1 Deməli, indi Məsih İsada olanlara heç bir məhkumluq yoxdur.

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.

2 Çünki həyat verən Ruhun qanunu səni günah və ölüm qanunundan Məsih İsa vasitəsilə azad etdi.

For the law of the Spirit of life has made thee free from the law of sin and of death.

3 Beləcə cismani təbiət üzündən gücsüz olan Qanunun edə bilmədiyini Allah etdi: Öz Oğlunu günahlı cismin bənzərində günah qurbanı olaraq göndərib günahı Onun cismi ilə məhkum etdi ki,

For there was an impotency of the law, in which it was weak through depravity, God having sent his own Son in the likeness of the sin of depravity and for sin, condemned sin in depravity:

4 Qanunun ədalətli tələbləri artıq cismani təbiətə görə yox, Ruha görə həyat sürən bizlərdə yerinə yetsin.

in order that the righteousness of the law may be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to depravity, but according to the spirit.

5 Cismani təbiətə görə yaşayanlar cismani şeylər barədə düşünür, Ruha görə yaşayanlar isə Ruhla bağlı şeylər barədə düşünür.

For those being in harmony with depravity, do mind the things of depravity, and those in harmony with the Spirit, the things of the Spirit:

6 Cismani təbiətə uyan fikirlər ölüm, Ruha uyan fikirlərsə həyat və sülh gətirir.

for the mind of depravity is death: and the mind of the Spirit is life and peace.

7 Çünki cismani təbiətə uyan fikirlər Allaha qarşı düşmənçilik edir; belə ki bunlar Allahın qanununa tabe deyil və ola da bilməz.

Therefore the mind of depravity is enmity toward God: for it is not subordinated to the law of God, for it is not able so to be.

8 Həmçinin cismani təbiətdə olanlar Allahı razı sala bilməz.

But those being in depravity are not able to please God.

9 Lakin Allahın Ruhu sizdə yaşayırsa, siz cismani təbiətdə deyil, Ruhdasınız. Kimdə Məsihin Ruhu yoxdursa, o adam Məsihə məxsus deyil.

But ye are not in depravity, but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any one has not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His.

10 Əgər Məsih sizdədirsə, bədəniniz günah səbəbindən ölü, ruhunuzsa salehlik səbəbindən diridir.

But if Christ is in you, the body is dead so far as sin is concerned; but the Spirit is life so far as righteousness is concerned.

11 Əgər İsanı ölülər arasından Dirildənin Ruhu sizdə yaşayırsa, Məsihi ölülər arasından Dirildən, sizdə yaşayan Ruhu ilə sizin də fani bədənlərinizə həyat verəcək.

But if the Spirit of Him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, the one having raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also create life in your mortal bodies through His Spirit, who dwells in you.

12 Beləliklə, ey qardaşlar, biz cismani təbiətimizə borclu deyilik ki, ona görə yaşayaq.

Then therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to depravity, to live according to depravity.

13 Çünki cismani təbiətə görə yaşayırsınızsa, öləcəksiniz, amma bədənin pis əməllərini Ruhun vasitəsilə öldürürsünüzsə, yaşayacaqsınız.

For if you live according to depravity, you are about to die: but if through the Spirit you kill the practices of the body, you shall live.

14 Allahın Ruhu ilə yönəldilənlərin hamısı Allahın oğullarıdır.

For so many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God.

15 Axı siz köləlik ruhunu almadınız ki, yenə də qorxu içində yaşayasınız; övladlıq Ruhunu aldınız. Elə o Ruhun vasitəsilə Allaha «Abba, Ata» deyə nida edirik.

For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again unto fear; but you received the Spirit of adoption, in which we cry; Father, Father.

16 Elə Ruh Özü bizim ruhumuzla birgə şəhadət edir ki, biz Allahın övladlarıyıq.

The Spirit Himself witnesses along with our spirit, that we are the children of God.

17 Əgər Onun övladlarıyıqsa, deməli, həm də varisləriyik. Əgər Məsihin izzətinə şərik olmaq üçün Onun çəkdiyi əzablara şərik oluruqsa, Allahın varisləri və Məsihin irs şəriki oluruq.

And if children, indeed heirs; truly heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ; if we suffer together, in order that we may also be glorified together.

18 Belə düşünürəm ki, çəkdiyimiz indiki əzablar bizə zahir olacaq izzətlə heç müqayisəyə gəlməz.

For I reckon that the sufferings of these present times are not worthy to be compared to the glory which is about to be revealed in us.

19 Yaradılış Allahın oğullarının zahir olmasını böyük həsrətlə gözləyir.

For the earnest expectation of the creature awaits the revelation of the sons of God.

