ԾՆՆԴՈՑ 35

1 Աստուած ասաց Յակոբին. «Վե՛ր կաց գնա՛ բնակավայրդ՝ Բեթէլ, բնակուի՛ր այդ վայրում եւ այնտեղ զոհասեղան կառուցի՛ր Աստծուն, որ երեւաց քեզ քո եղբայր Եսաւից փախչելու ժամանակ»:

And he said God to Jacob arise go up Beth-el and dwell there and make there an altar to the God who appeared to you when fleeing you from before Esau brother your.

2 Յակոբն ասաց իր տնեցիներին ու իր հետ եղած բոլոր մարդկանց. «Վերացրէ՛ք ձեր միջից ձեզ մօտ եղած օտար աստուածները, մաքրուեցէ՛ք, փոխեցէ՛ք ձեր զգեստները,

And he said Jacob to household his and to all who [were] with him remove [the] gods of foreignness which in midst of you and purify yourselves and change clothes your.

3 որ վեր կենանք գնանք Բեթէլ, այնտեղ զոհասեղան կառուցենք Աստծուն, որը լսեց ինձ նեղ օրերին, ինձ հետ եղաւ եւ ինձ պահպանեց իմ ուղեւորութեան ընթացքում»:

So let us arise and we may go up Beth-el so I may make there an altar to the God who answered me on [the] day of distress my and he has been with me on the journey which I have gone.

4 Նրանք Յակոբին յանձնեցին իրենց մօտ եղած օտար աստուածներն ու իրենց ականջօղերը: Յակոբը դրանք թաղեց բեւեկնի ծառի տակ, Սիկիմում, այնպէս, որ դրանք կորած են մինչեւ այսօր:

And they gave to Jacob all [the] gods of foreignness which [were] in hand their and the rings which [were] in ears their and he hid them Jacob under the oak which [was] near Shechem.

5 Իսրայէլը չուեց Սիկիմից: Աստծու երկիւղը պատեց դրա շուրջը գտնուող քաղաքները, եւ նրանց բնակիչները չհետապնդեցին Իսրայէլի որդիներին:

And they set out and it was - [the] terror of God on the cities which [were] around them and not people pursued after [the] sons of Jacob.

6 Յակոբն ինքը եւ իր հետ եղած ամբողջ ժողովուրդը եկան Լուզ, այսինքն՝ Բեթէլ, որը գտնւում է Քանանացիների երկրում:

And he came Jacob Luz towards which [is] in [the] land of Canaan that [is] Beth-el he and all the people which [was] with him.

7 Նա այնտեղ զոհասեղան շինեց, եւ այդ վայրը կոչեց Բեթէլ, որովհետեւ այնտեղ էր, որ Աստուած երեւացել էր նրան, երբ նա փախչում էր իր եղբայր Եսաւից:

And he built there an altar and he called the place El Beth-el for there they had revealed themselves to him God when fled he from before brother his.

8 Մեռաւ Դեբորան՝ Ռեբեկայի դայեակը, եւ թաղուեց Բեթէլից ներքեւ, կաղնու տակ: Յակոբն այդ վայրի անունը դրեց Սգոյ կաղնի:

And she died Deborah [the] nurse of Rebekah and she was buried from under to Beth-el under the oak and someone called name its Allon Bacuth.

9 Աստուած երեւաց Յակոբին, երբ սա Լուզում էր: Երբ Յակոբը Ասորիների Միջագետքից եկաւ Լուզ, Աստուած օրհնելով նրան՝

And he appeared God to Jacob again when came he from Paddan Aram and he blessed him.

10 ասաց. «Քո անունը Յակոբ է, բայց այլեւս Յակոբ չես կոչուելու, այլ Իսրայէլ կը լինի քո անունը»: Եւ նա կոչուեց Իսրայէլ:

And he said to him God name your [is] Jacob not it will be called name your again Jacob that except Israel it will be name your and he called name his Israel.

11 Աստուած ասաց նրան. «Ես եմ քո ամենակարող Աստուածը: Աճի՛ր եւ բազմացի՛ր: Ցեղեր ու ցեղախմբեր պիտի ծնուեն քեզնից, եւ թագաւորներ պիտի ելնեն քո կողից:

And he said to him God I [am] God Almighty be fruitful and multiply a nation and a company of nations it will be from you and kings from loins your they will come out.

12 Այն երկիրը, որ տուել եմ Աբրահամին ու Իսահակին, քեզ եմ տալու, քոնը թող լինի: Քեզնից յետոյ քո սերնդին եմ տալու այդ երկիրը»:

And the land which I gave to Abraham and to Isaac to you I will give it and to offspring your after you I will give the land.

13 Եւ Աստուած վերացաւ նրանից, այն վայրից, որտեղ խօսել էր նրա հետ,

And he went up from with him God at the place where he had spoken with him.

