গালাতীয়া 5

1 ১ খ্ৰীষ্টে আমাক স্বাধীন কৰিছে যাতে আমি স্বাধীন ভাবে থাকিব পাৰোঁ; এতেকে সুস্থিৰ হওক, পুনৰ দাসত্বৰ ফান্দত নপৰিব।

It is for freedom that Christ set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not again be held under the yoke of slavery.

2 ২ চাওক, মই পৌলে আপোনালোকক কৈ আছোঁ, যদি আপোনালোকে চুন্নৎ কৰা যোগেদি পুনৰ বিধিবোৰলৈ ঘুৰি যায়, তেনেহলে খ্ৰীষ্টত আপোনালোকৰ একো লাভ নহ’ব।

Understand that I, Paul, myself tell you that if you allow yourselves to be circumcised, Christ will avail you nothing.

3 ৩ পুনৰ মই সকলো মানুহক সাক্ষ্য দি কওঁ যে, আপোনালোকে যদি চুন্নৎ হবলৈ বিচাৰি আছে, তেতিয়াহলে প্ৰতিজনে বিধান পালন কৰিব লাগিব।

I again declare to every one who receives circumcision, that he binds himself to obey the whole Law.

4 ৪ পূৰ্বতে অাপোনালোক খ্ৰীষ্টৰ পৰা বিচ্ছিন্ন হৈ আছিল, আপোনালোক সকলোৱে বিধানৰ দ্বাৰাই বিচাৰত গ্ৰহণীয় হোৱাটো বিচাৰিছিল; এইদৰে আপোনালোক অনুগ্ৰহৰ পৰা খহি পৰিছিল৷

You have severed yourselves from Christ — you who are seeking to be pronounced righteous through Law; you have fallen away from love.

5 ৫ কিয়নো আমি আত্মাৰ যোগেদি বিশ্বাসৰ দ্বাৰাই ধাৰ্মিকতাৰ আশা লৈ বাট চাই আছোঁ।

For we, by the help of the Spirit, are eagerly waiting for the fulfilment of our hope — that we may be pronounced righteous as the result of faith.

6 ৬ কিয়নো খ্ৰীষ্ট যীচুত চুন্নৎ আৰু অচুন্নতৰ একো সাৰ্থকতা নাই, কিন্তু ইয়াৰ পৰিৱৰ্তে প্ৰেমৰ যোগেদি একমাত্ৰ বিশ্বাসে কাৰ্য সাধন কৰে।

If a man is in union with Christ Jesus, neither is circumcision nor the omission of it anything, but faith, working through love, is everything.

7 ৭ আপোনালোকে ভালদৰে দৌৰিছিল; পাছত কোনে আপোনালোকক সত্যক নামানিবলৈ বাধা জন্মালে?

You were once making good progress! Who has hindered you from obeying the Truth?

8 ৮ যি জনে আপোনালোকক প্ৰৰোচনা কৰিছে, সেই জন আপোনালোকক আহ্বান কৰা জনৰ পৰা অহা নহয়।

The persuasion brought to bear on you does not come from him who calls you.

9 ৯ অলপ খমিৰে সনা পিঠাগুড়িৰ আটাইখিনিকে ফুলায়।

A little leaven leavens all the dough.

10 ১০ আপোনালোকে যে আন কোনো বিষয় নাভাবে, এই বিষয়ে প্ৰভুত আমাৰ সম্পূৰ্ণ বিশ্বাস আছে; কিন্তু যি জনে আপোনালোকক অস্থিৰ কৰে, সেই জনে নিজ দণ্ড ভোগ কৰিব, তেওঁ যি কোনোৱে নহওক।

I, through my union with the Lord, am persuaded that you will learn to think with me. But the man who is disturbing your minds will have to bear his punishment, whoever he may be.

11 ১১ হে ভাই সকল, মই যদি চুন্নৎ হোৱা বিধান ৰাজহুৱা ভাবে প্রচাৰ কৰোঁ, তেনেহলে মই কিয় এতিয়াও নির্যাতন ভোগ কৰি আছোঁ? কিন্তু চুন্নতৰ প্ৰয়োজন সমন্ধে যদি এতিয়াও কওঁ তেতিয়া হ’লে, ক্ৰুচৰ বিঘিনি লুপ্ত হ’লহেঁতেন।

If I, Brothers, am still proclaiming circumcision, why am I still persecuted? It seems that the Cross has ceased to be an obstacle!

12 ১২ যি সকলে আপোনালোকক ভুল ধাৰণা দি আছে, তেওঁলোকে নিজে আগুৱাই যাওঁক আৰু নিজে নিজৰ অণ্ডকোষো ছেদন কৰক।

I could even wish that the people who are unsettling you would go further still and mutilate themselves.

13 ১৩ হে ভাই সকল, আপোনালোক স্বাধীনতাৰ বাবেহে আমন্ত্ৰিত হ’ল৷ আপোনালোকৰ এই স্বাধীনতা কেৱল মাংসৰ অভিলাষ পুৰ কৰিবৰ কাৰণে নহওক; কিন্তু প্ৰেমৰ যোগেদি এজনে আন জনৰ সেৱাকৰ্ম কৰক।

Remember, Brothers, to you the Call came to give you freedom. Only do not make your freedom an opportunity for self-indulgence, but serve one another in a loving spirit.

