1 Ey qardaşlar, mən Allah barəsində sirli həqiqəti elan etmək üçün sizə gələndə yüksək natiqlik və müdrikliklə gəlmədim.

And I, having come to you, brothers, came—not in superiority of discourse or wisdom—declaring to you the testimony of God,

2 Çünki mən aranızda olanda İsa Məsihdən, yəni çarmıxa çəkilmiş Şəxsdən başqa heç bir şey bilməməyi qərara aldım.

for I decided not to know anything among you, except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified;

3 Yanınıza zəiflik, qorxu və böyük lərzə içində gəldim.

and I, in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling, was with you;

4 Mənim sözüm də, vəzim də müdrikliyin inandırıcı sözlərindən deyil, Ruhun qüdrətini göstərməsindən asılı idi.

and my word and my preaching was not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power—

5 Belə ki imanınız insan müdrikliyinə yox, Allahın qüdrətinə əsaslansın.

that your faith may not be in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

6 Yetkin insanlar arasında isə biz müdrikliyi öyrədirik. Amma bu müdriklik nə indiki dövrün, nə də bu dövrün fani hökmdarlarının müdrikliyi deyil. (aiōn g165)

And wisdom we speak among the perfect, and wisdom not of this age, nor of the rulers of this age—of those becoming useless, (aiōn g165)

7 Biz Allahdan gələn sirli müdrikliyi öyrədirik. Allah bu müdrikliyi bizim izzətimiz üçün zaman başlamazdan əvvəl müəyyən etdi və gizli saxladı. (aiōn g165)

but we speak the hidden wisdom of God in a secret, that God foreordained before the ages to our glory, (aiōn g165)

8 Bu dövrün hökmdarlarından heç biri onu anlamadı. Çünki anlasaydılar, izzətli Rəbbi çarmıxa çəkməzdilər. (aiōn g165)

which no one of the rulers of this age knew, for if they had known, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory; (aiōn g165)

9 Amma necə ki yazılmışdı: «Allahın Onu sevənlər üçün hazırladıqlarını Nə göz görüb, nə qulaq eşidib, Nə də insan ürəyi dərk edib».

but according as it has been written: “What eye did not see, and ear did not hear, and on the heart of man did not come up, what God prepared for those loving Him”;

10 Bizə isə Allah bunları Öz Ruhu ilə açdı. Çünki Ruh hər bir şeyi, Allahın dərin düşüncələrini belə, araşdırır.

but God revealed [them] to us through His Spirit, for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God,

11 Axı insanın düşüncələrini insanın daxilində olan ruhdan savayı kim bilər? Eləcə də Allahın düşüncələrini Onun Ruhundan savayı heç kim bilməz.

for who of men has known the things of the man, except the spirit of the man that [is] in him? So also the things of God no one has known, except the Spirit of God.

12 Allahın bizə verdiyi ənamları dərk edə bilməyimiz üçün biz bu dünyanın ruhunu yox, Allahdan olan Ruhu qəbul etdik.

And we did not receive the spirit of the world, but the Spirit that [is] of God, that we may know the things conferred by God on us,

13 Bunları insani müdrikliyin öyrətdiyi deyil, Ruhun öyrətdiyi sözlərlə bildiririk. Ruhani anlayışları ruhani sözlərlə ifadə edirik.

which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Holy Spirit, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things,

14 Təbiətcə yaşayan adam Allahın Ruhuna aid olan şeyləri qəbul etmir, çünki bunları ağılsızlıq sayır. Bunları başa düşə bilmir, çünki bunlar ruhani nöqteyi-nəzərdən araşdırılır.

and the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to know [them], because they are discerned spiritually;

15 Ruhani adam isə hər şeyi araşdıra bilər. Fəqət onun daxilini heç kim araşdıra bilməz.

and he who is spiritual, indeed discerns all things, and he himself is discerned by no one;

16 Axı «Rəbbin ağlını kim dərk etdi? Ona kim məsləhətçi oldu?» Amma biz Məsihin ağlına malikik.

for who knew the mind of the LORD that he will instruct Him? And we have the mind of Christ.
