المَزامِير 97
| الرَّبُّ قَدْ مَلَكَ، فَلْتَبْتَهِجِ الأَرْضُ، وَلْيَفْرَحْ أَهْلُ الْجُزُرِ الْكَثِيرَةِ. | ١ 1 |
Jehovah reigns. Let the earth rejoice. Let the multitude of islands be glad.
| حَوْلَهُ الْغُيُومُ وَالضَّبَابُ، وَالعَدْلُ وَالحَقُّ قَاعِدَةُ عَرْشِهِ. | ٢ 2 |
Clouds and darkness are around him. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
| تَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ نَارٌ وَتُحْرِقُ خُصُومَهُ الْمُحِيطِينَ بِهِ. | ٣ 3 |
A fire goes before him, and burns up his adversaries on every side.
| أَنَارَتْ بُرُوقُهُ الْمَسْكُونَةَ. رَأَتِ الأَرْضُ ذَلِكَ فَارْتَجَفَتْ. | ٤ 4 |
His lightning lights up the world. The earth sees, and trembles.
| ذَابَتِ الْجِبَالُ كَالشَّمْعِ مِنْ نَظْرَةِ الرَّبِّ سَيِّدِ الأَرْضِ كُلِّهَا. | ٥ 5 |
The mountains melt like wax at the presence of Jehovah, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
| أَذَاعَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ عَدْلَهُ وَيَرَى جَمِيعُ الشُّعُوبِ مَجْدَهُ. | ٦ 6 |
The heavens declare his righteousness. All the peoples have seen his glory.
| يَخْزَى كُلُّ عَابِدِي التَّمَاثِيلِ الْمَنْحُوتَةِ، الْمُفْتَخِرِينَ بِالأَصْنَامِ. اسْجُدُوا لَهُ يَاجَمِيعَ الآلِهَةِ. | ٧ 7 |
Let all them be shamed who serve engraved images, who boast in their idols. Worship him, all you gods.
| سَمِعَتْ صِهْيَوْنُ فَفَرِحَتْ، وَابْتَهَجَتْ بَنَاتُ يَهُوذَا بِأَحْكَامِكَ يَارَبُّ. | ٨ 8 |
Zion heard and was glad. The daughters of Judah rejoiced, because of your judgments, Jehovah.
| لأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَلِيُّ فَوْقَ كُلِّ الأَرْضِ، وَالْمُتَسَامِي جِدّاً عَلَى كُلِّ الآلِهَةِ. | ٩ 9 |
For you, Jehovah, are most high above all the earth. You are exalted far above all gods.
| يَامُحِبِّي الرَّبِّ، أَبْغِضُوا الشَّرَّ. الرَّبُّ حَارِسٌ نُفُوسَ أَتْقِيَائِهِ، وَهُوَ يُنْقِذُهُمْ مِنْ أَيْدِي الأَشْرَارِ. | ١٠ 10 |
You who love Jehovah, hate evil. He preserves the souls of his faithful ones. He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
| قَدْ زُرِعَ نُورٌ لِلصِّدِّيقِ وَفَرَحٌ لِلْمُسْتَقِيمِي الْقَلْبِ. | ١١ 11 |
Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
| افْرَحُوا أَيُّهَا الصِّدِّيقُونَ بِالرَّبِّ، وَارْفَعُوا الشُّكْرَ لاسْمِهِ الأَقْدَسِ. | ١٢ 12 |
Be glad in Jehovah, you righteous people. Give thanks to his holy Name.
