1 ১ হে ঈশ্বৰ, তুমি মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ; আন্তৰিকতাৰে মই তোমাক বিচাৰিম; পানী নথকা শুকান আৰু খৰাং দেশত, তোমালৈ হাবিয়াহ কৰোঁতে, মোৰ প্ৰাণ তৃষ্ণাতুৰ হৈছে, মোৰ শৰীৰ ক্ষীণাই গৈছে।

A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Idumea. O God, my God, I cry to thee early; my soul has thirsted for thee: how often has my flesh [longed] after thee, in a barren and trackless and dry land!

2 ২ এই দৰে মই তোমাৰ আশ্রয় স্থল, পৰাক্ৰম আৰু গৌৰৱ দেখিবলৈ, পবিত্ৰ স্থানত তোমাক চাইছিলোঁ।

Thus have I appeared before thee in the sanctuary, that I might see thy power and thy glory.

3 ৩ কিয়নো তোমাৰ প্ৰতিজ্ঞা আৰু বিশ্বস্ততা জীৱনতকৈয়ো উত্তম; মোৰ ওঁঠে তোমাৰ স্তুতি প্রশংসা কৰিব।

For thy mercy is better than life: my lips shall praise thee.

4 ৪ এইদৰে মই জীয়াই থাকোমানে তোমাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিম, তোমাৰ নামত মই মোৰ হাত প্রার্থনাৰ সময়ত ওপৰলৈ তুলি ধৰিম।

Thus will I bless thee during my life: I will lift up my hands in thy name.

5 ৫ লোকসকলে মগজু আৰু তেলীয়া মাংসত যেনেকৈ সন্তুষ্ট, তেনেকৈ মোৰ প্ৰাণ তৃপ্ত হ’ব; আৰু মোৰ মুখে আনন্দিত মনেৰে তোমাৰ প্ৰশংসা কৰিব।

Let my soul be filled as with marrow and fatness; and [my] joyful lips shall praise thy name.

6 ৬ মই মোৰ শয্যাত শুই তোমাৰ কথা ভাৱো; নিশা প্ৰহৰে প্ৰহৰে তোমাক ধ্যান কৰোঁ।

Forasmuch as I have remembered thee on my bed: in the early seasons I have meditated on thee.

7 ৭ কিয়নো তুমি মোৰ সহায়কর্তা; তোমাৰ ডেউকাৰ ছাঁত মই আনন্দ কৰিম।

For thou hast been my helper, and in the shelter of thy wings will I rejoice.

8 ৮ মোৰ প্ৰাণে তোমাক ধৰি ৰাখিছে; তোমাৰ সোঁ হাতে মোক ধৰি ৰাখিছে।

My soul has kept very close behind thee: thy right hand has upheld me.

9 ৯ যিবোৰে বিনাশৰ অৰ্থে মোৰ প্ৰাণ বিচাৰিছে, তেওঁলোক পৃথিবীৰ অধঃস্থানলৈ গতি কৰিব।

But they vainly sought after my soul; they shall go into the lowest parts o the earth.

10 ১০ তেওঁলোক তৰোৱালৰ ধাৰত সমৰ্পিত হ’ব; আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ অংশ শিয়ালৰ আহাৰ হ’ব।

They shall be delivered up to the power of the sword; they shall be portions for foxes.

11 ১১ কিন্তু ৰজাই ঈশ্বৰত আনন্দ কৰিব; তেওঁৰ নামেৰে শপত কৰা প্ৰতিজনে গৌৰৱ কৰিব, কিয়নো মিছলীয়াবোৰৰ মুখ বন্ধ হ’ব।

But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that swears by him shall be praised; for the mouth of them that speak unjust things has been stopped.
