فِيلِبِّي 4

١ 1 إِذًا يَا إِخْوَتِي ٱلْأَحِبَّاءَ، وَٱلْمُشْتَاقَ إِلَيْهِمْ، يَا سُرُورِي وَإِكْلِيلِي، ٱثْبُتُوا هَكَذَا فِي ٱلرَّبِّ أَيُّهَا ٱلْأَحِبَّاءُ.

Therefore, my beloved brothers whom I long for, my joy and crown, in this way stand firm in the Lord, beloved friends.

٢ 2 أَطْلُبُ إِلَى أَفُودِيَةَ وَأَطْلُبُ إِلَى سِنْتِيخِي أَنْ تَفْتَكِرَا فِكْرًا وَاحِدًا فِي ٱلرَّبِّ.

I am pleading with Euodia, and I am pleading with Syntyche, be of the same mind in the Lord.

٣ 3 نَعَمْ أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْتَ أَيْضًا، يَا شَرِيكِي ٱلْمُخْلِصَ، سَاعِدْ هَاتَيْنِ ٱللَّتَيْنِ جَاهَدَتَا مَعِي فِي ٱلْإِنْجِيلِ، مَعَ أَكْلِيمَنْدُسَ أَيْضًا وَبَاقِي ٱلْعَامِلِينَ مَعِي، ٱلَّذِينَ أَسْمَاؤُهُمْ فِي سِفْرِ ٱلْحَيَاةِ.

Yes, I ask you, my true companion, to help these women who labored with me in spreading the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the Book of Life.

٤ 4 اِفْرَحُوا فِي ٱلرَّبِّ كُلَّ حِينٍ، وَأَقُولُ أَيْضًا: ٱفْرَحُوا.

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice.

٥ 5 لِيَكُنْ حِلْمُكُمْ مَعْرُوفًا عِنْدَ جَمِيعِ ٱلنَّاسِ. اَلرَّبُّ قَرِيبٌ.

Let your gentleness be known to all people. The Lord is near.

٦ 6 لَا تَهْتَمُّوا بِشَيْءٍ، بَلْ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ بِٱلصَّلَاةِ وَٱلدُّعَاءِ مَعَ ٱلشُّكْرِ، لِتُعْلَمْ طِلْبَاتُكُمْ لَدَى ٱللهِ.

Do not be anxious about anything. Instead, in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be known to God,

٧ 7 وَسَلَامُ ٱللهِ ٱلَّذِي يَفُوقُ كُلَّ عَقْلٍ، يَحْفَظُ قُلُوبَكُمْ وَأَفْكَارَكُمْ فِي ٱلْمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ.

and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

٨ 8 أَخِيرًا أَيُّهَا ٱلْإِخْوَةُ، كُلُّ مَا هُوَ حَقٌّ، كُلُّ مَا هُوَ جَلِيلٌ، كُلُّ مَا هُوَ عَادِلٌ، كُلُّ مَا هُوَ طَاهِرٌ، كُلُّ مَا هُوَ مُسِرٌّ، كُلُّ مَا صِيتُهُ حَسَنٌ، إِنْ كَانَتْ فَضِيلَةٌ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَدْحٌ، فَفِي هَذِهِ ٱفْتَكِرُوا.

Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is anything excellent, if there is anything to be praised, think about these things.

٩ 9 وَمَا تَعَلَّمْتُمُوهُ، وَتَسَلَّمْتُمُوهُ، وَسَمِعْتُمُوهُ، وَرَأَيْتُمُوهُ فِيَّ، فَهَذَا ٱفْعَلُوا، وَإِلَهُ ٱلسَّلَامِ يَكُونُ مَعَكُمْ.

The things that you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, do these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

١٠ 10 ثُمَّ إِنِّي فَرِحْتُ بِٱلرَّبِّ جِدًّا لِأَنَّكُمُ ٱلْآنَ قَدْ أَزْهَرَ أَيْضًا مَرَّةً ٱعْتِنَاؤُكُمْ بِي ٱلَّذِي كُنْتُمْ تَعْتَنُونَهُ، وَلَكِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ لَكُمْ فُرْصَةٌ.

I greatly rejoice in the Lord because now at last you have renewed your concern for me. You had indeed been concerned for me before, but there was no opportunity for you to help.

١١ 11 لَيْسَ أَنِّي أَقُولُ مِنْ جِهَةِ ٱحْتِيَاجٍ، فَإِنِّي قَدْ تَعَلَّمْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مُكْتَفِيًا بِمَا أَنَا فِيهِ.

