ՄԱՏԹԷՈՍ 27
1 Երբ առաւօտ եղաւ, բոլոր քահանայապետները եւ ժողովրդի ծերերը խորհուրդ արեցին Յիսուսի դէմ՝ նրան սպանելու համար:
Now early in the morning (Nissan 14), all the chief priests and the elders of the people took counsel against Yeshua [Salvation] to put him to death:
2 Նրան կապեցին, առան գնացին եւ յանձնեցին պոնտացի Պիղատոս կուսակալի ձեռքը:
and they bound him, and led him away, and delivered him up to Pontius Pilate [Armed with javelin], the governor.
3 Այն ժամանակ Յուդան, որ Յիսուսին մատնել էր, տեսնելով, որ Յիսուս դատապարտուեց, զղջաց, արծաթ դրամները վերադարձրեց քահանայապետներին եւ ժողովրդի ծերերին ու ասաց.
Then Judas [Praised], who betrayed him, when he saw that Yeshua [Salvation] was condemned, felt remorse, and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
4 «Մեղանչեցի, որովհետեւ արդար արիւն մատնեցի»: Իսկ նրանք ասացին. «Մեր հոգը չէ, դո՛ւ գիտես»:
saying, “I have sinned in that I betrayed innocent blood.” But they said, “What is that to us? You see to it.”
5 Եւ արծաթ դրամները նետեց տաճարի մէջ եւ հեռացաւ ու գնաց ինքն իրեն կախեց:
He threw down the pieces of silver in the sanctuary, and departed. He went away and hanged himself.
6 Իսկ քահանայապետները արծաթ դրամները վերցնելով՝ ասացին. «Օրինաւոր չէ դրանք ընդունել տաճարի գանձանակի մէջ, քանի որ արեան գին են»:
The chief priests took the pieces of silver, and said, “It’s not lawful to put them into the treasury, since it is the price of blood.”
7 Եւ խորհուրդ անելով՝ դրանով գնեցին բրուտի ագարակը՝ որպէս գերեզման օտարների համար:
They took counsel, and bought the potter’s field with them, to bury strangers in.
8 Այդ պատճառով այդ ագարակը կոչուել է Արեան ագարակ՝ մինչեւ այսօր:
Therefore that field was called “The Field of Blood” to this day.
9 Այն ժամանակ կատարուեց, ինչ ասուել էր Երեմիա մարգարէի բերանով. «Եւ առան երեսուն կտոր արծաթը՝ վաճառուածի գինը, որ նշանակուել էր իսրայէլացիներից,
Then that which was spoken through Jeremiah [Yah lifts up] the prophet was fulfilled, saying, “They took the thirty pieces of silver, which was the price the people of Israel [God prevails] had agreed to pay him,
10 եւ այն տուեցին բրուտի ագարակի համար, ինչպէս Տէրը ինձ հրամայել էր»:
and used them to buy the potter’s field just as MarYah [Master Yahweh] commanded me.”
11 Եւ Յիսուս կանգնեց կուսակալի առաջ. կուսակալը հարցրեց նրան ու ասաց. «Դո՞ւ ես հրեաների թագաւորը»: Եւ Յիսուս ասաց. «Դու ես ասում»:
Now Yeshua [Salvation] stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, “Are you the King of the Jews [Praisers]?” Yeshua [Salvation] said to him, “So you say.”
12 Իսկ երբ նա ամբաստանւում էր քահանայապետների ու ծերերի կողմից, ոչինչ չպատասխանեց:
When he was accused by the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.
13 Այն ժամանակ Պիղատոսը նրան ասաց. «Չե՞ս լսում, ինչքան դրանք քո դէմ են վկայում»:
Then Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to him, “Don’t you hear how many things they testify against you?”
14 Եւ նրան չպատասխանեց եւ ոչ մի բան, այնպէս որ կուսակալը շատ զարմացաւ:
He gave him no answer, not even one word, so that the governor marveled greatly.
15 Սակայն կուսակալը սովորութիւն ունէր տօնի առիթով ժողովրդի համար արձակել մի բանտարկեալ, ում նրանք կամենային:
Now at the feast the governor was accustomed to release to the multitude one prisoner, whom they desired.
16 Այն ժամանակ ունէին մի նշանաւոր բանտարկեալ, որի անունը Յեսու Բարաբբա էր:
They had then a notable prisoner, called Bar-Abba [Son Father].
17 Երբ հաւաքուեցին, Պիղատոսը նրանց ասաց. «Այս երկուսից որի՞ն էք ուզում, որ ձեզ համար արձակեմ. Յեսու Բարաբբայի՞ն, թէ՞ Յիսուսին՝ Քրիստոս կոչուածին».
When therefore they were gathered together, Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to them, “Whom do you want me to release to you? Bar-Abba [Son Father], or Yeshua [Salvation], who is called Messiah [Anointed one]?”
