1 Rəbb Musaya dedi: «Fironun yanına get. Mən fironun və əyanlarının ürəyini ona görə inadkar etmişəm ki, onların arasında Öz əlamətlərimi göstərim.
Then said Yahweh unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, —for, I, have suffered his heart to be dull and the heart of his servants, that I may show these my signs, in their midst;
2 Sən isə Misirdə nə cür işlər etdiyimi və onlara göstərdiyim əlamətləri oğluna və nəvənə nəql edərsən. Onda biləcəksiniz ki, Rəbb Mənəm».
and that thou mayest recount in the ears of thy son and thy sons’ son, what I did in derision of the Egyptians, and my signs which I displayed among them, —so shall ye know that I, am Yahweh.
3 Musa və Harun yenə fironun yanına gəlib ona söylədilər: «İbranilərin Allahı Rəbb belə deyir: “Nə vaxta qədər qarşımda özünü aşağı tutmaqdan imtina edəcəksən? Xalqımı burax ki, Mənə ibadət etsin!
And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and said unto him—Thus, saith Yahweh, God of the Hebrews, How long hast thou refused to humble thyself before me? Let my people go that they may serve me.
4 Əgər sən Mənim xalqımı azad etməsən, Mən sabah ölkənə çəyirtkələr göndərəcəyəm.
But if, refusing, thou art to let my people go, behold me bringing in tomorrow a locust within thy bounds;
5 Çəyirtkələr yer üzünü elə örtəcək ki, torpağı görmək olmayacaq. Dolu yağandan sonra sizə qalan şeyləri də onlar yeyəcəklər; tarladakı ağaclarınızın verdiyi zoğları da yeyəcəklər.
and it shall cover the eye of the land, so that one shall not be able to see the land, —and it shall eat the residue that hath escaped, that is left you from the hail, and shall eat up all the trees that sprout for you out of the field;
6 Onlar sənin, əyanlarının və bütün Misirlilərin evlərini dolduracaqlar. Belə şeyi nə ataların, nə də babaların bu torpaqda məskən saldıqları gündən indiyə qədər görməmişdilər”». Musa dönüb fironun yanından çıxdı.
and they shall fill thy houses, and the houses of all thy servants and the houses of all the Egyptians, such as thy fathers and thy fathers’ fathers have never seen, from the day they came to be on the ground, until this day. And he turned away, and came out from the presence of Pharaoh.
7 Fironun əyanları ona dedilər: «Nə vaxta qədər bu adam bizə tələ quracaq? Bu adamları burax, qoy onlar özlərinin Allahı Rəbbə ibadət etsinlər. Məgər sən hələ bilmirsən ki, Misir məhv olur?»
Then said the servants of Pharaoh unto him, How long shall this [man] become to us a snare? Let the men go, that they may serve Yahweh their God. Not yet, knowest thou, that Egypt is, ruined?
8 Musanı və Harunu yenə fironun yanına çağırdılar. Firon onlara dedi: «Gedin, Allahınız Rəbbə ibadət edin. Ancaq deyin görək kimlər gedəcək?»
So Moses and Aaron were brought back unto pharaoh, and he said unto them—Go, serve Yahweh your God, —who, are they that are going?
9 Musa dedi: «Uşaq, qoca, oğul, qızlarımız, qoyun-keçi və mal-qaramızla birgə gedəcəyik, çünki Rəbbə bayram etməliyik».
And Moses said, With our young and with our old, will we go, —with our sons and with our daughters with our flocks and with our herds, will we go, —for, the festival of Yahweh, is ours.
10 Firon onlara dedi: «Əgər mən sizi arvad-uşağınızla birgə buraxsam, qoy Rəbb sizə kömək olsun! Yəqin sizin pis niyyətiniz var.
Then he said unto them: Let Yahweh, so, be with you, when I let go you and your little ones! Look out for, harm, is straight before your faces.
11 Belə olmaz! Siz kişilər gedin və Rəbbə ibadət edin. Məgər bunu istəmirsiniz?» Sonra firon onları öz hüzurundan qovdu.
Not so! Go, I pray you, ye grown men and serve Yahweh, for, that, is what, ye, were seeking. And they were driven out from the presence of Pharaoh.
12 Onda Rəbb Musaya dedi: «Əlini Misir torpağının üzərinə uzat. Qoy Misir torpağına çəyirtkələr hücum etsin və bütün ölkənin bitkilərini, dolu yağandan sonra qalan hər şeyi yesinlər».
Then said Yahweh unto Moses—Stretch forth thy hand over the land of Egypt for the locust, that it may come up over the land of Egypt, —and may eat up every herb of the land, all that the hail hath left.
13 Musa əsasını Misir torpağının üzərinə uzatdı. Rəbb ölkəyə bütün o günü və gecəni davam edən şərq küləyi göndərdi. Səhər açılanda şərq küləyi özü ilə çəyirtkələr gətirdi.
And Moses stretched forth his staff over the land of Egypt, and, Yahweh, caused an east wind to drive through the land, all that day, and all the night, —when the morning, had come, the east wind, had brought the locust.