I am not saying this because I am in need. For I have learned to be content in all circumstances.

١٢ 12 أَعْرِفُ أَنْ أَتَّضِعَ وَأَعْرِفُ أَيْضًا أَنْ أَسْتَفْضِلَ. فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَفِي جَمِيعِ ٱلْأَشْيَاءِ قَدْ تَدَرَّبْتُ أَنْ أَشْبَعَ وَأَنْ أَجُوعَ، وَأَنْ أَسْتَفْضِلَ وَأَنْ أَنْقُصَ.

I know what it is to be poor, and I also know what it is to have plenty. In every way and in all things I have learned the secret of how to be well-fed or to be hungry, and how to have an abundance or to be in need.

١٣ 13 أَسْتَطِيعُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فِي ٱلْمَسِيحِ ٱلَّذِي يُقَوِّينِي.

I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

١٤ 14 غَيْرَ أَنَّكُمْ فَعَلْتُمْ حَسَنًا إِذِ ٱشْتَرَكْتُمْ فِي ضِيقَتِي.

However, you did well to share with me in my difficulties.

١٥ 15 وَأَنْتُمْ أَيْضًا تَعْلَمُونَ أَيُّهَا ٱلْفِيلِبِّيُّونَ أَنَّهُ فِي بَدَاءَةِ ٱلْإِنْجِيلِ،لَمَّا خَرَجْتُ مِنْ مَكِدُونِيَّةَ، لَمْ تُشَارِكْنِي كَنِيسَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ فِي حِسَابِ ٱلْعَطَاءِ وَٱلْأَخْذِ إِلَّا أَنْتُمْ وَحْدَكُمْ.

You Philippians know that in the beginning of the gospel, when I left Macedonia, no church supported me in the matter of giving and receiving except you alone.

١٦ 16 فَإِنَّكُمْ فِي تَسَالُونِيكِي أَيْضًا أَرْسَلْتُمْ إِلَيَّ مَرَّةً وَمَرَّتَيْنِ لِحَاجَتِي.

Even when I was in Thessalonica, you sent help for my needs more than once.

١٧ 17 لَيْسَ أَنِّي أَطْلُبُ ٱلْعَطِيَّةَ، بَلْ أَطْلُبُ ٱلثَّمَرَ ٱلْمُتَكَاثِرَ لِحِسَابِكُمْ.

It is not that I seek the gift. Instead, I seek the fruit that increases to your credit.

١٨ 18 وَلَكِنِّي قَدِ ٱسْتَوْفَيْتُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ وَٱسْتَفْضَلْتُ. قَدِ ٱمْتَلَأْتُ إِذْ قَبِلْتُ مِنْ أَبَفْرُودِتُسَ ٱلْأَشْيَاءَ ٱلَّتِي مِنْ عِنْدِكُمْ، نَسِيمَ رَائِحَةٍ طَيِّبَةٍ، ذَبِيحَةً مَقْبُولَةً مَرْضِيَّةً عِنْدَ ٱللهِ.

I have received everything in full, and even more. I have been well-supplied now that I have received from Epaphroditus the things you sent. They are a sweet-smelling aroma, a sacrifice acceptable and pleasing to God.

١٩ 19 فَيَمْلَأُ إِلَهِي كُلَّ ٱحْتِيَاجِكُمْ بِحَسَبِ غِنَاهُ فِي ٱلْمَجْدِ فِي ٱلْمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ.

My God will meet all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

٢٠ 20 وَلِلهِ وَأَبِينَا ٱلْمَجْدُ إِلَى دَهْرِ ٱلدَّاهِرِينَ. آمِينَ. (aiōn g165)

Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)

٢١ 21 سَلِّمُوا عَلَى كُلِّ قِدِّيسٍ فِي ٱلْمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ. يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلْإِخْوَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ مَعِي.

Greet every believer in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me greet you.

٢٢ 22 يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْكُمْ جَمِيعُ ٱلْقِدِّيسِينَ وَلَا سِيَّمَا ٱلَّذِينَ مِنْ بَيْتِ قَيْصَرَ.

All the believers here greet you, especially those of Caesar's household.

٢٣ 23 نِعْمَةُ رَبِّنَا يَسُوعَ ٱلْمَسِيحِ مَعَ جَمِيعِكُمْ. آمِينَ. -كُتِبَتْ إِلَى أَهْلِ فِيلبيِّ مِنْ رُومِيَةِ عَلَى يَدِ أَبَفْرُودِتُسَ-

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