18 քանի որ Պիղատոսը գիտէր, որ նախանձից մատնել էին նրան:
For he knew that because of envy they had delivered him up.
19 Եւ մինչ նա ատեան էր նստում, իր կինը նրան լուր ուղարկեց ու ասաց. «Քո եւ այդ արդարի միջեւ ոչինչ չկայ, որովհետեւ այսօր երազումս նրա պատճառով գլխովս շատ բաներ անցան»:
While he was sitting on the judgment seat, his wife sent to him, saying, “Have nothing to do with that upright man, for I have suffered many things today in a dream because of him.”
20 Իսկ քահանայապետներն ու ծերերը համոզեցին ժողովրդին, որ Բարաբբային ուզեն եւ Յիսուսին կորստեան մատնեն:
Now the chief priests and the elders persuaded the multitudes to ask for Bar-Abba [Son Father], and destroy Yeshua [Salvation].
21 Կուսակալը պատասխան տուեց ու ասաց նրանց. «Այս երկուսից որի՞ն էք ուզում, որ ձեզ համար արձակեմ»:
But the governor answered them, “Which of the two do you want me to release to you?” They said, “Bar-Abba [Son Father]!”
22 Եւ նրանք ասացին՝ Բարաբբային: Պիղատոսը նրանց ասաց. «Իսկ ի՞նչ անեմ Յիսուսին՝ Քրիստոս կոչուածին»:
Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to them, “What then shall I do to Yeshua [Salvation], who is called Messiah [Anointed one]?” They all said to him, “Put him to death on the stake!”
23 Ամէնքը ասացին՝ թող խաչուի: Եւ նա ասաց. «Ի՞նչ չար բան արեց»: Եւ նրանք առաւել եւս աղաղակում էին ու ասում՝ թող խաչուի:
But the governor said, “Why? What evil has he done?” But they cried out exceedingly, saying, “Death on the stake!”
24 Եւ Պիղատոսը տեսնելով, թէ ոչինչ չի օգնում, այլ է՛լ աւելի խռովութիւն է լինում, ջուր վերցնելով՝ լուաց ձեռքերը ժողովրդի առաջ ու ասաց. «Այդ արդարի արիւնից ես անմասն եմ. դո՛ւք գիտէք»:
So when Pilate [Armed with javelin] saw that nothing was being gained, but rather that a disturbance was starting, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, “I am innocent of the blood of this upright person. You see to it.”
25 Ամբողջ ժողովուրդը պատասխանեց ու ասաց. «Դրա արիւնը՝ մեր վրայ եւ մեր որդիների վրայ»:
All the people answered, “May his blood be on us, and on our children!”
26 Այն ժամանակ Պիղատոսը նրանց համար արձակեց Բարաբբային եւ Յիսուսին գանակոծել տալով՝ տուեց նրանց ձեռքը, որ խաչուի:
Then he released to them Bar-Abba [Son Father], but Yeshua [Salvation] he flogged and delivered to be nailed to the execution-stake.
27 Այն ժամանակ կուսակալի զինուորները Յիսուսին վերցրին տարան ապարանք եւ ամբողջ գունդը նրա գլխին հաւաքեցին:
Then the governor’s soldiers took Yeshua [Salvation] into the Praetorium, and gathered the whole garrison together against him.
28 Մերկացրին նրան եւ նրա վրայ կարմիր վերնազգեստ գցեցին:
They stripped him, and put a scarlet robe on him.
29 Եւ փշերից պսակ պատրաստելով՝ դրեցին նրա գլխին եւ մի եղէգ՝ նրա աջ ձեռքին. նրա առաջ ծնկի գալով՝ ծաղրում էին ու ասում. «Ողջո՜յն, հրեաների՛ թագաւոր»:
They braided a crown of thorns and put it on his head, and a reed in his right hand; and they knelt down before him, and mocked him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews [Praisers]!”
30 Եւ թքելով նրա վրայ՝ եղէգն առնում էին ու խփում նրա գլխին:
They spat on him, and took the reed and struck him on the head.
31 Եւ երբ նրան ծաղրուծանակի ենթարկեցին, նրա վրայից հանեցին քղամիդը ու նրան հագցրին իր զգեստը. եւ տարան նրան խաչը հանելու:
When they had mocked him, they took the robe off of him, and put his clothes on him, and led him away to crucify him.
32 Եւ դուրս ելնելով՝ գտան կիւրենացի մի մարդ՝ Սիմոն անունով, ու նրան ստիպեցին, որ նա խաչը կրի:
As they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simeon [Hearing] by name, and they compelled him to go with them, that he might carry his execution-stake.
