ՄԱՏԹԷՈՍ 22
1 Յիսուս դարձեալ պատասխանեց եւ առակներով ասաց նրանց.
And Iesus answered and spake vnto them agayne in similitudes sayinge.
2 «Երկընքի արքայութիւնը նմանուեց մի թագաւորի, որ իր որդու համար հարսանիք արեց:
The kingdome of heve is lyke vnto a certayne kynge which maryed his sonne
3 Եւ ուղարկեց իր ծառաներին՝ հրաւիրուածներին հարսանիքի կանչելու. ու նրանք չուզեցին գալ:
and sent forth his servantes to call them that were byd to the weddinge and they wolde not come.
4 Դարձեալ ուրիշ ծառաներ ուղարկեց՝ ասելով. «Հրաւիրուածներին ասացէ՛ք՝ ահա իմ ճաշկերոյթը պատրաստեցի. իմ զուարակները եւ իմ պարարտ անասունները մորթուած են, ու ամէն ինչ պատրաստ է, եկէ՛ք հարսանիքի»:
Ageyne he sent forth other servauntes sayinge: Tell them which are bydden: beholde I have prepared my dynner myne oxen and my fatlinges are kylled and all thinges are redy come vnto the mariage.
5 Սակայն նրանք, բանի տեղ չդնելով, գնացին՝ մէկն իր ագարակը, մէկն իր առեւտրին.
But they made light of it and went their wayes: one to his ferme place another about his marchaundise
6 ուրիշներ էլ բռնեցին նրա ծառաներին, անպատուեցին ու սպանեցին:
the remnaunt toke his seruantes and intreated them vngodly and slewe them.
7 Իսկ թագաւորը երբ լսեց, բարկացաւ եւ իր զօրքն ուղարկեց ու բնաջնջեց սպանողներին եւ այրեց նրանց քաղաքը:
When the kinge hearde that he was wroth and send forth his warryers and distroyed those murtherers and brent vp their cyte.
8 Ապա իր ծառաներին ասաց. «Հարսանիքը պատրաստ է, բայց հրաւիրուածները արժանի չէին:
Then sayde he to his servauutes: the weddinge was prepared. But they which were bydden were not worthy.
9 Արդ, գնացէ՛ք հրապարակները եւ ում որ գտնէք, կանչեցէ՛ք հարսանիքի»:
Go ye therfore out into ye hyewayes and as many as ye finde byd them to the mariage.
10 Եւ ծառաները ճանապարհների վրայ ելնելով՝ հաւաքեցին բոլոր նրանց, ում գտան՝ ե՛ւ չարերին, ե՛ւ բարիներին. եւ հարսանիքը լցուեց հրաւիրուածներով:
The seruauntes wet out into the hiewayes and gaddered to gedder as many as they coulde fynde both good and bad and ye weddinge was furnysshed with gestes.
11 Եւ երբ թագաւորը ներս մտաւ հրաւիրուածներին նայելու, այնտեղ տեսաւ մի մարդու, որ հարսանիքի զգեստ չէր հագել, ու նրան ասաց.
Then the kynge came in to viset the gestes and spyed there a ma which had not on a weddinge garment
12 «Ընկե՛ր, որ հարսանիքի զգեստ չունէիր, ինչպէ՞ս այստեղ մտար»: Եւ նա պապանձուեց:
and sayde vnto him: frende how fortuned it that thou camest in hither and hast not on a weddyng garment? And he was eve spechlesse.
13 Այն ժամանակ թագաւորը ծառաներին ասաց. «Կապեցէ՛ք դրա ոտքերն ու ձեռքերը եւ դո՛ւրս հանեցէք դրան, արտաքին խաւարը. այնտեղ կը լինի լաց եւ ատամների կրճտում.
Then sayde the kynge to his ministers: take and bynde hym hand and fote and caste hym into vtter darcknes there shalbe wepinge and gnasshinge of teth.
14 որովհետեւ կանչուածները բազում են, իսկ ընտրեալները՝ սակաւ»:
For many are called and feawe be chosen.
