خرُوج 35

١ 1 وَعَقَدَ مُوسَى اجْتِمَاعاً لِكُلِّ شَعْبِ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «هَذِهِ هِيَ الأُمُورُ الَّتِي أَوْصَى الرَّبُّ أَنْ تُطِيعُوهَا:

Moses [Drawn out] assembled all the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails], and said to them, “These are the words which Adonai has enjoined, that you should do them.

٢ 2 سِتَّةَ أَيَّامٍ تَنْصَرِفُونَ فِيهَا إِلَى أَعْمَالِكُمْ. أَمَّا السَّابِعُ فَيَكُونُ يَوْمَ رَاحَةٍ لَكُمْ مُقَدَّساً لِعِبَادَةِ الرَّبِّ. كُلُّ مَنْ يَقُومُ فِيهِ بِأَيِّ عَمَلٍ يُقْتَلُ.

‘Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be a holy day for you, a Sabbath of solemn rest to Adonai: whoever does any work in it shall be put to death.

٣ 3 لاَ تُوْقِدُوا نَاراً فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ فِي يَوْمِ السَّبْتِ».

You shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations on the Sabbath day.’”

٤ 4 ثُمَّ قَالَ مُوسَى لِكُلِّ شَعْبِ إِسْرَائِيلَ: «هَذَا هُوَ أَمْرُ الرَّبِّ:

Moses [Drawn out] spoke to all the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails], saying, “This is the thing which Adonai enjoined, saying,

٥ 5 هَاتُوا مِمَّا لَدَيْكُمْ تَقْدِمَةً لِلرَّبِّ. كُلُّ مَنْ هُوَ سَخِيُّ النَّفْسِ فَلْيَتَبَرَّعْ بِتَقْدِمَةٍ لِلرَّبِّ: ذَهَباً وَفِضَّةً وَنُحَاساً،

‘Take from among you an offering to Adonai. Whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it, Adonai’s offering: gold, silver, bronze,

٦ 6 وَأَقْمِشَةً زَرْقَاءَ وَبَنَفْسَجِيَّةً وَحَمْرَاءَ، وَمَنْسُوجَاتٍ كَتَّانِيَّةً، وَمِنْ شَعْرِ الْمِعْزَى،

blue, purple, scarlet, fine linen, goats’ hair,

٧ 7 وَجُلُودَ كِبَاشٍ، وَجُلُودَ دُلْفِينٍ، وَخَشَبَ السَّنْطِ،

rams’ skins dyed red, sea cow hides, acacia wood,

٨ 8 وَزَيْتاً لِلإِنَارَةِ، وَأَطْيَاباً لِدُهْنِ الْمَسْحَةِ وَلِلْبَخُورِ الْعَطِرِ،

oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense,

٩ 9 وَحِجَارَةَ جَزْعٍ، وَحِجَارَةً كَرِيمَةً لِتَرْصِيعِ الرِّدَاءِ وَالصُّدْرَةِ.

onyx stones, and stones to be set for the ephod and for the breastplate.

١٠ 10 وَلْيَتَقَدَّمْ كُلُّ صَانِعٍ مَاهِرٍ بَيْنَكُمْ لِتَنْفِيذِ مَا أَمَرَ بِهِ الرَّبُّ:

“‘Let every wise-hearted man among you come, and make all that Adonai has enjoined:

١١ 11 المَسْكَنَ وَخَيْمَتَهُ وَسُقُوفَهَا وَمَشَابِكَهَا وَأَلْوَاحَهَا وَعَوَارِضَهَا وَأَعْمِدَتَهَا وَقَوَاعِدَ الأَعْمِدَةِ،

the tabernacle, its outer covering, its roof, its clasps, its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its sockets;

١٢ 12 وَالتَّابُوتَ وَعَصَوَيْهِ، وَغِطَاءَ الْكَفَّارَةِ، وَالسِّتَارَ الَّذِي يَحْجُبُ الْتَّابُوتَ،

the ark, and its poles, the mercy seat, the veil of the screen;

١٣ 13 وَالْمَائِدَةَ وَعَصَوَيْهَا، وَجَمِيعَ أَوَانِيهَا، وَخُبْزَ التَّقْدِمَةِ.

the table with its poles and all its utensils, and the show bread;

١٤ 14 وَمَنَارَةَ الإِضَاءَةِ وَأَوَانِيهَا وَسُرُجَهَا وَزَيْتَ ضَوْئِهَا،

the menorah ·lamp· also for the light, with its utensils, its lamp candles, and the oil for the light;

