ՄԱՏԹԷՈՍ 17
1 Եւ վեց օր յետոյ Յիսուս իր հետ վերցրեց Պետրոսին, Յակոբոսին եւ նրա եղբօրը՝ Յովհաննէսին եւ նրանց հանեց, առանձին, մի բարձր լեռ
And after days six takes with [Him] Jesus Peter and James and John the brother of him and brings up them into a mountain high on [their] own.
2 եւ նրանց առաջ պայծառակերպուեց. եւ նրա դէմքը փայլեց ինչպէս արեգակը. եւ նրա զգեստները դարձան սպիտակ ինչպէս լոյսը:
And He was transfigured before them, and shone the face of Him like the sun, and the clothes of Him (he became *NK+o) white as the light.
3 Եւ ահա նրանց երեւացին Մովսէսն ու Եղիան, որ խօսում էին նրա հետ:
And behold (it appeared *N+kO) to them Moses and Elijah talking with Him.
4 Պետրոսը պատասխան տուեց եւ ասաց Յիսուսին. «Տէ՛ր, լաւ է, որ մենք այստեղ ենք. եթէ կամենաս, երեք տաղաւարներ շինենք, մէկը՝ քեզ համար, մէկը՝ Մովսէսի, մէկն էլ՝ Եղիայի»:
Answering now Peter said to Jesus; Lord, good it is for us here to be. If You wish, (I will make *N+KO) here three tabernacles, for You one and for Moses one and for Elijah one.
5 Եւ մինչ նա դեռ խօսում էր, ահա մի լուսաւոր ամպ նրանց վրայ հովանի եղաւ. ամպից մի ձայն եկաւ ու ասաց. «Դա՛ է իմ սիրելի Որդին, որին հաւանեցի, դրա՛ն լսեցէք»:
While yet when he is speaking behold a cloud bright overshadowed them, and behold a voice out of the cloud saying; This is the Son of Mine the beloved in whom I am well pleased; do listen to Him.
6 Երբ աշակերտները այս լսեցին, իրենց երեսի վրայ ընկան եւ սաստիկ վախեցան:
And having heard [it] the disciples fell upon face of them and were terrified greatly.
7 Եւ Յիսուս, մօտենալով, դիպաւ նրանց ու ասաց. «Ոտքի՛ ելէք եւ մի՛ վախեցէք»:
And (he came *N+kO) Jesus, and (having touched *N+kO) them He said; do rise up and not do be afraid.
8 Նրանք աչքները բարձրացրին եւ Յիսուսից բացի ոչ ոքի չտեսան:
Having lifted up and the eyes of them no [one] they saw only except (Himself *N+kO) Jesus alone.
9 Եւ մինչ լեռից իջնում էին, Յիսուս նրանց պատուիրեց ու ասաց. «Այդ տեսիլքը մարդու չասէք, մինչեւ որ մարդու Որդին մեռելներից յարութիւն առնի»:
And when are descending they (from *N+kO) the mountain instructed them Jesus saying; To no one shall tell the vision until that the Son of Man out from [the] dead (may be risen. *N+kO)
10 Աշակերտները նրան հարցրին եւ ասացին. «Հապա ինչո՞ւ օրէնսգէտներն ասում են, թէ նախ Եղիան պիտի գայ»:
And asked Him the disciples (of him *ko) saying; Why then the scribes say that Elijah it behooves to come first?
11 Յիսուս պատասխանեց եւ ասաց նրանց. «Եղիան կը գայ եւ կը վերահաստատի ամէն ինչ.
And (Jesus *k) answering He said (to them: *k) Elijah indeed comes (first *K) and will restore all things;
12 բայց ձեզ ասում եմ, որ Եղիան արդէն իսկ եկել է. բայց նրան չճանաչեցին, այլ, ինչ որ կամեցան, արեցին նրան. նոյնպէս եւ մարդու Որդին նրանց ձեռքով չարչարուելու է»:
I say however to you that Elijah already is come, and not they knew him but did to him as much as they desired; Thus also the Son of Man is about to suffer from them.
13 Այն ժամանակ աշակերտները հասկացան, թէ Յովհաննէս Մկրտչի մասին էր ասել իրենց:
Then understood the disciples that concerning John the Baptist He spoke to them.
14 Երբ ժողովրդի մէջ եկան, մի մարդ մօտեցաւ, ծնկի եկաւ եւ ասաց.
And when were coming (they *k) to the crowd came to Him a man kneeling down ([to] Him *N+kO) and saying;
15 «Տէ՛ր, ողորմի՛ր իմ որդուն, որովհետեւ լուսնոտութիւնից է տառապում եւ չարաչար տանջւում է. շատ անգամ կրակի մէջ է ընկնում եւ երբեմն՝ ջրի մէջ:
Lord, do have mercy on my son, for he is epileptic and miserably (suffers; *NK+O) often for he falls into the fire and often into the water.
