সামসঙ্গীত 40
For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David. I waited patiently for the LORD. He turned to me, and heard my cry.
2 ২ তেওঁ মোক বিনাশৰ গাতৰ পৰা তুলি আনিলে, পঙ্কিল জলাশয়ৰ পৰা তুলিলে। শিলৰ ওপৰত মোৰ ভৰি ৰাখিলে আৰু মোৰ গতি স্থিৰ কৰিলে।
He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay. He set my feet on a rock, and gave me a firm place to stand.
3 ৩ তেওঁ মোৰ মুখত এটি নতুন গীত দিলে, আমাৰ ঈশ্বৰৰ উদ্দেশ্যে প্রশংসাৰ গীত দিলে; অনেক লোকে তাকে দেখি ভয় খাব আৰু তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাত ভাৰসা কৰিব।
He has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God. Many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.
4 ৪ ধন্য সেই লোক, যি লোকে যিহোৱাৰ ওপৰত ভাৰসা কৰে; যিজনে অহংকাৰীবোৰৰ ফালে নুঘূৰে, নাইবা মিছা দেৱতাবোৰৰ পাছত চলি অপথে যোৱাসকলৰ দিশে নুঘূৰে।
Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, and does not respect the proud, nor such as turn away to lies.
5 ৫ হে মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, তুমি তোমাৰ অনেক আচৰিত কার্য কৰিছা, আমাক লৈ তোমাৰ পৰিকল্পনা অনেক, তোমাৰ লগত কাকো তুলনা কৰিব নোৱাৰি, মই যদি সেইবোৰ ঘোষণা আৰু বৰ্ণনা কৰোঁ, গণনা কৰিব নোৱাৰাকৈ অলেখ হ’ব।
Many, LORD, my God, are the wonderful works which you have done, and your thoughts which are toward us. They cannot be declared back to you. If I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be counted.
6 ৬ তুমি বলিদান আৰু নৈবেদ্যত সন্তোষ নোপোৱা; তুমি মোক শুনিবলৈ শ্ৰৱণ শক্তি দিলা; হোম-বলি আৰু পাপাৰ্থক বলি তুমি বিচাৰা নাই।
Sacrifice and offering you did not desire. You have opened my ears. You have not required burnt offering and sin offering.
Then I said, “Behold, I have come. It is written about me in the book in the scroll.
I delight to do your will, my God. Yes, your law is within my heart.”
9 ৯ মই মহা-সমাজত তোমাৰ মুক্তিৰ শুভবাৰ্ত্তা প্ৰচাৰ কৰোঁ; হে যিহোৱা, চোৱা, তুমিয়েই জানা মই যে ওঁঠ বন্ধ কৰি ৰখা নাই।
I have proclaimed glad news of righteousness in the great assembly. Behold, I will not seal my lips, LORD, you know.
10 ১০ তোমাৰ উদ্ধাৰৰ সহায়ৰ কথা মই মোৰ হৃদয়ত লুকুৱাই ৰখা নাই; তোমাৰ বিশ্বস্ততা আৰু পৰিত্ৰাণৰ কথা মই প্ৰচাৰ কৰিলোঁ; তোমাৰ দয়া আৰু সত্যতা মই মহাসমাজৰ পৰা গুপুতে ৰখা নাই।
I have not hidden your righteousness within my heart. I have declared your faithfulness and your salvation. I have not concealed your loving kindness and your truth from the great assembly.
11 ১১ হে যিহোৱা, তুমি মোৰ পৰা তোমাৰ দয়া ধৰি নাৰাখিবা; তোমাৰ প্রেম আৰু বিশ্বস্ততাই মোক সদায় ৰক্ষা কৰক।
Do not withhold your tender mercies from me, LORD. Let your loving kindness and your truth continually preserve me.
12 ১২ কিয়নো অসংখ্য বিপদে মোক বেৰি ধৰিছে; মোৰ অপৰাধবোৰে মোক খেদি অতর্কিতে ধৰিছে; মই অপৰাধবোৰ দেখা নোপোৱা হ’লো; সেইবোৰ মোৰ মূৰৰ চুলিতকৈয়ো অধিক হ’ল; মোৰ সাহস নোহোৱা হৈছে।
For innumerable evils have surrounded me. My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up. They are more than the hairs of my head. My heart has failed me.
Be pleased, LORD, to deliver me. Hurry to help me, LORD.
14 ১৪ যিসকলে মোৰ প্ৰাণ বিনাশ কৰিবলৈ বিচাৰে, তেওঁলোক লজ্জিত আৰু অপমানিত হওঁক; যিসকলে মোৰ সর্বনাশ কামনা কৰে, তেওঁলোকে অপমান পাই ঘূৰি যাওঁক।
Let them be disappointed and confounded together who seek after my soul to destroy it. Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt.
Let them be desolate by reason of their shame that tell me, “Aha! Aha!”
16 ১৬ কিন্তু তোমাক বিচৰাসকলে তোমাতেই আনন্দিত আৰু উল্লাসিত হওঁক; তোমাৰ পৰিত্ৰাণ ভালপোৱাসকলে সকলো সময়তে কওঁক, “যিহোৱা মহান।”
Let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you. Let such as love your salvation say continually, “Let the LORD be exalted!”
17 ১৭ কিন্তু মই হলে দুখী আৰু দৰিদ্ৰ; তথাপি মোৰ বাবে যিহোৱাই চিন্তা কৰে, হে মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ, তুমি পলম নকৰিবা; তুমিয়েইতো মোৰ সহায়, আৰু উদ্ধাৰকর্তা।
But I am poor and needy. May the Lord think about me. You are my help and my deliverer. Do not delay, my God.