١٥ 15 وَمَذْبَحَ الْبَخُورِ وَعَصَوَيْهِ، وَدُهْنَ الْمَسْحَةِ، وَالْبَخُورَ الْعَطِرَ، وَسِتَارَ بَابِ مَدْخَلِ الْمَسْكِنِ،

and the altar of incense with its poles, the anointing oil, the sweet incense, the screen for the door, at the door of the tabernacle;

١٦ 16 وَمَذْبَحَ الْمُحْرَقَةِ، وَشَبَكَتَهُ النُّحَاسِيَّةَ وَعَصَوَيْهِ وَكُلَّ أَوَانِيهِ، وَحَوْضَ الاغْتِسَالِ وَقَاعِدَتَهُ،

the altar of burnt offering, with its grating of bronze, it poles, and all its utensils, the basin and its base;

١٧ 17 وَسَتَائِرَ سَاحَةِ الْمَسْكِنِ وَأَعْمِدَتَهَا، وَقَوَاعِدَ الأَعْمِدَةِ، وَسِتَارَ السَّاحَةِ،

the hangings of the court, its pillars, their sockets, and the screen for the gate of the court;

١٨ 18 وَأَوْتَادَ الْخَيْمَةِ وَالسَّاحَةِ وَحِبَالَهُمَا،

the pins of the tabernacle, the pins of the court, and their cords;

١٩ 19 وَثِيَابَ هَرُونَ الْكَاهِنِ، وَثِيَابَ بَنِيهِ الْمُقَدَّسَةَ، وَالثِّيَابَ الْمَنْسُوجَةَ لِلْخِدْمَةِ فِي الْمَقْدِسِ».

the finely worked garments, for ministering in the holy place, the holy garments for Aaron [Light-bringer] the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest’s office.’”

٢٠ 20 فَانْصَرَفَ كُلُّ شَعْبِ إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ قُدَّامِ مُوسَى.

All the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails] departed from the presence of Moses [Drawn out].

٢١ 21 ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ كُلُّ مَنْ حَثَّهُ قَلْبُهُ، وَكُلُّ مَنْ سَخَتْ نَفْسُهُ، حَامِلِينَ تَقْدِمَةَ الرَّبِّ، لإِقَامَةِ خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ وَأَوَانِي خِدْمَتِهَا وَلِتَجْهِيزِ الثِّيَابِ الْمُقَدَّسَةِ.

They came, everyone whose heart stirred him up, and everyone whom his spirit made willing, and brought Adonai’s offering, for the work of the Tent of Meeting, and for all of its service, and for the holy garments.

٢٢ 22 وَتَوَافَدَ الرِّجَالُ مَعَ النِّسَاءِ مِنْ ذَوِي النُّفُوسِ السَّخِيَّةِ، مُتَبَرِّعِينَ بِأَسَاوِرَ وَأَقْرَاطٍ وَخَوَاتِمَ وَقَلاَئِدَ وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ مِنَ الأَمْتِعَةِ الذَّهَبِيَّةِ، فَكَانَتْ كُلُّ تَقْدِمَاتِ الْمُتَبَرِّعِينَ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ لِلرَّبِّ.

They came, both men and women, as many as were willing-hearted, and brought brooches, earrings, signet rings, and armlets, all jewels of gold; even every man who offered an offering of gold to Adonai.

٢٣ 23 وَكَذَلِكَ كُلُّ مَنْ وُجِدَ لَدَيْهِ أَقْمِشَةٌ زَرْقَاءُ وَبَنَفْسَجِيَّةٌ وَحَمْرَاءُ، وَمَنْسُوجَاتٌ كَتَّانِيَّةٌ، وَمِنْ شَعْرِ الْمِعْزَى، وَجُلُودُ كِبَاشٍ، وَجُلُودُ دُلْفِينٍ، تَبَرَّعَ بِهَا.

Everyone, with whom was found blue, purple, scarlet, fine linen, goats’ hair, rams’ skins dyed red, and sea cow hides, brought them.

٢٤ 24 وَمِنْهُمْ أَيْضاً مَنْ تَبَرَّعَ بِتَقْدِمَاتِ فِضَّةٍ وَنُحَاسٍ، جَاءَ بِهَا لِلرَّبِّ وَكُلُّ مَنْ وُجِدَ لَدَيْهِ خَشَبُ سَنْطٍ صَالِحٌ لِلاسْتِخْدَامِ فِي عَمَلٍ مَا، تَبَرَّعَ بِهِ.

Everyone who offered an offering of silver and bronze brought Adonai’s offering; and everyone, with whom was found acacia wood for any work of the service, brought it.

