আদিপুস্তক 13

1 ১ তেতিয়া অব্ৰামে তেওঁৰ ভাৰ্যা আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ সকলো বয়-বস্তুৰে সৈতে মিচৰ দেশ এৰি নেগেভলৈ গ’ল; সেই সময়ত লোটও তেওঁলোকৰ লগত আছিল।

And he went up Abram from Egypt he and wife his and all that [belonged] to him and Lot with him the Negev towards.

2 ২ এই সময়ত অব্ৰাম অতিশয় ধনী আছিল। তেওঁৰ অনেক পশু, সোণ আৰু ৰূপ আছিল।

And Abram [was] wealthy very in livestock in silver and in gold.

3 ৩ পাছত তেওঁ নেগেভৰ পৰা যাত্রা কৰি কৰি বৈৎএল পর্যন্ত গ’ল। এই বৈৎএল আৰু অয় নগৰৰ মধ্যৱর্তী স্থানতে পূৰ্বতে তেওঁৰ তম্বু আছিল।

And he went to journeyings his from [the] Negev and to Beth-el to the place where it had been there (tent his *Qk) at the beginning between Beth-el and between Ai.

4 ৪ এই ঠাইতে তেওঁ আগেয়ে নির্ম্মাণ কৰা যজ্ঞবেদীটো আছিল আৰু তাত তেওঁ যিহোৱাৰ নামেৰে প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিছিল।

To [the] place of the altar which he had made there at the former [time] and he called there Abram on [the] name of Yahweh.

5 ৫ অব্ৰামৰ যাত্রাত একেলগে থকা যি লোট, তেওঁৰ নিজৰো বহুত মেৰ-ছাগ, পশুৰ জাক, আৰু তম্বু আছিল।

And also to Lot who was traveling with Abram it be[longed] sheep and cattle and tents.

6 ৬ অব্রাম আৰু লোট উভয়ৰ কাৰণে একেলগে কাষত থাকি বাস কৰিবলৈ সেই ঠাই যথেষ্ট নাছিল, কাৰণ তেওঁলোকৰ সা-সম্পদ বহুত বেছি আছিল।

And not it supported them the land to dwell together for it was possession[s] their much and not they were able to dwell together.

7 ৭ তাৰ উপৰি অব্ৰাম আৰু লোটৰ পশু-ৰখীয়াৰ মাজতো বিবাদ আৰম্ভ হৈছিল। সেই সময়ত কনানীয়া আৰু পৰিজ্জীয়াসকলো সেই দেশত বাস কৰিছিল।

And it was quarreling between [the] herdsmen of [the] livestock of Abram and between [the] herdsmen of [the] livestock of Lot and the Canaanite[s] and the Perizzite[s] then [was] dwelling in the land.

8 ৮ তেতিয়া অব্ৰামে লোটক ক’লে, “চোৱা, আমি আত্মীয় হওঁ আৰু সেয়ে, মোৰে তোমাৰে মাজত, মোৰ পশু-ৰখীয়া আৰু তোমাৰ পশু-ৰখীয়াৰ মাজত বিবাদ হোৱাটো উচিত নহব;

And he said Abram to Lot may not please there be strife between me and between you and between herdsmen my and between herdsmen your for [are] men brothers we.

9 ৯ গোটেই দেশখনেই জানো তোমাৰ আগত নাই? সেয়ে তুমি মোৰ পৰা বেলেগ হোৱা উচিত; তুমি বাওঁহাতে গ’লে, মই সোঁহাতে যাম; নাইবা তুমি সোঁহাতে গ’লে মই বাওঁহাতে যাম।”

¿ Not [is] all the land before you separate please from with me if the left so let me go right and if the right and I will go left.

10 ১০ তেতিয়া লোটে চাৰিওফালে চাই দেখিলে যে যৰ্দ্দন নদীৰ পাৰৰ গোটেই সমতল ভূমিত চোৱৰলৈকে প্রচুৰ পানী আছে; সেই ঠাইখিনি যিহোৱাৰ বাগিছাৰ নিচিনা আৰু মিচৰ দেশৰ নিচিনা; যিহোৱাই চদোম আৰু ঘমোৰা নগৰ ধ্বংস কৰাৰ পূৰ্বতে এই সমতল ভূমি তেনেকুৱা আছিল।

And he lifted up Lot eyes his and he saw all [the] valley of the Jordan that all of it [was] well-watered before - destroyed Yahweh Sodom and Gomorrah like [the] garden of Yahweh like [the] land of Egypt going you Zoar.

11 ১১ তেতিয়া লোটে যৰ্দ্দন নদীৰ গোটেই সমভূমিলৈ নিজৰ কাৰণে বাচি লৈ পূব ফাললৈ যাত্ৰা কৰিলে; এইদৰে তেওঁলোক এজন আন জনৰ কাষৰ পৰা বেলেগ হৈ গ’ল।

And he chose for himself Lot all [the] valley of the Jordan and he set out Lot from [the] east and they separated each from with brother his.

12 ১২ অব্ৰামে কনান দেশত আৰু লোটে সেই সমভূমিৰ নগৰবোৰত বাস কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে। লোটে চদোমৰ ওচৰত তম্বু তৰিলে।

Abram he dwelt in [the] land of Canaan and Lot he dwelt in [the] cities of the valley and he moved tent to Sodom.

13 ১৩ চদোমত বাস কৰা অধিবাসীসকল অতিশয় দুষ্ট আছিল আৰু যিহোৱাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে তেওঁলোকে ভীষণ পাপ কৰিছিল।

And [the] people of Sodom [were] wicked and sinful to Yahweh exceedingly.

14 ১৪ অব্ৰামৰ পৰা লোট বেলেগ হৈ যোৱাৰ পাছত যিহোৱাই অব্ৰামক ক’লে, “তুমি যি ঠাইত থিয় হৈ আছা, তাৰ পৰা উত্তৰ-দক্ষিণ আৰু পূব-পশ্চিমলৈ এবাৰ চোৱা;

And Yahweh he said to Abram after separated Lot from with him lift up please eyes your and look from the place where you [are] there north-ward and south-ward and east-ward and west-ward.

15 ১৫ যি সকলো ঠাই তুমি দেখিছা, তাক মই তোমাক আৰু তোমাৰ বংশক চিৰকালৰ কাৰণে দিম।

For all the land which you [are] seeing to you I will give it and to offspring your until perpetuity.

16 ১৬ মই তোমাৰ বংশৰ লোকসকলক পৃথিবীৰ ধূলিৰ নিচিনা অসংখ্য কৰিম; কোনোৱে যদি পৃথিবীৰ ধূলি গণিব পাৰে, তেন্তে তোমাৰ বংশকো গণিব পাৰিব।

And I will make offspring your like [the] dust of the earth which - if he will be able anyone to count [the] dust of the earth also offspring your it will numbered.

17 ১৭ উঠা, এই ভূমিৰ দীঘে পথালিয়ে ঘূৰি ফুৰা; কিয়নো মই তোমাক এই দেশখনকে দিম।”

Arise walk about in the land to length its and to breadth its for to you I will give it.

18 ১৮ তেতিয়া অব্ৰামে তেওঁৰ তম্বু তুলি ল’লে আৰু হিব্ৰোণ এলেকালৈ আহি মম্ৰিৰ ওক গছবোৰৰ ওচৰত নিবাস কৰিলে। সেই ঠাইত তেওঁ যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশে এটা যজ্ঞ-বেদী নিৰ্ম্মাণ কৰিলে।

And he moved tent Abram and he went and he dwelt at [the] great trees of Mamre which [are] at Hebron and he built there an altar to Yahweh.