14 իսկ Յակոբը կոթող կանգնեցրեց այն տեղում, որտեղ խօսել էր նրա հետ, քարէ կոթող, նրա վրայ գինի թափեց, իւղով օծեց կոթողը

And he set up Jacob a pillar at the place where he had spoken with him a pillar of stone and he poured out on it a drink offering and he poured on it oil.

15 եւ այն տեղը, որտեղ Աստուած խօսել էր իր հետ, կոչեց Բեթէլ:

And he called Jacob [the] name of the place where he had spoken with him there God Beth-el.

16 Նա գնաց Բեթէլից, եւ երբ մօտեցաւ Քաբրաթա երկրին, որ մտնի Եփրաթա, Ռաքէլը ծննդաբերեց:

And they set out from Beth-el and it was yet [the] distance of the land to go Ephrathah and she gave birth Rachel and she had difficulties when gave birth she.

17 Նրա ծննդաբերութիւնը դժուարին եղաւ, եւ երկունքի ժամանակ մանկաբարձն ասաց նրան. «Արիացի՛ր, որովհետեւ էլի տղայ ես ունենում»:

And it was when had difficulties she when gave birth she and she said to her the midwife may not you be afraid for also this [one] for you [is] a son.

18 Հոգին աւանդելիս, քանի որ մեռնում էր, նա որդու անունը դրեց Իմ վշտերի որդի, իսկ հայրը նրան կոչեց Բենիամին:

And it was when went out life her for she died and she called name his Ben-Oni and father his he called him Benjamin.

19 Մեռաւ Ռաքէլն ու թաղուեց Եփրաթայի՝ նոյն ինքը Բեթղեհէմի ճանապարհի վրայ:

And she died Rachel and she was buried on [the] way of Ephrathah that [is] Beth-lehem.

20 Յակոբը նրա շիրիմի վրայ կոթող կանգնեցրեց: Դա մինչեւ այսօր էլ յայտնի է իբրեւ Ռաքէլի շիրիմի կոթող:

And he set up Jacob a pillar over grave her it [is] [the] pillar of [the] grave of Rachel until this day.

21 Իսրայէլը գնաց եւ իր վրանը խփեց Գադերի աշտարակից այն կողմ:

And he set out Israel and he pitched (tent his *Qk) from beyond Migdal Eder.

22 Երբ Իսրայէլը բնակուեց այդ երկրում, Ռուբէնը գնաց ու պառկեց իր հօր հարճի՝ Բալլայի հետ: Իսրայէլն իմացաւ, եւ այդ բանը վատ թուաց նրան: Յակոբն ունէր տասներկու որդի:

And it was when dwelt Israel in the land that and he went Reuben (and he lay with *Lp) (Bilhah *Lp) [the] concubine of (father of his *Lp) and he heard (Israel. *Lp) And they were [the] sons of Jacob two plus ten.

23 Լիայից ծնուած որդիներն էին՝ Յակոբի անդրանիկ որդին՝ Ռուբէնը, Շմաւոնը, Ղեւին, Յուդան, Իսաքարը, Զաբուղոնը:

[the] sons of Leah [the] firstborn of Jacob Reuben and Simeon and Levi and Judah and Issachar and Zebulun.

24 Ռաքէլից ծնուած որդիներն էին՝ Յովսէփն ու Բենիամինը: Ռաքէլի նաժիշտ Բալլայից ծնուած որդիներն էին՝ Դանն ու Նեփթաղիմը:

[the] sons of Rachel Joseph and Benjamin.

25 Լիայի նաժիշտ Զելփայից ծնուած որդիներն էին՝ Գադն ու Ասերը:

And [the] sons of Bilhah [the] maidservant of Rachel Dan and Naphtali.

26 Ահա սրանք են Յակոբի որդիները, որ նա ունեցաւ Ասորիների Միջագետքում:

And [the] sons of Zilpah [the] maidservant of Leah Gad and Asher these [were] [the] sons of Jacob who it was born to him in Paddan Aram.

27 Յակոբը եկաւ իր հայր Իսահակի մօտ, Մամբրէի կողմերում դաշտային մի քաղաք, այսինքն՝ Քեբրոն, որ գտնւում է Քանանացիների երկրում, ուր պանդխտեցին Աբրահամն ու Իսահակը:

And he came Jacob to Isaac father his Mamre Kiriath Arba that [is] Hebron where he had sojourned there Abraham and Isaac.

28 Իսահակն ապրեց հարիւր ութսուն տարի:

And they were [the] days of Isaac one hundred year[s] and eighty year[s].

29 Իսահակը հոգին աւանդեց ու մեռաւ տարիքն առած, խոր ծերութեան մէջ, նա գնաց միացաւ իր նախնիներին: Նրան թաղեցին իր որդիները՝ Եսաւն ու Յակոբը:

And he expired Isaac and he died and he was gathered to people his an old [man] and satisfied of days and they buried him Esau and Jacob sons his.