33 Եւ հասնելով Գողգոթա կոչուած տեղը, որ նշանակում է կառափնատեղի,
When they came to a place called “Golgotha,” that means, “The place of a skull,”
34 Յիսուսին լեղի խառնած գինի տուեցին խմելու, եւ երբ համտեսեց, չկամեցաւ խմել:
they gave him sour wine to drink mixed with gall. When he had tasted it, he would not drink.
35 Եւ նրան խաչը հանելով՝ բաժանեցին նրա զգեստները՝ վիճակ գցելով, որպէսզի կատարուի այն խօսքը, որ ասուեց մարգարէի կողմից. «Իմ զգեստները բաժանեցին իրենց մէջ եւ իմ պատմուճանի վրայ վիճակ էին գցում»:
When they had nailed him to the stake, they divided his clothing among them, casting lots,
36 Ու նստած՝ նրան պահպանում էին:
and they sat and watched him there.
37 Եւ նրա գլխի վերեւը դրեցին նրա յանցապարտութեան գիրը, թէ՝ սա՛ է Յիսուսը՝ հրեաների թագաւորը:
They set up over his head the accusation against him written, “This Is Yeshua [Salvation], The King of The Jews [Praisers].”
38 Միեւնոյն ժամանակ նրա հետ խաչը հանեցին երկու աւազակներ՝ մէկը նրա աջից, եւ միւսը՝ ձախից:
Then there were two robbers placed on execution-stakes with him, one on his right hand and one on the left.
39 Եւ մօտով անցնողները հայհոյում էին նրան, շարժում էին գլուխներն ու ասում.
Those who passed by blasphemed him, shaking their heads,
40 «Վա՛հ, դու որ քանդում էիր տաճարը եւ երեք օրից այն շինում, փրկի՛ր քեզ. եթէ Աստծու Որդի ես, իջի՛ր այդ խաչից»:
and saying, “You who destroy the temple, and build it in three days, save yourself! If you are the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·, come down from the execution-stake!”
41 Նոյնպէս եւ քահանայապետները, օրէնսգէտներով ու ծերերով հանդերձ, ծաղրում էին նրան ու ասում.
Likewise the chief priests also mocking, with the Torah-Teachers, the Pharisees [Separated], and the elders, said,
42 «Ուրիշներին փրկեց, ինքն իրեն չի կարողանում փրկել. եթէ Իսրայէլի թագաւոր է, հիմա թող այդ խաչից իջնի. եւ դրան կը հաւատանք:
“He saved others, but he can’t save himself. If he is the Melek Isra'el [King of God prevails], let him come down from the execution-stake now, and we will believe in him.
43 Եթէ դա յոյսը դրել էր Աստծու վրայ, թող նա այժմ դրան փրկի, եթէ ուզում է դրան. քանի որ ասաց, թէ՝ Աստծու Որդի եմ»:
He trusts in God. Let God deliver him now, if he wants him; for he said, ‘I am the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·.’”
44 Նրա հետ խաչուած աւազակներն էլ էին նոյն ձեւով նախատում նրան:
The robbers also who were placed on execution-stakes with him cast on him the same reproach.
45 Եւ կէսօրին ամբողջ երկրի վրայ խաւար եղաւ մինչեւ ժամը երեքը:
Now from noon until three o'clock there was darkness over all the land.
46 Ժամը երեքի մօտ Յիսուս բարձր ձայնով գոչեց ու ասաց. «Էլի՜, Էլի՜, լա՞մա սաբաքթանի», այսինքն՝ Աստուա՜ծ իմ, Աստուա՜ծ իմ, ինչո՞ւ թողեցիր ինձ:
About three o'clock in the afternoon, Yeshua [Salvation] cried with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lima sabachthani?” That is, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”
47 Այնտեղ կանգնածներից ոմանք, երբ լսեցին, ասացին. «Դա Եղիային է կանչում»:
Some of them who stood there, when they heard it, said, “This man is calling Elijah [My God Yah].”
48 Եւ նրանցից մէկը իսկոյն վազեց, քացախով թաթախուած սպունգ վերցրեց եւ մի եղէգի վրայ անցկացնելով՝ տուեց նրան, որ խմի:
Immediately one of them ran, and took a sponge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave it to him to drink.
49 Իսկ ուրիշներ ասում էին. «Թո՛ղ, տեսնենք, թէ Եղիան կը գա՞յ, որ դրան փրկի»:
The rest said, “Let him be. Let’s see whether Elijah [My God Yah] comes to save him.”
50 Եւ Յիսուս դարձեալ բարձր ձայնով աղաղակեց եւ հոգին աւանդեց:
Yeshua [Salvation] cried again with a loud voice, and yielded up his spirit.
51 Եւ ահա տաճարի վարագոյրը վերեւից մինչեւ ներքեւ երկուսի պատռուեց, եւ երկիրը շարժուեց, եւ ժայռեր ճեղքուեցին,
Behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from the top to the bottom. The earth quaked and the rocks were split.
