1 ১ হে ঈশ্বৰ, মোৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনা শুনা, মোৰ নিবেদনৰ সময়ত নিজকে লুকুৱাই নাৰাখিবা।

TO THE OVERSEER. WITH STRINGED INSTRUMENTS. AN INSTRUCTION OF DAVID. Give ear, O God, [to] my prayer, And do not hide from my supplication.

2 ২ মোলৈ মনোযোগ কৰা, মোক উত্তৰ দিয়া;

Attend to me, and answer me, I mourn in my (meditation) and make a noise,

3 ৩ শত্ৰুৰ কথাৰ কাৰণে, দুষ্টৰ অত্যাচাৰৰ বাবে, তেওঁলোকে মোলৈ আকস্মিক দুর্দশা মাতি আনিছে, তেওঁলোকে ক্ৰোধেৰে মোক নির্যাতন চলাইছে।

Because of the voice of an enemy, Because of the oppression of the wicked, For they cause sorrow to move against me, And in anger they hate me.

4 ৪ মোৰ হৃদয়ত অত্যন্ত যন্ত্ৰণা পাইছে, মৃত্যুৰ আশঙ্কাই মোক বেৰি ধৰিছে।

My heart is pained within me, And terrors of death have fallen on me.

5 ৫ ভয় আৰু কঁপনিয়ে মোক আক্ৰমণ কৰিছে; আতঙ্কিত হৈ ভয়াভিভূত হৈছোঁ।

Fear and trembling come to me, And horror covers me.

6 ৬ মই কলোঁ, কপৌৰ দৰে মোৰ ডেউকা থকা হলে! তেতিয়া মই উড়ি গৈ বিশ্ৰাম ললোহেঁতেন,

And I say, “Who gives to me a pinion as a dove?” I fly away and rest,

7 ৭ চোৱা, সেয়ে হোৱা হলে, মই দূৰলৈ উৰি গলোহেঁতেন; গৈ অৰণ্যত বাস কৰিলোহেঁতেন। (চেলা)

Behold, I move far off, I lodge in a wilderness. (Selah)

8 ৮ প্ৰচণ্ড বতাহ আৰু ধুমুহাৰ পৰা, শীঘ্ৰে মই আশ্ৰয় স্থানলৈ গলোহেঁতেন।

I hurry escape for myself, From a rushing wind, from a whirlwind.

9 ৯ হে’ প্ৰভু, তেওঁলোকক ধ্বংস কৰা, তেওঁলোকৰ ভাষা বিশৃঙ্খল কৰা; মই হিংস্রতা, শত্রুতা নগৰৰ ভিতৰত দেখিছোঁ।

Swallow up, O Lord, divide their tongue, For I saw violence and strife in a city.

10 ১০ তেওঁলোকে দিনে-ৰাতিয়ে গড়ৰ ওপৰেদি নগৰ ভ্ৰমি ফুৰে; অপৰাধ আৰু দুষ্টতা তাৰ ভিতৰত আছে।

By day and by night they go around it, on its walls. Both iniquity and perverseness [are] in its midst,

11 ১১ ইয়াৰ ভিতৰত মন্দতা আছে; পথবোৰৰ পৰা উপদ্ৰৱ আৰু প্ৰতাৰণা নুগুচে।

Mischiefs [are] in its midst. Fraud and deceit do not depart from its street.

12 ১২ কোনো শত্ৰুৱে যে মোক নিন্দা কৰিছে, এনে নহয়; কৰা হলে, মই তাক সহিলোহেঁতেন; মোক ঘিণাওঁতাই যে মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে গৰ্ব্ব কৰিছে, এনে নহয়; কৰা হলে, মই তাৰ পৰা নিজকে লুকুৱালোহেঁতেন।

For an enemy does not reproach me, or I bear [it], He who is hating me Has not magnified himself against me, Or I hide from him.

