nor shoes: and greet no man by the way.
And into whatever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.
6 Olofosu dunu da amo moilai ganodini esalea, ema dia olofosu olelema. Be olofosu hame galea, dia olofosu hou bu samogema.
And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.
7 Amo diasu ganodini esaloma. Hawa: hamosu dunu da ea bidi defelewane lamu. Amaiba: le, dilia amo diasu dunu ilia aowasu hahawane lama. Moilai enoga masusa: , mae mugululi masa.
And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.
8 Moilai dunu ilia da dili hahawane ba: sea, ha: i manu diligili iabe, amo moma.
And into whatever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:
And heal the sick that are in it, and say to them, The kingdom of God is come near to you.
But into whatever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go out into the streets of the same, and say,
11 ‘Dilia moilai osobo gulu ninia emo gafega diala ninia doga: sa. Be dawa: ma! Gode Ea Hinadafa Hou da dilima gadenenewane doaga: i dagoi.’
Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: however be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come near to you.
But I say to you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
13 “Goula: isini fi dunu! Dilia da se baligiliwane nabimu! Bedesa: ida dunu fi amola! Dilia da se bagade nabimu! Daia amola Saidone amo dunu fi da Na gasa bagade musa: hame ba: i hou ba: loba, ilia da: i dioi amola Godema sinidigimu olelema: ne, eboboi abula idiniginisila: loba amola ilia dialuma da: iya nasubu ligisila: loba.
Woe to thee, Chorazin! woe to thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.
15 Gabena: iame fi! Dilia Hebene diasuga heda: musa: dawa: bela? Dilia da Helo sogega gudu sa: imu.” (Hadēs g86)
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shall be thrust down to hell.
He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.
And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject to us through thy name.
18 Be Yesu E amane sia: i, “Na da Sa: ida: ne ha: ha: na agoane, osoboga dalebe ba: i.
And he said to them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
Behold, I give to you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
However in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject to you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them to babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.
All things are delivered to me by my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.
And he turned himself to his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:
24 Na da dafawane dilima sia: sa! Balofede dunu bagohame amola osobo bagade hina bagade dunu, ilia da dilia waha ba: i liligi ba: mu hanai galu, be hame ba: i. Amola dilia waha nabi liligi ilia da nabimu hanai galu, be hame nabi.”
For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see the things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear the things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? (aiōnios g166)
26 Yesu E bu adole i, “Gode Sia: Dedei Buga ganodini adi sema dedebela: ? Di adi idibela: ?”
He said to him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
27 Sema olelesu dunu da bu adole i “Dia dogoga, dia a: silibuga, dia gasaga, amola dia asigi dawa: suga, Godema asigima.
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
And he said to him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.
29 Be sema olelesu dunu, hi hou da ida: iwane hidale olelema: ne, Yesuma amane adole ba: i, “Be na na: iyado da nowala: ?”
But he, wishing to justify himself, said to Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, who stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
31 Amalalu, gobele salasu dunu misini, sidi dialebe ba: beba: le, la: idi sisa: i.
And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
32 Fa: no, Lifai dunu amola misi.
And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
33 Be Samelia dunu da amo logoga ahoanoba, sidi dialoba amoga doaga: i.
But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
Amola muni na waha i ebelesea, na bu masea eno imunu.’”
And on the next day when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said to him, Take care of him; and whatever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour to him that fell among the thieves?
And he said, He that showed mercy on him. Then said Jesus to him, Go, and do thou likewise.
38 Yesu amola Ea ado ba: su dunu ilia da logoga asili, moilaiga doaga: i. Uda ea dio amo Mada ea diasua, Yesu aowai.
Now it came to pass, as they were going, he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.
39 Mada eya dio da Meli. E da Yesu Ea emo gadenenewane esalu, Ea olelebe nabalu.
And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word.
But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.
41 Be Yesu E da bu adole i, “Mada! Mada!
And Jesus answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, thou art worried and troubled about many things:
42 Be hou afadafa fawane di da gogolei galu. Amo hou ida: iwane, Meli da lai dagoi. Eno dunu da amo hou ema hame samogemu.”
But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