20 Çünki yaradılış öz iradəsi ilə deyil, onu Təslim Edənin iradəsi ilə puçluğa təslim edildi. Amma ümidvardır ki,

For the creature has been subordinated to mortality, not willingly, but through Him who subordinated it;

21 yaradılış özü də çürüməyə əsir olmaqdan xilas olub, Allah övladlarının izzətli azadlığına qovuşacaq.

therefore indeed pursuant to hope, the creature itself shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the liberty of the glory of the children of God.

22 Çünki bilirik ki, bütün yaradılış indiyəcən birlikdə inildəyib doğuş ağrısı çəkir.

For we know that all creation groans together and travails together until now;

23 Ancaq təkcə yaradılış yox, Ruhun nübarını alan biz özümüz də övladlığa qəbul olunmağımızı, yəni bədənimizin satın alınmasını gözləyərək içimizdə inildəyirik.

and not only so, but we ourselves, having the earnest of the Spirit, and we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption of sons, the redemption of our body.

24 Çünki biz ümidlə xilas olduq. Amma gözə görünən ümid ümid deyil. Axı kim gördüyü şeyə ümid edər?

For we are saved by hope: but hope which is seen is not hope: for why does any one indeed hope for that which he sees?

25 Amma görmədiyimiz şeyə ümid edəndə onu səbirlə gözləyirik.

But if we hope for that which we do not see, we wait for it with patience.

26 Beləcə Ruh da bizə zəif olarkən kömək edir. Biz nə üçün və necə dua etmək lazım olduğunu bilmirik, lakin Ruh Özü dillə deyilməyən ahlarla vəsatətçilik edir.

And likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmity. For we know not what we should pray for as it behooves us: but the Spirit himself makes intercession with unutterable groanings:

27 Ürəkləri sınayan Allah da Ruhun nə düşündüyünü bilir, çünki Ruh Allahın iradəsinə görə müqəddəslər üçün vəsatətçilik edir.

but he that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because he makes intercession towards God in behalf of the saints.

28 Biz bilirik ki, hər şey birlikdə Allahı sevənlərin, Onun məqsədinə görə çağırılanların xeyrinə işləyir.

But we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are called according to his purpose.

29 Çünki Allah qabaqcadan tanıdığı adamları Öz Oğlunun surətinə uyğunlaşmaq üçün əvvəlcədən təyin etdi ki, O, çoxlu qardaş arasında ilk doğulan olsun;

Because whom he did foreknow, he did also predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brethren:

30 əvvəlcədən təyin etdiyi adamları da çağırdı; çağırdığı adamları da saleh saydı; saleh saydığı adamları da izzətləndirdi.

and whom He did foreknow, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them He also glorified.

31 Bəs bunlar barədə nə deyə bilərik? Əgər Allah bizimlədirsə, kim bizə qarşı dura bilər?

Then what shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

32 O Öz Oğlunu belə, əsirgəməyib Onu hamımızın uğrunda ölümə təslim etdisə, Onunla birgə bütün şeyləri də bizə lütf etməyəcəkmi?

Indeed he who spared not his own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not with him, freely give us all things?

33 Allahın seçdiyi adamları kim ittiham edə bilər? Onları saleh sayan Allahdır!

Who will lay anything to the charge of God's elect?

34 Məhkum edən kimdir? Ölmüş, üstəlik dirilmiş Məsih İsa həm Allahın sağındadır, həm də bizim üçün vəsatətçilik edir.

It is God who justifies: who is he that condemns? It is Christ who died, and rather who is risen, who is on the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding in our behalf.

35 Məsihin məhəbbətindən bizi kim ayıra bilər? Əziyyətmi, sıxıntımı, təqibmi, aclıqmı, çılpaqlıqmı, təhlükəmi, qılıncmı?

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36 Necə ki yazılıb: «Biz gün boyu Sənin uğrunda öldürülürük, Qurbanlıq qoyunlar sayılırıq».

As has been written, that We are killed all day for thy sake; we are counted as sheep of the slaughter.

37 Lakin bizi Sevənin vasitəsilə bütün bunlarda tam qələbə qazanırıq.

But in all these we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38 Çünki əminəm ki, nə ölüm, nə həyat, nə mələklər, nə başçılar, nə indiki, nə də gələcək şeylər, nə qüvvələr,

For I am persuaded that, neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come,

39 nə ucalıq, nə dərinlik, nə də başqa bir məxluq bizi Rəbbimiz Məsih İsada olan Allah məhəbbətindən ayırmağa qadir olmayacaq.

nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
