1 ১ হে যিহোৱা চোৱা, মোৰ শত্রুৰ সংখ্যা কিমান বাঢ়িছে! মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে অনেকেই উঠিছে!

Adonai, how my adversaries have increased! Many are those who rise up against me.

2 ২ অনেকে মোক কৈছে, “ঈশ্বৰে তোমাক সহায় নকৰে।” (চেলা)

Many there are who say of my soul, “There is no yishu'ah ·salvation· for him in God.” (Selah) ·contemplation with musical interlude·

3 ৩ কিন্তু, হে যিহোৱা, তুমিয়েই মোৰ চাৰিওফালে ঢাল হৈ আছা; তুমিয়েই মোৰ গৌৰৱ; তুমি মোৰ মূৰ উর্দ্ধত ৰাখিছা।

But you, Adonai, are a shield around me, my kavod ·weighty glory·, and the one who lifts up my head.

4 ৪ মই চিঞঁৰি চিঞঁৰি যিহোৱাক মাতো; তাতে তেওঁ মোক তেওঁৰ পবিত্ৰ পৰ্ব্বতৰ পৰা উত্তৰ দিয়ে। (চেলা)

I cry to Adonai with my voice, and he answers me out of his holy hill. (Selah) ·contemplation with musical interlude·

5 ৫ মই শুই পৰিলো আৰু টোপনি গলোঁ; পুনৰ সাৰ পালোঁ; কিয়নো যিহোৱাই মোক ৰক্ষা কৰে।

I laid myself down and slept. I awakened; for Adonai sustains me.

6 ৬ মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে মোৰ চাৰিওফালে হাজাৰ হাজাৰ লোক সজ্জিত হৈ আছে, কিন্তু মই তেওঁলোকলৈ ভয় নকৰোঁ।

I will not be afraid of tens of thousands of people who have set themselves against me on every side.

7 ৭ হে যিহোৱা উঠি আহাঁ! হে মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ, মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰা; তুমি মোৰ শত্রুবোৰৰ গালত আঘাত কৰা; দুষ্টবোৰৰ দাঁত ভাঁঙি পেলোৱা।

Arise, Adonai! Save me, my God! For you have struck all of my enemies on the cheek bone. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.

8 ৮ পৰিত্ৰাণ যিহোৱাতে আছে; তোমাৰ লোকসকলৰ ওপৰত তোমাৰ আশীৰ্ব্বাদ নামি আহঁক। (চেলা)