14 Çəyirtkələr Misir ölkəsinə hücum edərək bütün Misir torpağına yayıldılar. Onlar o qədər çox idi ki, bu qədəri heç vaxt olmayıb və bundan sonra da olmayacaq.
And the locust came up over all the land of Egypt, and settled in all the bounds of Egypt, —very grievous, before it, had not been such a locust as that, neither after it, should be one like it.
15 Çəyirtkələr bütün yer üzünü elə bürüdü ki, torpaq görünmürdü. Onlar ölkənin bütün bitkilərini və dolu yağandan sonra qalan bütün meyvələrini yedilər; bütün Misir torpağında nə ağaclarda, nə də çöllüklərdə heç bir yaşıllıq qalmadı.
So it covered the eye of all the land and the land was darkened, and it did eat every herb of the land and all the fruit of the trees, which the hail had left remaining, —so that there was not left remaining any green sprout in the trees or in the herb of the field in all the land of Egypt.
16 Firon tələsik Musanı və Harunu çağırıb onlara dedi: «Allahınız Rəbbə və sizə qarşı günah etdim,
Then hastened Pharaoh, to call for Moses and for Aaron, —and said—I have sinned against Yahweh your God, and against you.
17 xahiş edirəm, təkcə bu dəfə günahımı bağışlayın və Allahınız Rəbbə yalvarın ki, bu ölümcül bəla məni tərk etsin».
Now, therefore, forgive I pray you my sin—only this time, and make entreaty to Yahweh your God, —that he may take away from me, at least, this death.
18 Musa fironun yanından çıxıb Rəbbə yalvardı.
So he came out from Pharaoh, —and made entreaty unto Yahweh;
19 Rəbb küləyi döndərib çox güclü qərb küləyi göndərdi və külək çəyirtkələri aparıb Qırmızı dənizə atdı və bütün Misir ölkəsində bir çəyirtkə belə, qalmadı.
and Yahweh turned back a west wind strong exceedingly, and carried away the locust and cast it into the Red Sea, —there was not left a single locust in all the bounds of Egypt.
20 Ancaq Rəbb fironun ürəyini inadkarlaşdırdı və o, İsrail övladlarını buraxmadı.
But Yahweh suffered the heart of Pharaoh to wax bold, —and he did not let the sons of Israel go.
21 Sonra Rəbb Musaya dedi: «Əlini göyə tərəf uzat ki, Misir torpağında zülmət, qatı qaranlıq olsun».
Then said Yahweh unto Moses: Stretch forth thy hand over the heavens, that there may be darkness, over the land of Egypt, —and that one may feel the darkness.
22 Musa əlini göyə tərəf uzatdı və Misir torpağında üç gün qatı zülmət oldu.
So Moses stretched forth his hand over the heavens, —and there was thick darkness in all the land of Egypt for three days;
23 Üç gün heç kəs bir-birini görmədi və heç kəs yerindən tərpənə bilmədi. Bütün İsrail övladlarının yaşadıqları yerlər isə işıqlıq idi.
they saw not one another neither rose any man from his couch for three days, —but all the sons of Israel, had light in their dwellings.
24 Firon Musanı çağırıb dedi: «Gedin, Rəbbə ibadət edin. Qoy uşaqlarınız da sizinlə getsin, ancaq qoyun-keçiniz və mal-qaranız burada qalsın».
Then Pharaoh called out unto Moses and said—Go serve Yahweh, only, your flocks and your herds, shall be left, —even your little ones shall go with you.
25 Musa isə dedi: «Sən bizə ünsiyyət qurbanları və yandırma qurbanları da verməlisən ki, Allahımız Rəbbə qurban gətirək.
And Moses said, Even thou thyself, shalt give into our hands sacrifices and ascending-offerings, —so shall we present offerings to Yahweh our God.
26 Heyvanlarımız da bizimlə getməlidir: bir dırnaqlı da qalmamalıdır, çünki Allahımız Rəbbə qurban gətirmək üçün onları götürməliyik. Ancaq biz oraya gedib çatmamış Rəbbə nəyi qurban gətirəcəyimizi bilmirik».
Moreover also, our own cattle, shall go with us—there shall not be left behind, a hoof, for thereof, must we take, to serve Yahweh our God, —even we ourselves, cannot know wherewith we must serve Yahweh, until we have come in thither.
27 Rəbb fironun ürəyini inadkar etdi və o, İsrail övladlarını buraxmaq istəmədi.
And Yahweh let the heart of Pharaoh wax bold, —and he was not willing to let them go.
28 Sonra firon Musaya dedi: «Rədd ol, özünü gözlə və bir də mənim gözümə görünmə. Yenə də gözümə görünsən, öləcəksən».
So Pharaoh said to him—Get thee from me, —take heed to thyself—do not any more! see my face, for in the day thou dost see my face, thou shalt die.
29 Musa dedi: «Düz deyirsən, bir daha gözünə görünmərəm».
And Moses said—Well hast thou spoken, —no more again to see thy face.