14 ১৪ কিয়নো সকলো বিধান সিদ্ধ হৈ এটা আজ্ঞাতে স্থিৰ আছে, সেইটো হ’ল, ‘তোমাৰ চুবুৰীয়াক নিজৰ নিচিনাকৈ প্ৰেম কৰা৷’

Indeed, the whole Law has been summed up in this one precept — ‘Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thou dost thyself.’

15 ১৫ কিন্তু আপোনালোকে যদি পৰস্পৰৰ মাজত খোৱা-কামোৰা কৰি থাকে, তেনেহলে সাৱধান হ’ব, যাতে আপোনালোকে এইদৰে ইজনে সিজনৰ অনিষ্ট সাধন নকৰে৷

But, if you are continually wounding and preying upon one another, take care that you are not destroyed by one another.

16 ১৬ কিন্তু মই কওঁ, আপোনালোকে আত্মাৰে চলক; তাতে কোনোমতে আপোনালোকে মাংসৰ অভিলাষ পুৰ নকৰিব।

This is what I have to say — Let your steps be guided by the Spirit, and then you will never gratify the cravings of your earthly nature.

17 ১৭ কিয়নো মাংসই আত্মাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে আৰু আত্মাই মাংসৰ বিৰুদ্ধে অভিলাষ কৰে; কাৰণ আপোনালোকে যি কৰিবলৈ ইচ্ছা কৰে, তাক যেন আপোনালোকে নকৰে, তাৰ কাৰণে এই দুয়ো পৰস্পৰ বিৰুদ্ধা-বিৰুদ্ধী।

For these cravings of our earthly nature conflict with the Spirit, and the Spirit with our earthly nature — they are two contrary principles — so that you cannot do what you wish.

18 ১৮ কিন্তু আপোনালোকে যদি আত্মাৰ দ্বাৰাই চালিত হয়, তেনেহলে আপোনালোক বিধানৰ অধীন নহয়।

But, if you follow the guidance of the Spirit, you are not subject to Law.

19 ১৯ এতিয়া মাংসৰ কাৰ্যবোৰ দৃশ্যমান৷ সেয়ে ব্যভিচাৰ, অশুচি কাৰ্য, লম্পট আচৰণ,

The sins of our earthly nature are unmistakable. They are sins like these — unchastity, impurity, indecency,

20 ২০ মূৰ্তিপূজা, মায়াকৰ্ম্ম, নানা বিধ শত্ৰুতা, বিবাদ, ঈৰ্ষা, খং-ৰাগ, বিৰোধ বিভেদ, নানামত অসূয়া, মত্ততা,

idolatry, sorcery, quarrels, strife, jealousy, outbursts of passion, rivalries, dissensions, divisions,

21 ২১ হিংসুক, মতলীয়া, মতলীয়া হৈ হাই-কাজিয়া কৰা, আৰু এইবোৰৰ নিচিনা আন আন অপৰাধ কৰ্ম; এই সকলো বিষয়ৰ ওপৰত মই যেনেকৈ পূৰ্বতে আপোনালোকক সাৱধান কৰি কৈছিলোঁ, তেনেকৈ এতিয়াও কৈছোঁ, যি সকলে এনে আচৰণ কৰে, তেওঁলোকে ঈশ্বৰৰ ৰাজ্যত অধিকাৰ নাপাব।

feelings of envy, drunkenness, revelry, and the like. And I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who indulge in such things will have no place in the Kingdom of God.

22 ২২ কিন্তু আত্মাৰ ফল হ’ল, প্ৰেম, আনন্দ, শান্তি, চিৰসহিষ্ণুতা, দয়া, মঙ্গলভাৱ, বিশ্বাস,

But the fruit produced by the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindliness, generosity, trustfulness, gentleness, self-control.

23 ২৩ মৃদুভাব, ইন্দ্ৰিয়-দমন৷ এইবোৰৰ বিৰুদ্ধে কোনো বিধান নাই।

Against such things there is no law!

24 ২৪ আৰু যি সকল খ্ৰীষ্ট যীচুৰ, তেওঁলোকে মাংসিক অভিলাষেৰে সৈতে কু-ভাৱনা আৰু আসক্তিক ক্রুচত দিলে৷

And those who belong to Jesus, the Christ, have already crucified their earthly nature, with its passions and its cravings.

25 ২৫ আমি যদি আত্মাৰে জীয়াই থাকো, তেনেহলে আত্মাৰে চলোহঁক।

Since our Life is due to the Spirit, let us rule our conduct also by the Spirit.

26 ২৬ সেয়েহে আমি ইজনে সিজনৰ খং তুলি আৰু ইজনে সিজনক হিংসা কৰি, অনৰ্থক অহংকাৰ নকৰোঁহক।

Do not let us grow vain, and provoke or envy one another.
