Yeşaya 2
1 Amots oğlu Yeşayanın Yəhuda və Yerusəlim barəsində gördükləri:
The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.
2 Axır zamanda Rəbbin evi olan dağ Dağların zirvəsində möhkəm duracaq, Təpələrdən yuxarı ucalacaq. Bütün millətlər ona sarı gələcək.
And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it.
3 Çox xalqlar gəlib deyəcək: «Gəlin Rəbbin dağına, Yaqubun Allahının evinə qalxaq, Qoy Rəbb bizə Öz yollarını öyrətsin, Biz Onun rizləri ilə gedək». Siondan Rəbbin təlimi, Yerusəlimdən Onun kəlamı yayılacaq.
And many people shall go and say, Come you, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
4 Millətlər arasında Rəbb hakim olacaq, Çox xalqlar haqqında qərar çıxaracaq. Onlar qılınclarından kotan, Nizələrindən isə dəryaz düzəldəcək. Millət millətə qarşı qılınc qaldırmayacaq, Artıq dava etməyi öyrənməyəcək.
And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
5 Ey Yaqub nəsli, gəlin Rəbbin nurunda gəzək.
O house of Jacob, come you, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.
6 Ya Rəbb, xalqını – Yaqub nəslini atdın, Çünki onlar Şərqdən gələn mövhumatlara uymuşdular, Filiştlilər kimi falçılıq edirlər, Əcnəbilərin adət-ənənələrinə əməl edirlər.
Therefore you have forsaken your people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers.
7 Ölkələri qızıl-gümüşlə dolu, Xəzinələrinin sonu yoxdur. Ölkələrində çoxlu atlar var, Döyüş arabaları külli miqdardadır.
Their land also is full of silver and gold, neither is there any end of their treasures; their land is also full of horses, neither is there any end of their chariots:
8 Ölkələri bütlərlə doludur, Əlləri ilə düzəltdikləri, Barmaqları ilə işlədikləri Bütlərin qarşısında səcdə qılırlar.
Their land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made:
9 Buna görə də hamı yerə səriləcək, Hər kəs diz üstə çökdürüləcək. Ya Rəbb, onları bağışlama!
And the mean man bows down, and the great man humbles himself: therefore forgive them not.
10 Rəbbin zəhmli üzündən, Ehtişamının əzəmətindən Qayalıqlara gedin, Yerin altında gizlənin.
Enter into the rock, and hide you in the dust, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty.
11 Adamların təkəbbürlü baxışları alçaldılacaq, İnsanların qüruru qırılacaq, O gün yalnız Rəbb yüksəldiləcək.
The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
12 Çünki o gün Ordular Rəbbi Bütün qürurluları, lovğaları, məğrurları alçaldacaq.
For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be on every one that is proud and lofty, and on every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:
13 Livanın bütün hündür və vüqarlı sidr ağaclarını məhv edəcək, Bütün Başan palıdlarını yox edəcək.
And on all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and on all the oaks of Bashan,
14 Bütün ulu dağları, hündür təpələri,
And on all the high mountains, and on all the hills that are lifted up,
15 Bütün yüksək qüllələri, Qala divarlarını yerlə yeksan edəcək,
And on every high tower, and on every fenced wall,
16 Bütün Tarşiş gəmilərini, Bütün gözəl gəmiləri yox edəcək.
And on all the ships of Tarshish, and on all pleasant pictures.
17 Adamların təkəbbürü qırılacaq, İnsanların qüruru alçaldılacaq, O gün yalnız Rəbb ucaldılacaq.
And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
18 Bütlər tamamilə aradan götürüləcək.
And the idols he shall utterly abolish.
19 Rəbb yeri sarsıtmağa qalxanda Onun zəhmli üzündən, ehtişamının əzəmətindən Hər bir insan qayalıqdakı mağaralara, Yerin altındakı xəndəklərə qaçıb girəcək.
And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he rises to shake terribly the earth.
20 O gün insanlar Səcdə etmək üçün düzəltdikləri Qızıl və gümüş bütlərini götürüb Köstəbək və yarasaların Qabağına atacaqlar ki,
In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;
21 Rəbb yeri sarsıtmağa qalxarkən Onun zəhmli üzündən, ehtişamının əzəmətindən Qaçmaq üçün qayalıqdakı çatlaqlara, Uçurumlardakı yarıqlara girsinlər.
To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he rises to shake terribly the earth.
22 Nəfəsi burunda olan insandan əl çəkin, Onun nə dəyəri var ki?
Cease you from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of?