15 Այն ժամանակ փարիսեցիները գնացին խորհուրդ արեցին նրա մասին, թէ ինչպէս խօսքերով նրան որոգայթ լարեն:
Then wet the Pharises and toke counsell how they might tagle him in his wordes.
16 Եւ նրա մօտ ուղարկեցին իրենց աշակերտներից ոմանց՝ հերովդէսականների հետ միասին եւ ասացին. «Վարդապե՛տ, գիտենք, որ ճշմարտախօս ես եւ Աստծու ճանապարհը ճշմարտութեամբ ես ուսուցանում. եւ ոչ մէկից չես քաշւում ու ոչ մի մարդու աչառութիւն չ»ս անում:
And they sent vnto him their disciples with Herodes servauntes sayinge: Master we knowe yt thou are true and teachest the waye of god trulie nether carest for eny man for thou consydrest not menes estate.
17 Արդ, ասա՛ մեզ, ինչպէ՞ս է քեզ թւում. պէ՞տք է հարկ տալ կայսրին, թէ՞՝ ոչ»:
Tell vs therfore: how thynkest thou? Is it lawfull to geve tribute vnto Cesar or not?
18 Յիսուս հասկացաւ նրանց խորամանկութիւնն ու ասաց. «Ինչո՞ւ էք ինձ փորձում, կեղծաւորնե՛ր,
Iesus perceaved their wikednes and sayde: Why tempte ye me ye ypocrites?
19 ինձ հարկի դահեկա՛ն ցոյց տուէք»: Եւ նրանք մի դահեկան բերեցին:
Let me se ye tribute money. And they toke hym a peny.
20 Եւ նա ասաց նրանց. «Այս պատկերը կամ գիրը ո՞ւմն է»:
And he sayde vnto them: whose is this ymage and superscripcion?
21 Նրանք ասացին՝ կայսրինը: Այն ժամանակ նրանց ասաց. «Գնացէ՛ք, տուէ՛ք կայսրինը՝ կայսեր եւ Աստծունը՝ Աստծուն»:
They sayde vnto him: Cesars. Then sayde he vnto them. Geve therfore to Cesar that which is Cesars: and geve vnto god that which is goddes.
22 Երբ այս լսեցին, զարմացան եւ թողեցին նրան ու գնացին:
When they hearde that they marveled and lefte hym and went there waye.
23 Նոյն օրը նրան մօտեցան սադուկեցիները, որոնք ասում էին, թէ յարութիւն չկայ. հարց տուեցին նրան ու ասացին.
The same daye the Saduces came to him (which saye that there is no resurrcecion) and axed him
24 «Վարդապե՛տ, Մովսէսն ասաց, որ՝ եթէ մէկն անժառանգ մեռնի, նրա եղբայրը նրա կնոջը պիտի առնի եւ իր եղբօրը զաւակ հասցնի:
sayinge: Master Moses bade yf a man dye havinge no chyldre that the brother mary his wyfe and reyse vp seed vnto his brother.
25 Մեզ մօտ եօթը եղբայրներ կային. առաջինը կին առաւ ու ապա մեռաւ. եւ որովհետեւ զաւակ չունէր, կնոջն իր եղբօրը թողեց:
Ther were wt vs seven brethre and the fyrste maried and deceased wt oute yssue and lefte his wyfe vnto his brother.
26 Նոյնպէս եւ երկրորդը եւ երրորդը, մինչեւ եօթներորդը:
Lykewise the seconde and ye thryd vnto the sevethe.
27 Բոլորից յետոյ կինն էլ մեռաւ:
Laste of all the woman dyed also.
28 Արդ, յարութեան ժամանակ եօթից ո՞ւմ կին կը լինի նա, քանի որ բոլորն էլ նրան իբրեւ կին ունեցան»:
Now in the resurreccion whose wyfe shall she be of the seven? For all had her.
29 Յիսուս պատասխանեց նրանց ու ասաց. «Մոլորուածնե՛ր, ո՛չ Գրքերն էք հասկանում եւ ո՛չ էլ Աստծու զօրութիւնը.