13 ১৩ কিন্তু যি তুমি, এজন আমাৰ দৰেই মানুহ; মোৰ সঙ্গী মোৰ প্ৰণয়ৰ বন্ধু, তুমিয়েই তাক কৰিছা।

But you, a man—as my equal, My familiar friend, and my acquaintance.

14 ১৪ আমি একে-লগে মধুৰ সহযোগিতা কৰিছিলোঁ; লোক সকলৰ সৈতে আমি ঈশ্বৰৰ গৃহলৈ গৈছিলোঁ।

When together we sweeten counsel, We walk into the house of God in company.

15 ১৫ মৃত্যুৱে তেওঁলোকক অকস্মাৎ আক্ৰমণ কৰক, জীয়াই জীয়াই চিয়োললৈ নামি যাওঁক; কিয়নো তেওঁলোকৰ বাসস্থান আৰু মনত দুষ্টতা আছে। (Sheol h7585)

Desolations [are] on them, They go down [to] Sheol—alive, For wickedness [is] in their dwelling, in their midst. (Sheol h7585)

16 ১৬ মই হলে ঈশ্বৰৰ আগত প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিম; তাতে যিহোৱাই মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিব।

I call to God, and YHWH saves me.

17 ১৭ গধূলি, ৰাতিপুৱা আৰু দুপৰীয়া সময়তো মই অভিযোগ কৰি ক্রন্দন কৰিম; তাতে তেওঁ মোৰ মাত শুনিব।

Evening, and morning, and noon, I meditate, and make a noise, and He hears my voice,

18 ১৮ কিয়নো মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ অনেক আছিল; মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে হোৱা যুদ্ধৰ পৰা তেওঁ মোৰ প্ৰাণ নিৰাপদে ৰাখিলে।

He has ransomed my soul in peace From him who is near to me, For with the multitude they were with me.

19 ১৯ ঈশ্বৰ, যি জন অৱশেষ অনাদি কালৰে পৰা আছে; তেওঁ শুনিব আৰু তেওঁলোকক উত্তৰ দিব। (চেলা) যি মানুহৰ পৰিবৰ্ত্তন নাই; তেওঁলোকে ঈশ্বৰক ভয় নকৰে।

God hears and afflicts them, And He sits of old. (Selah) Because they have no changes, and do not fear God,

20 ২০ মোৰ বন্ধুৱে নিজৰে সৈতে শান্তিৰে থকাসকলৰ বিৰুদ্ধে হাত উঠালে; তেওঁ নিজে কৰা নিয়মটি উলঙ্ঘন কৰিলে।

He has sent forth his hands against his well-wishers, He has defiled his covenant.

21 ২১ তেওঁৰ মুখ মাখনৰ নিচিনা কোমল, কিন্তু তেওঁৰ অন্তৰ বিদ্রোহী; তেওঁৰ কথাবোৰ তেলৰ দৰে তেলেতীয়া, সেইবোৰ খাপৰ পৰা ওলোৱা তৰোৱালৰ নিচিনা।

His mouth has been sweeter than honey, And his heart [is] war! His words have been softer than oil, And they [are] drawn [swords].

22 ২২ যিহোৱাত তোমাৰ সকলো চিন্তাৰ ভাৰ সমৰ্পণ কৰা, তেওঁ তোমাক প্ৰতিপালন কৰিব; তেওঁ ধাৰ্মিক লোকক কেতিয়াও পৰিবলৈ নিদিয়ে।

Cast on YHWH that which He has given you, And He sustains you, He does not permit the moving of the righteous forever.

23 ২৩ কিন্তু, হে ঈশ্বৰ, তুমিয়েই তেওঁলোকক বিনাশৰ গাতলৈ নমাই আনিবা; ৰক্তপাত কৰা আৰু ছলনাকাৰী মানুহবোৰে আধা বয়সো নাপাব; কিন্তু মই হ’লে, তোমাৰ ওপৰত ভাৰসা কৰিম।

And You, O God, bring them down To a pit of destruction, Men of blood and deceit do not reach to half their days, And I trust in You!