٢٥ 25 وَغَزَلَتْ جَمِيعُ النِّسَاءِ الْمَاهِرَاتِ بِأَيْدِيهِنَّ مَنْسُوجَاتٍ مِنْ خُيُوطٍ زَرْقَاءَ وَبَنَفْسَجِيَّةٍ وَحَمْرَاءَ، وَمَنْسُوجَاتٍ كَتَّانِيَّةً،

All the women who were wise-hearted spun with their hands, and brought that which they had spun, the blue, the purple, the scarlet, and the fine linen.

٢٦ 26 كَمَا غَزَلَتِ النِّسَاءُ اللَّوَاتِي حَثَّتْهُنَّ قُلُوبُهُنَّ، مَنْسُوجَاتٍ مِنْ شَعْرِ الْمِعْزَى.

All the women whose heart stirred them up in wisdom spun the goats’ hair.

٢٧ 27 وَتَبَرَّعَ وُجَهَاءُ الشَّعْبِ بِحِجَارَةِ الْجَزْعِ وَحِجَارَةٍ كَرِيمَةٍ لِتَرْصِيعِ الرِّدَاءِ وَالصُّدْرَةِ،

The rulers brought the onyx stones, and the stones to be set, for the ephod and for the breastplate;

٢٨ 28 وَبِالأَطْيَابِ وَزَيْتِ الإِنَارَةِ وَلِدُهْنِ الْمَسْحَةِ وَلِلْبَخُورِ الْعَطِرِ.

and the spice, and the oil for the light, for the anointing oil, and for the sweet incense.

٢٩ 29 فَتَبَرَّعَ جَمِيعُ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، مِمَّنْ سَخَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ، مُقَدِّمِينَ شَيْئاً لِلرَّبِّ لِتَنْفِيذِ كُلِّ الْعَمَلِ الَّذِي كَلَّفَ الرَّبُّ مُوسَى بِالإِشْرَافِ عَلَى إِنْجَازِهِ.

The children of Israel [God prevails] brought a free will offering to Adonai; every man and woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for all the work, which Adonai had enjoined to be made by Moses [Drawn out].

٣٠ 30 وَقَالَ مُوسَى لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ: «هَا إِنَّ الرَّبَّ قَدْ دَعَا بَصَلْئِيلَ بْنَ أُورِي حَفِيدَ حُورٍ، مِنْ سِبْطِ يَهُوذَا بِاسْمِهِ،

Moses [Drawn out] said to the children of Israel [God prevails], “Behold, Adonai has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah [Praised].

٣١ 31 وَمَلأَهُ مِنْ رُوحِ اللهِ وَوَهَبَهُ الْحِكْمَةَ وَالْمَهَارَةَ وَالْمَعْرِفَةَ فِي كُلِّ أَنْوَاعِ الْحِرَفِ،

He has filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all kinds of workmanship;

٣٢ 32 لاِبْتِكَارِ فُنُونِ التَّصْمِيمَاتِ الْمَصْنُوعَةِ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ وَالنُّحَاسِ،

and to make skillful works, to work in gold, in silver, in bronze,

٣٣ 33 وَنَقْشِ الْحِجَارَةِ وَتَرْصِيعِهَا، وَنِجَارَةِ الْخَشَبِ، وَلِيَكُونَ مُحْتَرِفاً لِكُلِّ صِنَاعَةٍ.

in cutting of stones for setting, and in carving of wood, to work in all kinds of skillful workmanship.

٣٤ 34 وَقَدْ مَنَحَهُ الرَّبُّ هُوَ وَأُهُولِيآبَ بْنَ أَخِيسَامَاكَ مِنْ دَانٍ، الْقُدْرَةَ عَلَى تَعْلِيمِ الآخَرِينَ.

He has put in his heart that he may teach, both he, and Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan [He judged].

٣٥ 35 وَجَعَلَهُمَا حَاذِقَيْنِ مُتَفَوِّقَيْنِ فِي صِنَاعَةِ نَقْشِ الْجَوَاهِرِ وَالنِّجَارَةِ وَالْحِيَاكَةِ، وَتَطْرِيزِ الْمَنْسُوجَاتِ الزَّرْقَاءِ وَالْبَنَفْسَجِيَّةِ وَالْحَمْرَاءِ وَالْمَنْسُوجَاتِ الْكَتَّانِيَّةِ، وَسَائِرِ حِرَفِ النَّسِيجِ، وَفِي كُلِّ حِرْفَةِ صَانِعٍ وَمُبْتَكِرِ تَصْمِيمٍ».

He has filled them with wisdom of heart, to work all kinds of workmanship, of the engraver, of the skillful workman, and of the embroiderer, in blue, in purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen, and of the weaver, even of those who do any workmanship, and of those who make skillful works.