Iesus answered and sayde vnto the: ye are deceaved and vnderstonde not the scriptures nor yet the power of God.
30 որովհետեւ յարութեան ժամանակ ո՛չ կին են առնում եւ ո՛չ էլ մարդու գնում, այլ կը լինեն՝ ինչպէս հրեշտակները երկնքում:
For in the resurreccion they nether mary nor are maryed: but are as the angels of God in heven.
31 Բայց մեռելների յարութեան մասին չէ՞ք կարդացել Աստծուց ձեզ ասուածը.
As touchynge the resurreccion of the deed: have ye not redde what is sayde vnto you of God which sayeth:
32 ե՛ս եմ Աբրահամի Աստուածը, Իսահակի Աստուածը եւ Յակոբի Աստուածը. եւ Աստուած՝ մեռելների Աստուածը չէ, այլ՝ կենդանիների»:
I am Abrahams God and Ysaacks God and the God of Iacob? God is not the God of the deed: but of the lyvinge.
33 Երբ ժողովուրդը այս լսեց, զարմացաւ նրա ուսուցման վրայ:
And when the people hearde that they were astonyed at his doctrine.
34 Իսկ փարիսեցիները երբ լսեցին, թէ նա պապանձեցրեց սադուկեցիներին, ի մի հաւաքուեցին.
When the Pharises had hearde how yt he had put the Saduces to silence they drewe to gedder
35 եւ նրանցից մէկը նրան փորձելով՝ հարցրեց ու ասաց.
and one of them which was a doctoure of lawe axed a question teptinge h m and sayinge:
36 «Վարդապե՛տ, Օրէնքի մէջ ո՞ր պատուիրանն է մեծ»:
Master which is ye chefe comaundment in the lawe?
37 Եւ Յիսուս նրան ասաց. «Պիտի սիրես քո Տէր Աստծուն քո ամբողջ սրտով, քո ամբողջ հոգով ու քո ամբողջ մտքով:
Iesus sayde vnto him: love the Lorde thy God wt all thine herte with all thy soule and with all thy mynde.
38 Այս է մեծը եւ առաջին պատուիրանը.
This is the fyrst and the chefe comaundement.
39 եւ երկրորդը սրա նման է. պիտի սիրես քո ընկերոջը, ինչպէս քո անձը:
And ther is another lyke vnto this. Love thyne neghbour as thy selfe.
40 Այս երկու պատուիրաններից են կախուած ամբողջ Օրէնքը եւ մարգարէները»:
In these two commaundemetes hange all the lawe and the Prophetes.
41 Եւ երբ փարիսեցիները հաւաքուեցին, Յիսուս նրանց հարցրեց ու ասաց.
Whyll the Pharises were gaddered togeder Iesus axed
42 «Ի՞նչ կարծիք ունէք Քրիստոսի մասին, ո՞ւմ որդին է»: Նրան ասացին՝ Դաւթի:
the sayinge: what thinke ye of Christ? Whose sonne is he? They sayde vnto him: the sonne of David.
43 Յիսուս նրանց ասաց. «Իսկ Դաւիթն ինչպէ՞ս նրան Սուրբ Հոգով կոչում է Տէր եւ ասում է.
He sayde vnto the: how then doeth David in spirite call him Lorde sayinge?
44 «Տէրն իմ տիրոջն ասաց՝ նստի՛ր իմ աջ կողմում, մինչեւ որ քո թշնամիներին դնեմ քո ոտքերի տակ իբրեւ պատուանդան»:
The Lorde sayde to my Lorde syt on my right honde: tyll I make thyne enemyes thy fote stole.
45 Իսկ եթէ Դաւիթը նրան Տէր է կոչում, ինչպէ՞ս նրա որդին կը լինի»:
Yf David call him Lorde: how is he then his sonne?
46 Եւ ոչ ոք նրան մի բառ պատասխան չկարողացաւ տալ: Եւ այդ օրուանից ոչ ոք չէր համարձակւում նրան մի որեւէ բան հարցնել:
And none coulde answere him ageyne one worde: nether dueste eny from that daye forth axe him eny moo questions.