16 Նրան քո աշակերտների մօտ տարայ, եւ չկարողացան բժշկել»:
And I brought him to the disciples of You, and not they were able him to heal.
17 Յիսուս պատասխան տուեց ու ասաց. «Ո՛վ անհաւատ եւ մոլորուած սերունդ, մինչեւ ե՞րբ ձեզ հետ պիտի լինեմ, մինչեւ ե՞րբ ձեզ պիտի հանդուրժեմ. նրան ինձ մօ՛տ բեր»:
Answering now Jesus said; O generation unbelieving and perverted, until when with you will I be? Until when will I bear with you? do bring to Me him here.
18 Եւ Յիսուս նրան սաստեց, դեւը նրանից դուրս եկաւ, եւ մանուկը հէնց այդ րոպէից բժշկուեց:
And rebuked him Jesus, and went out from him the demon, and was healed the boy from the hour that.
19 Այն ժամանակ աշակերտները, առանձին, մօտեցան եւ Յիսուսին ասացին. «Մենք ինչո՞ւ այն հանել չկարողացանք»:
Then having come the disciples to Jesus in private they said; Because of why we ourselves not were able to cast out it?
20 Եւ Յիսուս նրանց ասաց. «Ձեր թերահաւատութեան պատճառով. ճշմարիտ եմ ասում ձեզ, եթէ մանանեխի հատիկի չափ հաւատ ունենաք, այս լերանը կ՚ասէք՝ տեղափոխուի՛ր այստեղից այնտեղ, եւ կը տեղափոխուի. եւ որեւէ բան ձեզ համար անհնարին չի լինի:
And (Jesus *k) (spoke *N+kO) to them; Because of the (little faith *N+KO) of you. Amen for I say to you; If you shall have faith as a seed of mustard, you will say to the mountain to this; do move (from here *N+kO) to there, and it will move; And no [thing] will be impossible for you.
21 Բայց այս տեսակ դեւը այլ կերպ դուրս չի ելնում, եթէ ոչ աղօթքով ու ծոմապահութեամբ»:
(this now kind not goes out only except with prayer and with fastings. *KO)
22 Եւ մինչ նրանք Գալիլիայում դեռ շրջում էին, Յիսուս իր աշակերտներին ասաց. «Մարդու Որդին մատնուելու է մարդկանց ձեռքը,
(When are abiding *N+KO) now they in Galilee said to them Jesus; Is about the Son of Man to be betrayed into [the] hands of men,
23 ու նրան պիտի սպանեն, եւ նա երրորդ օրը յարութիւն պիտի առնի»: Եւ նրանք շատ տխրեցին:
and they will kill Him, and on the third day He will be raised up. And they were grieved deeply.
24 Երբ նրանք Կափառնայում եկան, երկդրամեան տուրքը պահանջողները մօտեցան Պետրոսին եւ ասացին. «Ձեր վարդապետը երկդրամեանը չի՞ տալիս»: Եւ Պետրոսն ասաց՝ այո՛:
When are coming now they to Capernaum came those the didrachmas collecting to Peter and said; The Teacher of you surely he pays the didrachmas?
25 Եւ երբ տուն մտան, Յիսուս կանխեց նրան ու ասաց. «Քեզ ինչպէ՞ս է թւում, Սիմո՛ն. ազգերի թագաւորները հարկերը կամ տուրքը ումի՞ց են առնում, իրենց որդիների՞ց, թէ՞ օտարներից»:
He says; Yes. And (when *k) (he having entered *N+kO) into the house anticipated him Jesus saying; What you do think, Simon? The kings of the earth from whom do they receive custom or tribute? From the sons of them or from strangers?
26 Եւ երբ ասաց՝ օտարներից, Յիսուս նրան ասաց. «Ապա ուրեմն որդիներն ազատ են:
(When saying *N+kO) (now *no) (he, Peter *k) From the strangers, one was saying to him Jesus; Then surely free are the sons.
27 Բայց որպէսզի նրանց չգայթակղեցնենք, գնա՛ ծով ու կարթ գցի՛ր, եւ առաջին ձուկը, որ դուրս կ՚ելնի, վերցրո՛ւ ու բա՛ց նրա բերանը եւ մի արծաթ դրամ կը գտնես. այն ա՛ռ եւ իմ ու քո տեղ նրանց կը տաս»:
That however not we may offend them, having gone to sea do cast a hook and the (having raised *NK+o) first fish do take; and having opened the mouth of it you will find a four-drachma coin. That [which] having taken do give to them for Me and yourself.