52 եւ գերեզմանները բացուեցին, եւ ննջեցեալ սրբերի բազում մարմիններ յարութիւն առան
The tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised;
53 ու նրա յարութիւնից յետոյ գերեզմաններից ելնելով մտան սուրբ քաղաքը եւ շատերին երեւացին:
and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection, they entered into the holy city and appeared to many.
54 Իսկ հարիւրապետը եւ նրանք, որ իր հետ Յիսուսին պահպանում էին, երբ տեսան երկրաշարժը եւ պատահածները, սաստիկ վախեցան ու ասացին. «Արդարեւ, Աստծու Որդի էր սա»:
Now the centurion, and those who were with him watching Yeshua [Salvation], when they saw the earthquake, and the things that were done, feared exceedingly, saying, “Truly this was the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·.”
55 Այնտեղ շատ կանայք կային, որոնք կանգնած հեռուից նայում էին եւ որոնք Գալիլիայից եկել էին Յիսուսի յետեւից՝ նրան ծառայելու համար.
Many women were there watching from afar, who had followed Yeshua [Salvation] from Galilee [District, Circuit], serving him.
56 նրանց մէջ էին Մարիամ Մագդաղենացին, Յակոբի եւ Յովսէի մայր Մարիամը եւ Զեբեդէոսի որդիների մայրը:
Among them were Mary of Magdala [Rebellion of City tower], Mary [Rebellion] the mother of James [Surplanter] and Joses, and the mother of the sons of Zebedee [Bestowed by Yah].
57 Երբ երեկոյ եղաւ, եկաւ Յովսէփ անունով արիմաթիացի մի մեծահարուստ մարդ, որ Յիսուսին աշակերտել էր:
When evening had come, a rich man from Arimathaea, named Joseph [May he add], who himself was also Yeshua [Salvation]'s disciple came.
58 Սա Պիղատոսի մօտ գնալով՝ Յիսուսի մարմինը խնդրեց: Այն ժամանակ Պիղատոսը հրամայեց, որ մարմինը տրուի:
This man went to Pilate [Armed with javelin], and asked for Yeshua [Salvation]’s body (Nissan 14). Then Pilate [Armed with javelin] commanded the body to be given up.
59 Եւ Յովսէփը, մարմինն առնելով, պատեց մաքուր կտաւով
Joseph [May he add] took the body, and wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,
60 եւ դրեց նոր գերեզմանի մէջ, որ փորել էր տուել ժայռի մէջ: Եւ մի մեծ քար, որպէս կափարիչ, գերեզմանի դռան առաջ գլորեց ու գնաց:
and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had cut out in the rock, and he rolled a great stone to the door of the tomb, and departed.
61 Այնտեղ էր Մարիամ Մագդաղենացին եւ միւս Մարիամը. նրանք նստած էին գերեզմանի դիմաց:
Mary of Magdala [Rebellion of City tower] was there, and the other Mary [Rebellion], sitting opposite the tomb.
62 Եւ հետեւեալ օրը, որ ուրբաթի յաջորդ օրն է, քահանայապետներն ու փարիսեցիները հաւաքուեցին Պիղատոսի մօտ ու ասացին.
Now on the next day, which was the day after the Preparation Day (Nissan 15), the chief priests and the Pharisees [Separated] were gathered together to Pilate [Armed with javelin],
63 «Տէ՛ր, յիշեցինք, թէ այն մոլորեցնողը, քանի կենդանի էր, ասում էր, թէ՝ երեք օրից յարութիւն պիտի առնեմ:
saying, “Sir, we remember what that deceiver said while he was still alive: ‘After three days I will rise again.’
64 Արդ, հրամայի՛ր, որ մինչեւ երեք օր գերեզմանի ապահովութեանը հոգ տարուի. գուցէ աշակերտները գիշերով գան եւ գողանան նրան ու ժողովրդին ասեն, թէ՝ մեռելներից յարութիւն առաւ. եւ վերջին մոլորութիւնը աւելի վատ լինի, քան առաջինը»:
Command therefore that the tomb be made secure until the third day, lest perhaps his disciples come at night and steal him away, and tell the people, ‘He is risen from the dead;’ and the last deception will be worse than the first.”
65 Պիղատոսը նրանց ասաց. «Զինուորներ ունէք. գնացէ՛ք ապահովութեանը հոգ տարէք, ինչպէս որ գիտէք»:
Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to them, “You have a guard. Go, make it as secure as you can.”
66 Եւ նրանք գնացին գերեզմանի ապահովութեանը հոգ տանելու եւ վէմը կնքեցին՝ զինուորներ նշանակելով:
So they went with the guard and made the tomb secure, sealing the stone.
