সামসঙ্গীত 36

1 ১ পাপে দুষ্টলোকৰ হৃদয়ৰ গভীৰতাত থাকি কথা কয়; দুষ্টলোকৰ চকুৰ আগত ঈশ্বৰৰ প্রতি ভয় নাই।

For the end, by David the servant of the Lord. The transgressor, that he may sin, says within himself, [that] there is no fear of God before his eyes.

2 ২ তেওঁলোকে নিজৰ দৃষ্টিত নিজকে প্রশংসা কৰি কয় যে, তেওঁলোকৰ পাপ ঈশ্বৰে নধৰিব আৰু ঘৃণাৰ চকুৰেও নাচাব।

For he has dealt craftily before him, to discover his iniquity and hate it.

3 ৩ তেওঁলোকৰ মুখৰ কথা দুষ্ট আৰু ছলনাপূর্ণ; তেওঁলোকে সুবিবেচনা আৰু সদাচৰণ এৰিলে।

The words of his mouth are transgression and deceit: he is not inclined to understand [how] to do good.

4 ৪ তেওঁলোকে নিজৰ শয্যাত দুষ্টতাৰ পৰিকল্পনা কৰে; অন্যায় পথত চলিবলৈ স্থিৰ কৰে আৰু দুষ্ট কার্যক ঘিণ নকৰে।

He devises iniquity on his bed; he gives himself to every evil way; and does not abhor evil.

5 ৫ হে যিহোৱা, তোমাৰ দয়া আকাশমণ্ডল পর্যন্ত, আৰু তোমাৰ বিশ্বস্ততা মেঘলৈকে।

O Lord, your mercy is in the heaven; and your truth [reaches] to the clouds.

6 ৬ তোমাৰ ধাৰ্মিকতা পৰাক্রমী পৰ্ব্বতসমূহৰ নিচিনা; তোমাৰ শাসন প্ৰণালীবোৰ যেন গভীৰ মহাসাগৰৰ নিচিনা। হে যিহোৱা, তুমি মনুষ্য আৰু পশু সকলোকে ৰক্ষা কৰোঁতা।

Your righteousness is as the mountains of God, your judgements are as a great deep: O Lord, you will preserve men and beasts.

7 ৭ হে ঈশ্বৰ, তোমাৰ গভীৰ প্রেম কেনে বহুমূল্য! সকলো মনুষ্যই যেন তোমাৰ ডেউকাৰ ছাঁয়াত আশ্রয় লয়।

How have you multiplied your mercy, O God! so the children of men shall trust in the shelter of your wings.

8 ৮ তেওঁলোকে যেন তোমাৰ গৃহৰ প্রচুৰ আহাৰ খাই তৃপ্ত হয়; তুমি তোমাৰ আনন্দ-নদীৰ পানী তেওঁলোকক পিবলৈ দিয়া।

They shall be fully satisfied with the fatness of your house; and you shall cause them to drink of the full stream of your delights.

9 ৯ কিয়নো তোমাৰ লগত জীৱনৰ ভুমুক আছে; তোমাৰ দীপ্তিতে আমি পোহৰ দেখো।

For with you is the fountain of life: in your light we shall see light.

10 ১০ যি সকলে তোমাক জানে, তেওঁলোকৰ প্রতি যেন তোমাৰ প্রেম সদায় থাকে, যি সকলৰ হৃদয় সৎ তেওঁলোকে যেন তোমাৰ পৰিত্রাণ পায়।

Extend your mercy to them that know you; and your righteousness to the upright in heart.

11 ১১ মোক অহঙ্কাৰীবোৰৰ ভৰিৰ তলত নেপেলাবা; দুষ্ট সকলৰ হাতে যেন মোক দূৰলৈ খেদি পঠাব নোৱাৰে।

Let not the foot of pride come against me, and let not the hand of sinners move me.

12 ১২ যি সকলে দুষ্ট কার্য কৰি ফুৰে, চোৱা তেওঁলোক পতিত হ’ল; উঠিব নোৱাৰাকৈ তেওঁলোকক পেলোৱা হ’ল।

There have all the workers of iniquity fallen: they are cast out, and shall not be able to stand.
