ՅՈՎՀԱՆՆՈԻ 2
1 Գալիլիա հասնելու երրորդ օրը Կանա քաղաքում հարսանիք կար: Եւ Յիսուսի մայրը այնտեղ էր:
And on the day third a wedding took place in Cana of Galilee, and was the mother of Jesus there;
2 Հարսանիքի հրաւիրուեցին նաեւ Յիսուս եւ իր աշակերտները:
Was invited then also Jesus and the disciples of Him to the wedding.
3 Եւ երբ գինին պակասեց, մայրը Յիսուսին ասաց. «Գինի չունեն»:
And when was running out [the] wine says the mother of Jesus to Him; Wine not they have.
4 Եւ Յիսուս նրան ասաց. «Ի՞նչ ես ուզում ինձնից, ո՛վ կին, իմ ժամանակը դեռ չի հասել»:
(And *no) says to her Jesus; What to Me myself and to you, woman? Not yet is come the hour for Me.
5 Նրա մայրը սպասաւորներին ասաց. «Ինչ որ ձեզ ասի, արէ՛ք»:
Says the mother of Him to the servants; (Whatever anyhow *NK+o) maybe He may say to you, do perform.
6 Այնտեղ կային քարէ վեց թակոյկներ՝ հրեաների սովորութեան համաձայն մաքրուելու համար. նրանցից իւրաքանչիւրը շուրջ հարիւր լիտր տարողութիւն ունէր:
There were now there of stone water jars six according to the purification of the Jews standing, having space for metretae two or three.
7 Յիսուս նրանց ասաց. «Լցրէ՛ք այդ թակոյկները ջրով»: Եւ լցրին բերնէբերան:
Says to them Jesus; do fill the jars with water. And they filled them up to [the] brim.
8 Եւ ասաց նրանց. «Հիմա վերցրէ՛ք եւ տարէ՛ք սեղանապետին»: Եւ նրանք տարան:
And He says to them; do draw out now and do carry to the master of the feast. (they *no) (then *N+kO) carried [it].
9 Եւ երբ սեղանապետը ճաշակեց գինի դարձած ջուրը ու չէր իմանում, թէ որտեղից է (բայց սպասաւորները, որոնք ջուր լցրին, գիտէին),
When then tasted the master of the feast the water wine became and not he knew from where it is — the however servants knew which having drawn the water — calls the bridegroom the master of the feast
10 խօսեց փեսայի հետ ու ասաց. «Ամէն մարդ նախ ընտիր գինին է մատուցում, եւ երբ հարբած են, այն ժամանակ՝ վատը: Իսկ դու ընտիր գինին մինչեւ հիմա պահել ես»:
and says to him; Every man first the good wine sets out, and when they may have drunk freely (then *ko) the inferior; you yourself have kept the good wine until now.
11 Յիսուս այս առաջին նշանն արեց Գալիլիայի Կանա քաղաքում որպէս սկիզբը նշանների եւ յայտնեց իր փառքը, ու նրա աշակերտները հաւատացին նրան:
This did (the *k) beginning of the signs Jesus in Cana of Galilee and He revealed the glory of Him, and believed in Him the disciples of Him.
12 Սրանից յետոյ Յիսուս Կափառնայում իջաւ իր մօր եւ իր եղբայրների հետ. եւ այնտեղ մնաց միայն մի քանի օր:
After this He went down to Capernaum He himself and the mother of Him and the brothers of Him and the disciples of Him, and there they stayed not many days.
13 Հրեաների զատիկը մօտ էր, եւ Յիսուս Երուսաղէմ ելաւ:
And near was the Passover of the Jews, and went up to Jerusalem Jesus.
14 Եւ տաճարի մէջ գտաւ նրանց, որ վաճառում էին արջառներ, ոչխարներ եւ աղաւնիներ, ինչպէս նաեւ՝ լումայափոխներ, որ նստած էին:
And He found in the temple those selling oxen and sheep and doves and the money changers sitting,
15 Եւ չուանից խարազան շինեց ու բոլորին տաճարից դուրս հանեց. նաեւ՝ ոչխարներն ու արջառները. իսկ լումայափոխների պղնձադրամները ցիր ու ցան արեց եւ նրանց սեղանները շուռ տուեց:
And having made a whip of cords all He drove out from the temple, both the sheep and the oxen, and of the money changers He poured out (the coin, *NK+o) and the tables (He overthrew, *N+kO)
16 Իսկ աղաւնի վաճառողներին ասաց. «Դրանք այստեղից վերցրէ՛ք եւ իմ Հօր Տունը վաճառատան մի՛ վերածէք»:
And to those doves selling He said; do take these things from here, not do make the house of the Father of Mine a house of trade.
17 Նրա աշակերտները յետոյ յիշեցին, որ գրուած է. «Քո Տան նկատմամբ իմ նախանձախնդրութիւնը ինձ պիտի ուտի»:
Remembered (now *k) the disciples of Him that written it is: The zeal of the house of You (will consume *N+kO) Me.
18 Հրեաները նրան ասացին. «Ի՞նչ նշան ցոյց կը տաս մեզ, թէ իրաւունք ունես այդ բանն անելու»:
Answered therefore the Jews and said to Him; What sign show You to us that these things You do?
19 Պատասխանեց նրանց Յիսուս եւ ասաց. «Քանդեցէ՛ք այդ տաճարը, եւ երեք օրուայ ընթացքում այն կը վերականգնեմ»:
Answered Jesus and said to them; do destroy temple this, and in three days I will raise up it.
20 Հրեաները նրան ասացին. «Քառասունվեց տարում շինուեց այս տաճարը, իսկ դու երե՞ք օրում այն վերականգնում ես»:
Said therefore the Jews; For forty and six years was built temple this, and You yourself in three days will raise up it?
21 Բայց նա իր մարմնի տաճարի մասին էր խօսում:
He however was speaking concerning the temple of the body of Him.
22 Իսկ երբ մեռելներից յարութիւն առաւ, նրա աշակերտները յիշեցին, թէ այդ է, որ ասել էր. եւ հաւատացին Գրքին ու այն խօսքին, որ Յիսուս ասել էր:
When therefore He was raised up out from [the] dead, remembered the disciples of Him that this He was saying (to them *k) and they believed in the Scripture and in the word (that *N+kO) had spoken Jesus.
23 Եւ երբ Յիսուս զատկի տօնին Երուսաղէմում էր գտնւում, շատեր հաւատացին նրան, քանի որ տեսնում էին այն նշանները, որ կատարում էր:
When then He was in Jerusalem in the Passover in the Feast, many believed in the name of Him beholding of Him the signs that He was doing.
24 Բայց Յիսուս անձամբ վստահութիւն չունէր նրանց նկատմամբ, որովհետեւ ինքն ամենքին ճանաչում էր
On His part however Jesus not was entrusting (Him[self] *N+kO) to them because of His knowing all [men]
25 եւ կարիք չկար, որ որեւէ մէկը վկայէր մարդու մասին, քանի որ ինքն արդէն գիտէր, թէ ինչ կար մարդու հոգու մէջ:
and because no need He had that anyone may testify concerning the man; He Himself for was knowing what was in the man.
